These shoes are extremely comfortable. Ran a little bigger than normal, but not too much that they're unwearable. I haven't worn them for a full day yet, but they seem very comfortable and durable. They can be worn with a variety of outfits as well.

I wear a size 8-8.5 and went with the 8.5 in this boot. The leather is nice and soft, & there's actually decent cushioning in the footbed. I wouldn't have minded a slightly shorter heel and narrower leg opening but overall this boot is nice. The tassles on the zippers are a fun added touch. The price is a bit more than I wanted to spend, but it seems like these boots will last a couple seasons.

Just what I was looking for! Comfortable and the heel is the perfect height.

If you have a high arch, thick ankles and full heels, you'll like the soft leather of the Toms Leila.

I liked the boot. The fit was accurate and it felt good. I'm returning these because of the zipper that is located at the back of the heel. On one boot,it went up smoothly, but on the other, the zipper was quite sticky and I'm not willing to take a chance that the zipper won't work in a month or so. These are going back.

I wore these shoes add day today for the first wear. They are very stylish. The look great with skinny cords or jeans. The footbed is really comfortable. The heel height is perfect. They look a little dressy without feeling like you are stuck in heels. The only complaint is that by the end of the day my toes were feeling a bit sore. The shoes do not have a wide toe box. I'm hoping they will stretch out over time. I got an "8". I normally wear 8-8.5. I got the black leather. My heel would be slipping out if I got the 8.5. Overall, I would recommend these shoes.

Very cute and comfortable shoe but I felt it ran a little big. I was able to slip the shoe off without unzipping it. I am afraid the next size down will be to small.

These booties are great on looks - I get compliments every time I wear them - but they are not quite comfortable enough for daily wear. There is a lot of padding in the sole, a plus when I found myself running to catch a flight the first day I wore them! But padding plus heavy lining makes them hot, sadly making these only a once-in-a-while wear.

I usually wear a 9.5 in most footwear brands, but I've always found that 9 for TOMS fit me better. Sadly, this was not the case with this pair of boots. The 9 was way too tight (even allowing for the fact that they will stretch a bit). I had to return these boots. TOMS makes these in a 9.5, but this size is not carried by Zappos. It is a bit more hassle, but I'm ordering the size 9.5 boots directly from TOMS. I was very happy with the boots - the leather is incredibly soft and the sole felt really soft and supportive. I look forward to receiving my 9.5s!

The boots are really cute, but the quality is lacking. I walked 20 steps and then took off the boots because they felt weird. The heel of the right boot is at least a quarter inch taller than the footbed. I have never experienced this issue with any shoes or boots. That makes walking feel out of step and standing awkward. Zappos is out of stock in my size so I cannot exchange. They are cute, but they are going back because of poor quality.

These boots look great in person and the quality is exactly right for the price. They are comfortable and the heel height is great - I could see myself having them on for long periods of time without any issues. I ultimately decided to return them because I felt like the ankle opening circumference was too large. I have muscular calves and I pay close attention to how short boots hit my ankles and how open they are. These just weren't right for me, but I'm sure they would be for someone else.

These shoes are very cute but I have a high instep and they put a lot of pressure on the top of my foot. I have them in leather and they seem to stretch a little better than the suede.

The form of this boot feels very stiff. I was concerned about comfort. But they turned out to be very comfortable. I walked all day in them. They are so cute, the tassel in back adds real appeal. I love them!

This shoes has good padding amd just the right heel height. Very comfortable. Thinking about getting oxblood color. Had to get a 1/2 bigger to accomodate my toes.

The leather on these booties is great quality and very soft. Also, incredibly comfortable. The sole and heel are a bit more chestnut than they appear in the photo. I do like that the top ankle part is angled very slightly down, so it helps to elongate your leg. I have very narrow legs and ankles and found these to be almost a bit too big in the ankle.

Well made boots, true to the color shown. Comfy, just right heel height, but don't expect the tassel on the back zipper to last. Mine went after the first wearing. But the boots are awesome.

Great shoe! I wore so far with skinny jeans and slim trouser pants and looked great! Heel is super stable and an easy height.

I've had these shoes for just over 14 months and I really like them. I walk a lot, maybe 3-5 miles per day but I don't wear these every day. Unfortunately, just a few months after purchasing them, the insoles starting wearing down. Nevertheless, I've continued to wear them (I did spend a pretty penny on them so wasn't ready to abandon them too quickly) and at this point, my heal is being stuck by something--a staple, perhaps? The toe beds have worn down as well as both heels. The outer heel has some wear, but that's to be expected, and the upper looks great, still. I hate to get rid of them, so will try some new insoles. It seems that given the price, they quality should have been higher and the insoles should have lasted longer!

Really cute shoes and I love the look of them. I had to return though because my toes were snug but they were loose in the heel so I didn't feel comfortable to keep them if they didnt work out. Shame though because they were super cute and pretty comfy and I love toms!

I can’t wear these because they are to tight across the top of arch. After the second time I wore them, the shoe was so tight across the top of my foot that it made my toes numb for almost 3 days. Wish I could return them.

I like the look of these booties but the sizing/fit is not great. I’m usually an 8 in Toms but went up to 8.5 in these because 8 felt too small. After wearing these for awhile realize the 8.5 is too loose in the heel and ankle so not a great fit either. Also there is no padding in these so my feet are pretty tired after wearing these at work all day. Disappointed because they are pricey but will continue to wear them.
