The boots are super comfortable, no break in right out of the box because the leather is very soft. Great heel height. I took a size 8, although in other brands I will often need 8.5!

LOVE! I'm almost always an 8.5, but ended up ordering a half size smaller. My other toms are 8.5, so not sure why I need an 8 in these, but so glad I chose to try a smaller size. Love them! I get so many compliments!

These are very nice booties. They run true to size, they look good and are very comfortable. I just may buy another in a different color.

These are cute and reasonably comfortable booties. I got the grey, and it's a nice blue grey color that goes well with a lot of things. I've already worn them more than I would have expected. Good purchase.

TOMS for the win again! They fit my feet without feeling too roomy. I can wear them with tights or with lighter weight wool socks (super fuzzy socks would make them too small). The height is a nice lift without being hard to navigate on uneven surfaces. They feel very stable. The materials are attractive and the shoes look like the high-quality they are.

These booties are absolutely perfect! Great heel height, can dress up or down, and I get compliments every time I wear them. Super value and quality from Toms, and exceptional customer service of course, from Zappos.

Cute boot- fits true to size, super stylish nice blood color. the zipper in the back feels a little sticky and I worry it might not hold up. Or it just needs to be broken in. Not worried enough to return them! Great bootie from Toms, comfortable and cute.

These boots were comfortable from the minute I tried them on. The leather is a beautiful, soft, rich mahogany color and the little tassels on the zippers are a subtle detail that follows the current fringe trends. True to size, and a great heel height for a bit of girly dash that you can literally wear all day - I average about 12 hours in these boots each time I wear them and my feet have not hurt once. They look great with boyfriend jeans, leggings and skirts - with no socks showing through the tops since they are just tall enough above the ankle. I am seriously considering getting the other colors - I may have found the perfect boots!

These booties are fantastic. The leather is super soft, but still has a nice structure to it. The heel height is perfectly manageable for being on your feet, and they're very comfortable. The oxblood color is absolutely beautiful - it still comes across fairly neutral, but with some interest. They seem a BIT snug through the instep; I have a higher than average instep, and when I am sitting in them for a while (rather than standing, and exerting force on to my feet), they are a bit tight through the top of the foot and my feet would tingle a bit. It's not super bothersome to me, as I'm rarely sitting for too long a stretch of time, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Overall, a fantastic shoe in a beautiful color!

Super comfortable. Could easily be worn without socks. Precious booties. Did seem slightly larger than marked.

These are great boots! The leather is buttery soft, the color is rich and the heal is just the height I was looking for. This is my second pair of Tom's boots~ so far I am happy with the quality. I did add a gel cushioning insert for extra padding/comfort. Overall, very happy!

These boots are adorable and will look great with turned up jeans or a skirt/dress. I got the multi-colored wool/suede ones. They are comfortable, true to size and look really nice. I like having something a little different to add into my wardrobe.

I ordered a 7.5 when I normally wear a 7 because I didn't want to wait for the 7 to get back in stock! I love these boots! So cute and comfortable and basic. I am debating ordering a 7 in one of the other colors to make sure that a 7 wouldn't fit even better. Definitely recommend.

I saw these in a store. They didn't have my size but I was tempted to buy the half size smaller because I love how they look. Glad I waited and bought the correct size on Zappos. The felt is a beautiful touch that really elongates your leg. For the price, the quality is great. I have worn them a full day and they're perfectly comfortable.

I love these shoes! Very comfortable right out of the box and several compliments at work the first day I wore them (from women whose opinions I trust). And my husband said they look great too. I now am trying to figure out how many days per week I can wear them -- would it be weird to wear them everyday?

I love the look and feel of these boots. They are very comfy and true to size. My feet are slightly wide & I feel comfortable, no squished toes. I got the gray and black & i love the look! They are unique, yet versatile. I plan to order in other colors/styles.

These boots are super stylish and really comfortable. I wore them for the first time yesterday, walking around in NYC, and had no new-shoe-discomfort. The heel is the perfect height. Two strangers stopped me on the street to compliment them! Great alternative to the standard brown or black boots.

I really wanted to like these cause the color is very pretty & the height of the heel is perfect. However, for me, the opening on the top of the boot is very wide, and the fit overall was a bit larger than I expected. They're very comfortable. I thought of downsizing half a size, but I think the shoe would have been crammed lengthwise; seems like these are just too roomy for my foot. So, if you have a more substantial foot (not bony), you'll be fine.
