Love, love ,love this boot! Comfy and stylish right out of the box!

Comfortable right out of the box. Easy to get on and off and feels very secure on the foot. Toebox not cramped. Really happy with the purchase

I luv this boot! I do a lot of walking at work and this boot is very comfortable and supportive. I like that it's not bulky looking. Looks good with my dress slacks. Had to go down half a size. It does run large.

Love, love these shoes! I was so drawn to the color (Amarena) and style but was worried they would look funny on my feet (I don't like the gapping around the ankle on the model in the video). Tried them and loved them from the moment I put them on. No weird gapping and super cute! They look great with rolled up skinny jeans or skirts. I have two other pairs of Born low boots in a size 9. Ordered the same size in these and they are perfect. I could wear them without socks, but found some low, thin peds that work great. They would be too tight in heavy socks. Comfortable right out of the box, although I did notice that they rubbed a bit on my misshapen (due to an old break) big right toe a bit by the end of the day - but that's an individual foot anomaly. I'm sure that will soften with wear. Zippers are also a bit stiff but not a big problem, and they stay zipped while you're wearing them. So glad I purchased these! Even my husband noticed how cute they are!

I really wanted to like these. They are made well and are super cute but they are too wide.

These are fabulous! Super comfortable. Flexible not stiff. Cushiony. I bought the distressed burgundy in my true size. I saw many said to order a size down but I didn't find this true. Maybe the distressed ones were made in a different factory. But I did not find these small at all. I have a bunion and it does not rub. My feet are normal width.

Instantly comfortable! I often find pointy-toe boots too squeezy on my toes, but these are built really well, and even accommodate my bunions. The sole is fairly firm, which I find helpful with a big toe that doesn't bend well, but not so firm that it's painful.

Bought for Australia winter trip. So comfortable for all day walking.

I've had the most difficult time finding a shoe that is not only comfortable, but actually cute! In these shoes I have found the perfect combination. I stand all day at my job and usually by the end of the day, my feet hurt so bad....now I don't even think about it! And I've had so many compliments on these shoes, I can't help but profess to everyone how they are life changing for me! The leather is so soft, I don't have to wear socks if I don't want to. They were comfortable from the first time I put them on. I did buy a half size smaller than usual.

I love these booties. They go with lots of different clothes. The leather is soft and supple. The color is very slightly lighter than the photo implies. I had to put arch supports in for comfort and am planning to replace those with a full comfort insole for more cushion. Per other reviews, I sized down a half size (I'm normally a 9 and got an 8.5), which is PERFECT. I have a narrow foot, and these fit so nicely.

Very comfortable. Nice style. Runs a little large/wide. Normally wear an 11 but 10 fits perfect with socks.

Love, love, love these shoes! As soon as I slipped then on, I knew I would keep them! I put them on in the morning, wore them all day, forgetting that I had new shoes on. I definitely would order 1/2 size down.

Love the shoe. I usually wear an 8-1/2 or 9 but due to the other users stating that the shoe ran slightly larger I opted for the 8-1/2. I received the beautiful shoe and as I excitedly put it on found it was too roomy. Unfortunately have to return, but shoe is so pretty that I will definitely exchange for a size 8. For me, the shoe is definitely one full size larger, at east for this particular pair. Happy with the chic style!

Love, Love these little boots. They fit right out of the box. Extremely comfortable. I have a ankle with plates and pins on both sides so these boots are perfect for me. Comfortable but still stylish. Thank-you Zappos!

I tried these boots on and was in heaven! Didn't remove them until night time. They are so totally comfortable. The zippers keep my narrow ankles in place. No rubbing of any kind--they are a delight to wear. A little loose, but I got insoles, and they fit perfect now.

These are the cutest little boots! Very comfortable, stylish with my jeans and a great height for every day wear. I bought the taupe, and they are different enough from most everyday brown boots that they make a statement. The zipper in the back was almost so sturdy it was hard to zip the first time or two, but that should make it longer lasting. I am not often disappointed in Born purchases, and this pair is no exception.

These shoes are great, comfortable, leave room for your ankle so you don't feel as closed in as other booties, and the blue color is awesome. They were true to size for me.

Absolutely love these boots. Kudos once again to Born. Usually wear a size 8 1.2 from Born but they were too big, returned them for a size 8 and they fit perfectly. I would order one half size down from what you would normally order in Born.

Absolutely the most comfortable western style boots I've ever bought. I almost always wear a 9.5 shoe/boot, but in these Born Kerri's, the 9M is perfect! I wear lightweight socks with them only. So I think they run a little short -- but now we know. The zipper operates smoothly, the leather lining is moderately well padded, and there's enough arch support to make them comfortable. (I require arch support.) The heel height is closer to one inch than 1 1/2, but close enough. The rubber treads on the soles make them slip resistant for winter wear. The cognac color is true to the photo; I treated them with some Frye weather resisting stuff and it darkened them only a little bit. Great quality soft leather. No break in time for me. Cute socks peek out of the little notches in the sides and show, so you'll have fun with your socks! Compliments right away. I may well buy them in black too :)

I think these boots are reasonable in size, I just can't wear them due to the toe style.

These Born Kerri booties are comfortable and true to size, with good arch support. No break-in needed, and they look great with both casual and dressy outfits. The zipper can get stuck if you’re not careful, but overall, stylish and versatile!

Cute, comfortable, versatile bootie. Sometimes v shape toe box are too narrow for me and this is fine actually they loosened up quickly and I will need a thicker sock. I usually wear a 10m and this 10 is feeling a little loose and long.

Did not enjoy how the toe is pointed up and the fit was not true to size in my opinion. However, they did seem to be a comfortable shoe.

This is a quality shoe but the footbed was a little too narrow for me to work a ten hour day in them.
