Fit and size were good although I decided to order these in a wide and they are a better fit for me. Love the support and the Cloud have the cushion I want unlike the originals.

I love these chacos. I wish the toe strap was a little more loose but over all for my first pair of chacos, they are pretty great!

I love these chacos, the bottoms are so squishy. These are probably THE most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn, and the straps are very easily adjustable!! 11/10!

These Chacos have the cloud footbed, which is the softest of all the Chaco bases and makes it comfortable right out of the box. The arch support is significant and comfortable, but less rigid than other Chaco models. These are my favorite Chacos by far.

After having tried Birkenstocks and not found them to my liking, I did a lot of research before deciding to try the Z/Cloud 2. I wish that I would have decided to go with these first—they are heaven on my feet! They provide a good amount of support for my low arches and are cute to boot. The first day I wore them to work, I got multiple compliments from co-workers on how much they liked them. While I haven’t gotten to put any longer distance walks in, I’m sure that these sandals will carry me anywhere without killing my precious feet.

I'm returning after wearing around the house for two days. I liked the style but couldn't see myself getting used to how the straps adjust (the toe loop would constantly tighten while walking no matter what I tried in adjustments), and I could feel they would take a long time to break in and decided I simply wasn't interested in the commitment. I was planning on using these to bike to work and be poolside and maybe light hiking/ walking -- I know from others they would be great for all that and last forever, but they simply felt too heavy duty.

Very comfortable and supportive. I don't normally splurge on pricey shoes for myself anymore, but I'm so glad I did with these! They are going to be perfect for my every-day life chasing kids and running around

I was on the fence about these but, after spending a weekend camping in them, I am in love. I am flat-footed and arch is uncomfortable in most of the other Chaco's styles, but this one was perfect. Highly recommend for a light walking sandal.

I ordered three different styles of Chacos to land on the right one for my foot, and these babies are it. The single, wide strap is incredibly comfortable right out of the boxâ??no worries about twisting or digging in. And the cloud sole is everything. The other two pairs I ordered had the classic sole, and they felt hard as stone. Love them! I'm a medium width, size 11.5, and I ordered a 11, and they fit perfectly.

My dollar flip flops were NOT cutting it anymore. These are so much more comfortable. Lots of arch support.

I just learned about Chacos. I like them better than my old Tevas. Better arch support. The soles are a little -- not a lot -- stiffer than Tevas but as I get used to that I notice it less. The upside is that they're really supportive. I've walked for several miles in them and they're still comfortable. Not bad looking, also. And the Zappos customer service and return policy is a godsend. So, good experience and nice shoes.

This is my first pair of Chaco's. I was looking for a pair of sandals with arch support and these don't disappoint. I have narrow feet so the strap is a little long but I just tuck it into the back of the shoe. I normally wear a 7.5 and ordered an 8 which was too big. Super easy exchange to get a size 7 which is my go to shoe for the summer. Definitely recommend.

Great shoes. Had to return for a larger size but that was my mistake for ordering the wrong size. Returned for 1 size larger.

Most comfortable chacos ever. A foam layer on top of the strong arch comfortable all day!

I love Chaco sandals and have had a pair for 7 years that are still going strong. My husband bought me these for Mother's Day and I am enjoying them even more than my old pair. The Cloud sandal is clearly lighter and cushiony compared to my old pair. I am a big fan of the toe loop and feel it anchors my foot in the sandal. No break time time needed, they were great right out of the box. I have these in Berry Anemone and the color is a pretty maroon. I imagine these will be my go to sandals this summer.

It took me a couple tries, but I finally found the correct size in this shoe. I have very high arches and a great deal of heel pain, and I really wanted these shoes to work. Prior to having kids, I wore a size 9. Now I wear any where from a 9-10 depending on the shoe, so I wasn't sure whether to go up or down. I started with a size 10, and that was too big with the arch support hitting in a very awkward place on my foot. So I exchanged for a size 9. The size 9 fit well for arch support. However, the heel was just a smidge too narrow for my foot. I was so frustrated because I don't normally wear a wide width in shoes. But I decided to try a size 9 wide. And it worked! Arch support is good, and heel pain is alleviated! Now that I've found the right size, I'm extremely happy with these shoes!

This shoe is the style/size Chaco I have enjoyed wearing for years, toe strap and solid single straps across foot. It meets all my expectations EXCEPT I do not like the light gray foot bed. Makes the sandal foot bed stand out and looks huge. I have worn so cannot return but wishing I had gotten ones with standard black foot bed.

Great shoes!! Good fit. I can stay in them all day long without my feet hurting.

Loved this shoe. Much more comfortable than the Chaco thinner, double band version and the cloud is much lighter and more comfortable bottom.

This is my first pair of Chacos, and so far they are living up to the hype! I actually first ordered the ZX/2 Classics, and while I loved the look of the double straps, I just couldn't get them to fit me quite right (one of the two straps on the top of my foot was always loose, no matter how many adjustments I made), so I decided to exchange for these instead. The fit is much better for me with the single strap. I am typically a size 9, and the 9 in both styles fit, but these also seemed slightly narrower than the ZX/2's, which was perfect for me. The cloud footbed is also nice–they felt great right out of the box. I ordered them in Galaxea Red and they look just like they do in the photos. There are so many different Chaco style and color options, and I was totally overwhelmed trying to choose a pair, but I am glad that I ended up with these. Zappos customer service was also amazing, as always. They helped me process the exchange and transfer a coupon to the replacement pair quickly and easily.

First of all, Zappos' customer service is out of this world! Then, the Chaco Z/Cloud 2 are superb on comfort. I've worn them everyday since they were delivered! I highly recommend them if you're in the need of comfort and style.
