One strap was extremely long and could not be adjusted. It was not possible to wear. I returned the shoes.

The sandal was too narrow in the front and no way to adjust.

I have hard to fit feet, not wide and not narrow. In looking at the photo of these shoes they looked to be VERY adjustable.

I agree with other reviewers: uncomfortable across the toe straps, no give and very limited adjustability despite images that suggest otherwise , and they look and feel like flip flops. Not worth half the price. Back they go!

This was my first pair of Chacos. My toes could not fit in the sandal. I had to send them back and try a different style.

While I really liked the style, I was disappointed that of the 3 straps that hold them on your foot, only one of them is adjustable. I have a high arch and I could not even get my foot in one of them. Your foot needs to fit them precisely to be comfortable. Really disappointed.I am returning them.

Straps around back of heel and small toe were so small could not even get them around my foot. Otherwise cute shoe.

First pair of Chaco's - excited to try. The top strap was a different size on the right shoe. My feet are the same size. It was odd. Defect. Will return and try a different type.

For some reason, these are just not that comfortable on me. I love how they look. Have tried two different styles. Both feel like they have too little support for my foot by which I mean the straps don't feel like they would hold my foot steady if I was on anything but flat terrain. Returned.

I ordered these for my daughter she said the straps were very loose.

This item either ran small or the arch design that Chacos has used for years has been altered. I purchased my size 10 which it has reliably been with my basically annual Chacos purchases. The fit was a bit snug but I felt it would work it self out considering the straps start stretching a bit quite early. I couldn't quite get what was going on but the arch on the left sandal felt a bit odd. I wore them on a trip and they were all I had for two weeks. I was basically crippled in my left foot by the end of the trip, the arch was so bizarrely fitted to my foot. After all that wear, there was nothing I could do and I was stuck with them. Not sure if I'll by another pair of Chacos. Certainly not the chic tiny women's ones.

I ordered these sandals in a size 5 and received them in a size 10. They had been repackaged and the box was not not sealed. The box fell open when I picked it up from the porch and the sandals fell out

stitching at ankle hurt, unable to walk in them.

Very disappointed. Purchased as a stylish walking sandal for spring walking vacation. So wide over the toes and no way to adjust, it almost felt like they were stretched out. Also felt heavy to walk around the house in. I'll keep looking......

One of my feet is swollen and I couldn't even get the shoe on. I believed from the photos that all straps were adjustable; only one is, unfortunately.

The strap over my toes was way too loose and there is no way to tighten it, had to return them.

This was my first pair of Chacos, unfortunately the fit was not for my type of foot. I ordered a size 7, I have a slender narrow foot, and the front strap of the sandal was loose and no way to adjust it, on the other hand the strap in the middle was extremely tight and I could barely fit my foot in the sandal. This style of Chaco does not have a way to adjust the straps so it only fits a certain type of foot. I was so disappointed since the arch support was great and so cute, but had to return them since 50/50 was loose and tight.

The excessively long strap flapping around on each shoe is a deal breaker. It is an actual trip hazard. I don’t know why they thought this was a viable design.

Your sandals no longer adjust the front strap so they fit a narrow foot

The strap on one of these does not adjust. It's like it's glued to the sole. Nothing works to free it. I'm so sad. I'll have to return.

I have worn them once and the footbed is falling apart and crumbling. Leaving the sticky material all over the bottom of my feet. It happens to my other pair as well, I just thought it was a defect, Not fit to own.

Strap from outside toe to inside instep much too tight. Not adjustable or stretchy. Too uncomfortable to wear. Would not recommend

I couldn’t wear them for more than 20 min before my feet were killing me.
