I just cannot wear shoes with a significant arch support since my feet have been very flat from birth. These shoes would be so cute and comfy for people with high arches. Sending them back and going back to my Tevas

I'm always looking for good arch support and the Chaco Z/Cloud fit the bill! Unfortunately they only come in whole sizes and I needed to go up 1/2 size. Full sizes never work for me. Overall cute sandal with one caveat - the extremely long strap that hangs down to the ground. A google search showed that Chaco aficionados usually tie the excess strap into a little knot.

Cute shoes but the strap system didn’t work very well for my foot which is wide at the front and “high” for lack of a better term. I have high arches and so need something with more arch support.

Ordered in Penny Black - very cute. I normally wear a regular size 9 shoe, but was having a hard time finding a walking sandal that was wide enough to accommodate my feet. I ordered this sandal, since it had good reviews and was available in a size wide. When I tried them on, they seemed a little big (length), but still workable. I liked that the front straps were adjustable. I wish the back ankle strap was adjustable, too, as the shoe it a tad bit long for my foot. It took about a month of me walking in these shoes to really like them. Overall, I like this walking sandal.

These looked great and felt to be of good quality, but I am almost always a size 7 and definitely these were I'd say a half size too large. Will return and get a 6.5.

I purchased these for a trip to a water park. They were good for about the first 6-7 hours but then I began to develop a blister on my arch. I tried various adjustments to ease the pressure but did not get any relief. I had to wear different shoes the 2nd day at the waterpark. Overall, the shoes are really good though. I think with some adjustment on my part ahead of time, and breaking them in a little better it will result in my being very happy with them though. The style is cute and the padding is great. My feet never got tired in these shoes. I would highly recommend them...just be sure and break them in first!

I really wanted to like these sandals, however the clip is too big and sat on the top of my ankle, vs falling on to the side of my foot. I am going to try a wide and see if the buckle will sit lower.

These do not seem to have support as good as Z Cloud X. Also I have become a fan of the double strap. However I do love Chacos since I have had two foot surgeries. These are the best shoes for my foot pain.

i'm always an 8.5 and tried 8 based on reviews. footbed fit perfectly, but straps hit my foot in places where i thought i'd get blisters so i'm returning. footbed was comfortable though. if they had 8.5 i would keep them

Trying to get the straps adjusted was a nightmare, but once I got it figured out I was in love! I waited for these to come back in stock and it was definitely worth the money.

I tried to break them in gently and get used to the feel, because it does have excellent arch support. However, the first time that I took them walking for a couple of miles, I had blisters on the outsides of both feet where the strap is quite rough I have put moleskin over the rough strap and I’m waiting for the blisters to heal before I wear them again. If that works, I’m going to LOVE these sandals

I have tried almost every style of Chacos but this was the only kind that worked for me. The cloud has a softer sole than the classic and the single strap was the only type that didn't feel too tight on the sides of my feet. The most surprising thing for me was that I needed a size 6. I normally wear a 7.5 in athletic shoes and other sandals. I suggest looking up the correct fit for Chacos on the Internet. There should not be a lot of room at the end of your toes or at the heel. If they are too big, the arch support will be in the wrong place and make the sandal very uncomfortable. I really like the look of Chacos on other people. I haven't worn them a lot yet, so I hope they truly are comfortable for long walks. The colors are beautiful - navy and pink (Marquise Pink).

Well made shoe but it didn't fit me. I just couldn't get the straps to fit right on my foot, despite the fact it was the correct size.

Loved the ways these looked, but alas they were just too narrow (and did not come in a W), so I will have to get the non-cloud version.

I LOVE these shoes! The color looks even better in person. They are comfortable, yet sturdy and appear to be well-constructed so they will last a long time.

As previously stated this sandal is adjustable, has good support and is good for foot problems. My only issues are: 1) the strap material is a bit thin and digs into my foot when my feet swell causing some discomfort, and 2) the straps also could be a tad longer in the decorative part and buckle more to the side for my preference and style. The buckle hits my foot up on top of the bone area and would be more comfortable and attractive if it buckled on the side. I suspect this issue for me is a non-issue for someone with thinner feet or less concerned with appearance. Overall a good sandal other than that.

The arch support was much too stiff for me. And the sole had a higher profile than I expected.

I love the shoes but thought that they were totally adjustable. Unfortunately, they were not. I returned them.

Like other reviewers have said, these sandals have a softer yet very supportive footbed making them very, very comfortable. The length and width were true to size. I am returning them because even after getting the straps adjusted properly, the front portion of the sandals (from the forward part of the ball of my foot to the tips of my toes) didn't stay with my foot when I walked. In my opinion that would've been a tripping hazard. For reference I wear a size 11.5, left foot regular (B) width, right foot wide (C) width and my arches are medium height.

Loved the color on these shoes and felt I had them properly adjusted. That said at a comfortable amount of “grip” on my foot the toggle would have been riding on top of my foot and it looked ridiculous. And they just weren’t as wonderfully comfortable as reviews had me expecting. Length of shoe actually felt a little long and if my heel sat into the back strap as far as the adjustment video said it should it would have been slightly hanging off the back - with plenty of shoe in front of my toes. I always wear a medium width so have to believe these run narrow.

These would have been wonderful, so supportive, had it not been for the strap that lays against my ankle. I can't see how many people don't feel that annoying stitched area. I couldn't wear these more than 2 min. Returned.

I didn't like that the soul extended an inch beyond my toes. Went for Teva's instead.

The straps are ridiculous to adjust. If you could adjust them then clip out of the sandal it would be fine, but I had to undo the strap adjustment to get my foot out. The sandal itself is really cute. The arch would take a bit to get used to.

I did not like the fit of these. The sole is thick and clunky. The arch is *intense*, and also placed a bit too high, towards the ball of my foot, for me. Overall the shoes felt heavy and clunky.

I am a tender foot and this was ruff on the bottom of the foot.
