These shoes are comfortable, and I like that they aren't quite as heavy as some other Chaco styles. My only complaint is that the rise/lip of the footbed near the ankle made the outside of my food sore at first. That said, either my feet or the shoes adjusted quickly and it's not a problem any longer.

These shoes have saved me from the pain of chronic sesamoiditis. This is my first pair of Chacos shoes and I am now a huge fan! I had tried many other comfort brands to support me during my recovery from sesamoiditis, but these are the only shoes that worked. I only wish that my Podiatrist had told me about these. I believe my feet would have healed months ago had I been wearing these sooner. Thank you, Chacos!

The heel strap is huge, too bad because the rest of the sandal felt great.

Wide footbed is great for my very wide feet and fits perfectly, but the straps are not long enough to adjust for my extremely high arch. Cut off circulation. Wide shoes really need longer laces/straps, not just a wider foot bed.

I decided to keep these but I doubt I’ll be ordering any more. They are HEAVY. I am used to my classic Tevas Birkenstocks. The arch support is crazy high. The strap constantly needs adjusted and won’t stay where I put it. The end of the tightening strap drags the ground if I don’t keep tucking it back in the sandal under another strap. I’m keeping them because I went ahead and brought them on vacation against my better judgement. They’re cute on the foot. I liked the colors. Sometimes they stay adjusted properly and I don’t have to fiddle with them as much. I have a normal arch and this arch is very high. Idk I might return them if I hadn’t worn them to dinner twice. Evidently I’m a Teva person but I prefer the sole on these Chacos. they seem a little more grippy and durable. I’ve actually almost fallen multiple times on wet floors in my Tevas which is why I decided to try Chacos. I would probably take a 10.5 in these if that size existed. Size up if you’re usually a half size, IMO. I’m a straight 10 on sandals but I feel like a 10.5 might feel a little better where the straps hit my foot. I rated them ‘excellent arch support’ if you like a huge lump under your arch lol I wouldn’t call them excellent if you have a flat or normal foot.

The shoes felt narrow around the mid foot and toe box. They were comfortable and had good arch support. I did return and exchange for something different.

Although my older Chacos are size 8, these run a bit smaller and I had to return for a size 9.

I just prefer the larger strap z cloud sandal so I returned this pair

They aren’t as cushioned as my other chacos. They go with more things, but feet hurt at the end of the day of lots of walking.

Super comfy! Cute. My only complaint is the strap to tighten it too long and drags the ground, making a noise that annoys me. Great for walking long distances. Good arch support.

The fit was good - a very comfortable foot bed. However I'm retuning because I could not get the straps adjusted right.

I purchased a few pairs of differing sizes. In most brands I am consistently a women's 9, however with these Chacos the 8 fit best. The back heel strap is not adjustable (it's sewn at a non-adjustable length), so lining up my foot such that the heel strap was secure and my foot was centered over the arch worked best in the 8. Love the light gray color, the neutral tones help down-play the chunky nature of these sandals, which allows them work for more outfits/occasions than the bolder color options.

Shoe was ok fit. Thought it was a little challenge to get the proper pressure of adjusting the straps.

I returned these. I prefer the more firm tradition footbed.

I wanted to keep these. The footbed is so comfortable. Unfortunately there was some rough stitching on the underside of the buckle on the right shoe and the straps were far too long and floppy. I am returning.

Love the look of these casual sandals and without the toe wrap are so easy to adjust...my problem is I have "old" feet"...they need more cushion where these are firm and have a superior arch. I just cannot tolerate these two things with arthritic feet...but I sure wish I could. All in all a great sandal of this type and I felt they run just slightly longer than some sandals. This type with many adjustable straps becomes harder to adjust if the sandal is a bit too long. Hope this information helps you make your decision.

I tried to like these. They were easy to adjust and they were supportive. But I also tried the Teva Virra and found them to be more comfortable, easier to adjust, and way more stylish.

The fit and size seemed true. The fabric was comfortable and easy on the skin. They were very cute on and I REALLY wanted them to work for me. My foot doesn’t have a lot of arch and this shoe has a moderate amount of arch support. So much so, it felt like I had a large stone in my shoe. I bought these for kayaking, but sadly I had to return. I think they are very well made nice shoes, just not for my feet.

The only challenge is dealing with the strap to tighten...it’s way too long and drags on the ground. They are a bit too pricey but I do like the adjustment capability.

Slightly shorter in length than my older Chacos. Strap was shorter as well.

This was my first time trying on Chaco sandals. I have to say I have very hard feet to fit so I do not think I am typical. I opted for the cloud version to help with my metatarsalgia. I loved the footbed but I did not care for the straps. I wanted a more secure fit that tightening the straps did not give me.

Fit great right out of the box. A little less cushioning than I'd been led to expect.
