A little smaller than I expected, but it has good organization. It is off balance when fully packed. It falls over if not counter weighed.

The overall dimensions are much too large - the overall height of 28" is not what we expected or desire.
You used to have a 24" Softside Rollaboard that was ideal. We have 2 of them that we've used for 10 years and were planning to replace.
We prefer the Rollaboard luggage and are only interested in softside luggage. We hope you will bring back a 24" Softside Expandable Rollaboard soon!

I have good things and bad things to say unfortunately. I searched for a long time trying to find a carry-on with multiple outside pockets and four wheels. And I also wanted like a cranberry or raspberry type color. So with my new suitcase, I do love the color. It also Rolls and Glides very nice. It also has multiple outside pockets. What also helped sell me on this suitcase was the fact that it had a LIQUIDS BAG with its own pocket ... however, I was disappointed that the liquids bag width AND the pocket width are pretty much identical that you are fighting to get the darn bag into the pocket. I mean you really have to work at it! The HANDLE feels nice when holding it, BUT I wish it would just have been just a simple Arch handle, not a handle with that extra handle plastic sticking out words, I don't know how to word that, but not every personal items luggage strap is going to fit.... that is a big fail in my opinion whereas if it would have just been a smooth Arch handle it would have worked beautifully. AND LASTLY, THE INSIDE FABRIC. I feel they should have used a more fabric on the inside because it's too tight, there's not enough. What do I mean? There's NOT ENOUGH excess fabric to "Loosely" Go Around Every Curve and Nook & Cranny of the interior. So unfortunately I had to cut part of the fabric on the handle and wheel ends to allow me to use every bit of space because the fabric did not allow me to do so. This was another fail. Fabric should not be so tight that you cannot use every bit of space inside.

Materials seem to be top notch. Design and function is lacking. Rolls well on hard surface but it twists when rolling on airport carpet. The integrated TSA liquids bag is clever, but it is a tight fit for the dedicated slot, even more of a problem when my 13" MacBook Air is in the compartment behind it (I have been putting it in the body of the suitcase). The handle mechanisms divide the bottom into 3", 4", 3" X 1.5 " deep slots. So there is plenty of space you can't use if you like packing cubes as I do. However you can roll things like T-shirts and put them in the grooves to use the space. The zip compartment on the lid extends 1+" into the body of the suitcase, further limiting what you can pack (if you use it). A pair of running shoes (that sit on top of the raised handle mechanism) were higher than the body of the suitcase but I can smash them down to zip it up. I have used it twice and find it to be a mediocre suitcase with less volume and functionality than my Samsonite under-seater. Disappointed.

The bag seems well constructed and I like the styling; however, the useable interior space is much smaller than I anticipated and won't meet my needs. Will be exchanging for the larger size carry-on rollaboard.

I returned it as it really wasn't what I needed. I got my refund right away. Excellent customer service!!
I have another Travelpro suitcase that I like a lot and recently took to Japan.

Seems all the new bags have this wide rubber handle. This makes sliding a top bag on/off the handle a much more difficult, two handed process that should only take one. Serious flaw for business travel.

The weight is very good. The room could be bigger. It falls when i put my back pack on top of it. The carry on is cool.

Ok, but I liked a lot of things about this bag, but the Velcro was a deal breaker. It's what attaches the fabric side panel (which keeps the front from fully opening if you want to open it when full) but all I could imagine was how many garments were going to get snagged on it. A snap or 2 could have accomplished the same thing with zero snag risk. Returned the bag.

Perhaps I was overly optimistic about the capacity of this piece. Sadly, it tore during its first use. Easily repaired by sewing machine, but not everyone has that convenience.

Looks lovely Weighs too much. I'm a frequent business traveler and while I love much about this case is too heavy for me to lift into carryon compartment. Going back to my old model.

Not sure about this suitcase yet.
The wheels don't look robust enough for the 50+ lbs that it will weigh when packed.
The side handle also seems light weight; and when lifting by the side hand, all the stress is transferred to the zipper & rather flexible plastic side wall. While the this thickness of plastic shell might work well for the smaller sizes, I don't think it will withstand the forces in this large of size.
I'll be using safety straps when it will be touched by luggage handlers.

I would love this suitcase if it was lighter and came in more colors. Everything else is great!

The outside shell is not as firm or sturdy as expected. After one flight, it has a few dents and the color appears dirty with knicks, dirt smudges

I didn't do much research before I bought this. Last minute trip. Disappointed that there are no zippered pouches inside at all. Just his big expanse of space. I like the zippered mesh on the left side. Everything stays put. Everything on the right, which is secured in place by elastic bands that crisscross in the middle shifted and was a mess. I chose TravelPro, as it was recommended who traveled extensively in her career and only used TravelPro. I just think I chose the wrong product for me.

Doesn't spin. Looked like my other Travelpro but lesser quality. Decent for small travel but four wheels is a must bc the 2 wheels make it awkward to have easy mobility

Nicely designed and finished, jammed with extra features, so much so that there's not much room for clothes.

When you open the suitcase everything falls out of the section that only has the elastic straps. Since this is the portion you open first (like a book), it is a total pain. The zippered portion should be on the left half of the suitcase. The elastic straps also don't cinch down tighter, so if the bag is jam packed, the straps are pretty useless. It also doesn't fit well on hotel luggage racks because you can't leave it with one side open. There are no zippered sections on the inside, so you'll need a few toiletry bags to keep everything organized.

the top is the side with somewhat flimsy straps to hold down the packed contents. the zippered side is the bottom. it should be reversed or both sides should have zippers. the way its designed items fall out when you open or close the suitcase. you can pack it upside down, or pack larger items at the top of the strap side to help hold down smaller items underneath, but these are annoying fixes. this could be solved with a better design.
