Awkward fit. I had leather chacos for years that I loved so ordered these. Awkward fit. Returned immediately.

Absolutly HORRIBLE for my high insteap, I couldn't even get my foot in. I though, from looking carefully at the photos, that the strap that goes over the top of the foot was adjustable, that it slips though the tabs that hold it down to the heal, and then around to the clasp. But IT DOES NOT MOVE. It is sew to these tabs. I feel soooo dooped after all the time I spent aggonizing over which color to get an where to find the best price. If I had only know that this is not how they are designed..... so I hope this at least helps someone else not waste precious time buying these.

I sent these back. They just didn’t fit my foot well so I can’t say if they were comfortable or attractive. I was disappointed, but exploring other options.

I couldn't send these back fast enough. This was my second attempt with Chaco sandals and I guess they just aren't for me. The straps strangle my foot, no matter how I adjust them, and yes, I read and followed the instructions. The straps just don't stay....they get tighter and tighter as you were the shoes, like a boa constrictor. I also found the texture of the footbed to be painful. I really love the concept of these shoes, but they just don't work for me.

I was very disappointed not to have strap adjustments other than on top of the sandal. In order to wear sandals they need to have all adjustable straps.

I desperately wanted to like these, so much so that I continue to try to wear them. However, I have high arches, have fought plantar fasciitis for 2years and the arch support in this shoe is very strange, it fits far back, closer to my heel. It causes significant discomfort by the end of the day into the next day. They are very stylish and offer plenty of cushion, just not the fit for me. If I could return them I would.
