Darling booties. First time with Toms shoes where left boot felt 1/2 size smaller than right. Will need to return unfortunately.

Cute boot but too narrow for my wide feet. Will be returning.

I didn't like how my ankle slipped out the back.

Super cute and stylish booties however seem to run narrow by the toe making them uncomfortable.

I love the way these shoes look, they're perfect everyday shoes. The zippers are terrible quality. I returned one pair because the zipper broke on one shoe the second time I wore them. Thinking it was just one faulty zipper I returned them and had another pair shipped. I've had to be very careful not to break these zippers as well and damaged one of the tassels from all of my tugging.

I normally wear 8.5 and this shoe was true to size. Beautiful quality shoe.... except the back zipper on one of the shoes already seemed a little tempermental. It was a nice shoe but the heel was just a touch lower than I wanted and the zipper made me nervous, so I sent them back.

I bought 4 pairs of black booties looking for a pair that made little to no noise on our tile floor at work. These were very comfortable, but also very loud. I sent these back and kept a pair from Sperry.

These boots are super cute but beware. The stitching on the upper ankle will rub your ankle raw in a matter of minutes.

Super cute boot but not the most comfortable. I wear a size 7M and that's what I ordered. It felt tight and narrow. I wore them to work for the first time today and after 8 hours, I'm ready to take these things off.

It's not you, it's ME! I always walk right out of boots for some reason. I love these, but they wouldn't stay on my feet. I had to return and find something narrower through the heel.

These run very small and very narrow. Love how they look but have to return.

So cute, and seemed comfortable, but they were definitely too big. I am normally a 5.5 so that's what I ordered. I have a similar pair of TOMS in a size 6, and they're too big, so I figured 5.5 would be perfect. However, these still felt large, so I'll be returning them. LOVE that they got rid of the TOMS label on the back! So tacky!

Zipper broke 3rd time I wore them

Way too small! I couldn't even zip them shut! I'm really disappointed because I own other Toms shoes and love them.

The shoes were comfortable in the arch, but the heel slipped with every step. Very disappointed.

I loved the design and style of the shoe. I have to give a low review because the zipper broke within the first month of owning the shoe. I was able to get my money back from Toms (I ordered from Toms and not Zappos) and I could continue to wear the shoe with the broken zipper. After 10 months of having the shoe I’ve also worn through the shoe lining. It’s a cute shoe but not worth the cost.

I really wanted to like these boots but I knew the zipper would be an issue so I had to return.

I really wanted to love these booties. I have slightly wider feet but would not consider my foot to be wide. These were very narrow in the toe box and not very comfortable after a few hours. Very stylish but I had to return.

The boot fit great! Very comfortable, and looked great with pants BUT when I went to try it on, the tassel on the zipper broke off! I was just unzipping it,the shoe had not even touched my foot yet! Im disappointed by the poor quality and have to return the boots.

I ordered my normal size for for Toms (7.5) - the length and width were both true to size. The heel, however, was way too loose. When I walked in them my heels were slipping off so much that it felt like I was wearing clogs (not boots!) I ordered the oxblood leather. Maybe the loose heel is only obvious with leather? None of the previous reviews seemed to mention the loose heel -- but for me it was impossible to wear. I will be returning these.

So cute and comfy right out of the box! Makes me sad, but had to send them back because I could barely get the zipper up the first time I tried them on and I was afraid I'd break it trying to get them off. Too bad because I really liked them. But Zappos still rocks.

Love the look but the heel was wide and slipped a lot on my foot. Full disclosure though, I have a narrow foot so it might work better for someone with a wider foot.

These boots are so cute, and so comfortable. They're also inexpensive! Unfortunately they're not made very well, and the tassel fell off after wearing them twice. :(

Cute and comfortable boots but a seriously defective zipper! So frustrating--had to return.

I went for these over other options because several reviews had raved about how comfortable they are. However, I was surprised to find them quite narrow - noticeably tight when I first tried them on, and after walking a few hours my feet really ache across the toe-knuckle area. The zipper in the back also sticks quite a bit, which is annoying.
