I reach out for these daily when I’m getting dressed. They’re tough enough to put up with hiking and not feel the rocks, they’re comfy asf. I love the toe slip even when I’m in the water my foot doesn’t feel like it’s sliding out of my sandal. They’re easy to adjust because the straps are all interconnected. Did I mention we’ve been Chacos fans for years and they don’t fade? Plus they look really cute.

Took a day or two in order to get the straps right - but I like how easy they are to get on/off.

Loved these sandals. But I opted to return and exchange because the straps were a little too tight around my feet even after adjusting them. Went to the store to actually try in a pair and realized I just needed a size larger.

My feet are short & wide...always challenging to fit. I gambled on these sandals and was blown away...they support just right in all the right places and are so comfortable. Highly recommend!

I am a standard 7.5 in women's in measurement. I had tried on the size 8 and the size 7. The size 8 had more wiggle room which caused me to have a looser feel with the straps and the bulkiness of the sandal. I decided to size down to a women's 7 to get the better fit in these Chaco Z/Cloud 2s. The arch support falls perfectly in place for my foot while I have about 1/4" - 1/2" at the top of the footbed to my toes. The support feels great on my feet. I will have to add an additional review once I am wearing these on a consistent basis, but I wanted to let others know I decided to size down to get a "true size" for my feet.

It was not evident to me from the photos that the llama angora color was anything but black and white. However, upon receipt, detected a subtle nuance to the color of the straps. They are primarily black and white however the white is slightly periwinkle and slightly flax color. I really like the look. The fit is perfect and I've never had Cloud chacos before. They are light, which is such a contrast to the sandals I've owned for years. I like that aspect as well.

These shoes have been a game changer. I’ve been suffering for months with chronic plantar fasciitis, nothing I did was helping until I got these shoes, my pain has improved tremendously and I am super excited. Now trying to figure out how I can wear these through the winter

I bought 2 different pair of sandals in an effort to find something to replace my 9-year old Keen Venice...which are super comfy BUT don't stay on when I am in water because the strap over my arch doesn't come back far enough on my foot. I tried these Chacos and Keen Rose. All three pairs are a size 8, which is my normal size. These Chacos are beautiful and super comfy, but the Keen Rose fit the bill better for shoes that will be worn in water for kayaking and lake or river wading. I did end up sending the Chacos back, but at such a time that I am looking for flip flop type sandal that would stay on my feet more like a sandal, I will be purchasing for a pair of Chacos.

Well the only problem I have which I do not have with others in this style is that the pull tie is way too long and drags the ground. Other than that no issues

I love these sandals! I bought my first pair of Chacos back in 2008, and was still wearing them this week (a full 11 years later) when this new pair arrived. I like the upgrades that have been made in the last decade: the webbing is SO soft and flexible, it feels like my feet are being hugged by silk. I went with the Cloud footbed and really enjoy the cushioned support in contrast with the original Classic footbed on my old pair. I usually wear a 9.5 or 10 in shoes, but the 11 worked better for me in this sandal.

Cute, comfy & perfect for our Colorado vacation!

This is my first pair of Chaco sandals. I have problem feet and have tried many different shoes over the years. I began researching shoes (again for the millionth time) and came across these. I read lots about them before I bought them and I have to say that so far, I LOVE THEM! I have only had them a couple of weeks and am taking it slow to break them in as so many suggest but they were extremely comfortable right out of the box. I was afraid that the roughness of the footbed would be a problem so I haven't worn them a bunch at one time yet but I did wear them about 5 hours the other day shopping and there were no problems. If you are on the fence about trying a pair, just go for it, you won't regret it.

They fit just right. Very comfortable.

These are my first pair of chacos and I had to go down two full sizes from my normal shoe size, but the fit is great now. My feet feel secure but not too tight. The footbed is firm but in a good way.

I bought these Chacos for my daughter. They fit her perfectly.

Figuring out sizing and adjusting the straps on these was tricky at first, but came with time. I like how easy they are to clean, but sometimes they get a "musty" smell after being washed. (I think this is because its hard to dry the portion of the straps that go through the sole). Other than that, no complaints!

A little too small. Returned for the next size up. LOVE UM

Toe loop is a little tight, but probably will loosen with wear. Did also get some blisters along sides of feet from straps - again, anticipate that will get better with wear. Sturdy, handy for hiking, canoeing etc.

I live in a community where I walk all day. I love the ability to adjust the straps for the entire shoe including around my toe! I need a high arch and comfort base. I still have my old Chacos, 17years old, that is cracking through the sole. This shoe is so much softer to walk on, and you do not feel the texture like I did with the older version. I also think I walk with better posture too, maybe a better alignment due to the shoe. I wear an 8.5 usually but bought the 8 and it fit perfect.

The perfect active sandal. I prefer the cloud version and the toe strap version. The regular version caused my 2nd toe to get a blister, but the cloud version does not do that. The toe loop looks better on my foot and increases the stability. Good for walking, hiking (if you don’t need toe protection), beach (getting them wet is not a problem). I have had 4 colors, but I think the all black is my favorite. Goes with everything.

Love these shoes! A more stylist water/hiking shoe that I'm excited to wear. I wear a size 9 and have very narrow feet, I have to tighten the straps all the way, so if you have narrow feet and are between a size, maybe order down? Overall, very worth it.

Love the Z/Cloud because they are much softer than the Classic. They have good support but they bothered my left foot. No fault of the sandal. It's my foot. Thank you Zappos for your good service and free returns!
