My heel slipped around too much in these to wear comfortably.

This is my fifth pair of Leila booties from Toms. I love the style and comfort. I have both Black and Tan suede and they look at bit worn before you actually wear them (compared to the leather versions). But that’s the nature of suede. I love these and am usually hard to fit in a bootie due to wide foot.

Cute shoes but I ordered my regular size and I had to return as they were too small. I think a 1/2 size up would be better.

I loved the look of these boots, and they are clearly well made, but even the widest width wasn’t comfortably wide enough for me in the toe box and especially the mid foot. My daughter can wear them, so I didn’t return them. She says her foot slides in them a bit, but they do look amazing on her feet.

They’re. Good pair of shoes but definitely pricy for synthetic shoes.

I have mixed feelings about these boots. I have bilateral neuromas from years of heels, and trying to find fashionable work shoes and booties. I thought these were cute enough and comfortable enough- sort of middle of the road in both areas. I purchased warm tan and black suede. The leather ones seems fine so far but I returned the suede after five wears. I didn't wear them outside and sprayed after every wear, and they still look trashed. I love that Tom's donates a pair for every pair you purchase so sorry the suede didn't work.

These are beautiful boots and they seem very comfortable, but they arrived with a cheap and broken zipper. I like them so much, I'm giving it another try, but am a bit concerned because the quality of the zipper has been raised by other reviewers. Other than that, it's a high-quality-looking shoe and comfy padding in the toe bed area.

These booties are super cute and look good with skinny jeans, however as a teacher on my feet all day they are not as comfortable as my Dansko booties or Clark’s booties. I kept them but they could be more comfortable as far as arch support and cushion go.

I really enjoy these boots. They're dressy enough to wear to work in the wintertime without looking too sporty. I did have to order a half size smaller than normal. So keep that in mind. Also, as others have mentioned the zipper is super stiff and cheap. Mine actually snapped off recently and is at the shoe repair place getting fixed. But once that's done, I'll happily continue to wear them.

Really like the oxblood color (slight red-toned dark brown). Enough of a heel to look cute but low enough for general every day wear. A little loose in the heel, but not bad enough to stop me from wearing them. Nice shape. True to size. Cute zipper detail. I tried 5 brown booties, and these are the ones I’m keeping!

A cleanly crafter bootie but a little large for me. I was looking for a boot that is wider at the leg opening. This one has a slim opening which is not the style I desire.

I am normally a 6.5 but always wear a size 6W in TOMS. The 6W were too small. Trying the 6.5 because I love the style.

Geat color and quite comfortable along with good price for the quality. Footbed also seemed comfortable too with a nice heel height. I returned them for two reasons, I am a wide width so I typically size up a half a size and in this boot, I would not have had to. They felt very roomy and in fact quite wide in the regular size so beware if you have a more normal or narrow foot as they run wide. Second reason that I didn't get them in my size is that they are short in height and hit my just above my ankle which felt awkward to me and I prefer a style that comes up higher.

Too narrow and no arch support. I wanted to like these so badly. They have the exact style elements I was looking for. However, they run too narrow for my feet. I ordered a 5.5 and a 6. The 5.5 is uncomfortably narrow and the 6 is wide enough, but my foot slides around in the shoe. Also, while the footbed is nicely padded (major points for that), the arch doesn't fit the arch of my foot at all. There is a big gap beneath my arch, putting pressure on the ball of my foot and my heel. I can't do that to my feet, so these boots are going back. Might be a Toms thing, since I ordered a different model that felt the same way. Other reviewers mentioned that the zipper tends to get stuck. While the zipper is coarse and could be smoother, it wasn't enough of an issue to be a deciding factor. One interesting thing: I bought the toffee suede and the tan leather. Both are a beautiful color, and it was hard to decide which I liked better. The leather shoes are pricier. I tried to figure out why. The sole on the leather ones is a harder, slightly less grippy material (which I happen to prefer). But most interestingly, the heel is a fake stacked heel (with that weird coating to make it appear stacked) whereas the heel on the suede ones appears to be real and much better quality. The leather boots had gaps where the upper meets the sole, whereas the suede ones didn't. The leather ones came with a shoe bag, while the suede ones didn't. So I don't know why the leather ones cost more. Maybe all the cost went into that shoe bag. If you're going to get these shoes, you're better off with the suede ones where the manufacturer didn't cut corners.

Beautiful shoe! The fit is a little snug with my orthotic in, but the leather is soft and the shoe is still comfy.

These were really comfortable out of the box, but ultimately not great for walking too far in. No blisters or anything, they just didn't prove to be as comfortable as other Tom's shoes.

Great ankle boot, good quality leather, heel is high enough to work with dresses but very comfy for all day wear. Sized down a half size as I do with all my booties, so my narrow heel doesn't slide out as I walk.

I really like the look of these but they aren't as comfortable as my previous booties. I have a slight sizing issue because for me I need an 8.5 for the toe box but I slid out when walking with 8.5. Exchanged for an 8 which fit length great but a little tight on toes. Also puts a lot of pressure at end of the day on ball of my foot (I'm on my feet literally all day though, and walk a total of a mile for my commute). My old Lucky Brand booties did not bother my feet at all. I'm hoping I can break these in so I won't have sore feet at end of the day!

Very comfortable, however I had to order a half size up than my normal. Runs small. I am a size 5 always, in fact some size 5 shoes are even too big. These were the first I had to order size 5.5. My only other complaint is that the back zipper is flimsy as previously mentioned and rubs on my heel if I'm wearing peds, nit socks.

I really liked these but thought they would be a tad bit dressier than they ended up being. They were comfortable but I also worried about the quality of the zipper for the price.

My first pair of Toms! Finally a pair without the white Toms tag sticking out. I must say these are very comfortable and I have received many compliments. True to size (I can wear an 8 or 8.5, and the 8.5 is perfect). the back zipper is a little tough to get moving at first. Wish it had some arch support but otherwise ... great bootie.

Very cute and love the colors. However when I tried to walk, my foot slipped forward too much so that my toes jammed into the end.

Great color (dark grey) and incredibly comfortable. I wear them all day when I'm on my feet without a problem -- and they go well with everything from business casual to weekend casual. Wish the brown heels were a darker brown but that's being super picky.

Another good product by tom's! For sizing, I normally wear size 6 in toms, regular shoes I wear 6.5. Initially I got size 7 to size up for boots, but you should size up about 1/2 size from your regular toms size. To be able to wear the 7, I would have to wear really thick socks. These shoes are super comfortable and stylish! They're pricier than other tom's items, but keep in mind these are actual leather. Definitely a good everyday boot. I did walk through some rainy days in these without a problem. If you like regular tom's you will like these guys too!
