Everything as stated but it doesn't fit under every seat like I thought it would. As a retired Flt Attendant I thought I had this!

I love the color. Size is perfect for a long trip. On a shorter trip I just completed I was able to pack all my clothes, shoes & everything I usually have to pack in a carryon. I need to order this bag in a medium size but it is out of stock. Please notify me when it becomes available. Wish the telescopic handle was placed & protected on the outside rather than the inside of the luggage which would have allowed for more room inside.

Product met criteria I was looking for in luggage.

Gift to frequent traveler son-commented that it was the lightest, hard-sided suitcase he's ever seen. He was stoked to receive it. He appreciated the color and size to weight ratio. Now, we see how it holds up to his frequent travel.

With a small bag you want to maximize the space in the bag and this bag doesn't do it. They have a portion of the bag that can be zipped in and out. The zipper to attach the section is extra big and clunky. Additionally, in the section where this is is a place to put a laptop. If you fill the bag, you can't get a laptop in and then you have all this extra padding for a laptop that isn't there. It would be better if the laptop section was removable to free up some space.

Love this bag. Perfect size to not be too big for weight restrictions. Love the built in suitor.

This carryon is the right size and weight, the wheels see to be sturdy and they roll smoothly. It is a small bag so the room is limited but functional. The only negative is that the space extender really gives you just about an inch more and only at the bottom, so maybe if you need to fit one more item it will be helpful. Honestly this case does not feel more durable than many other brands.

light weight and easy to roll. only issue is the interior - need to flip the zipped side with the strap side. the strap side is the closing and opening side and should be the zipper side because content falls out with the straps when closing or opening the bag.

I was hoping I could take two suits in this suit case which I did; however, they were too tightly packed that the zippers won't close all the way! Well my old Suitcase made by American Traveler which costs only a quarter of what I paid for this suite case can hold two suits comfortably (different internal designs) but started looking ratty so I wanted to buy a replacement but were no longer made! However, the built quality of this suitcase seems much better than the other much cheaper suitcase.

It's huge! And so light. I can fit my pillow. Don't know how well it will hold up yet.

Overall I love Travel Pro luggage but I was a little disappointed on the measurements not being true to description.

Overall design and style are very good. Zipper lock is a bit awkward.

It's well made and good looking. The smaller size is hard to find and you can be sure the bag will fit in the overhead bin. The outside compartments on the front that are useful if you have a large laptop and similar stuff to put in them. However, they are padded and rather stiff and take up a noticeable amount of the 9" depth allowed for carry-ons, so they are a waste of valuable space if you don't have really flat items to put in them. (Most books are too thick.) I'd much prefer more room inside. I'll keep looking for a small bag with packing space on the inside where I can use it.

My opinion is based on only one international trip. The checked in suitcase appeared to withstand handling by the aircraft staff well. Both pieces could be handled well, the only drawback I have observed is that the 4 spinning wheels allow for the suitcase to potentially " Run Off ". I found zippers to work well and appreciated the light weight. Overall I feel a good quality product and time will tell if it withstands future travel well!

I feel that the product is too heavy. Even before I put my items in it. I am a senior citizen that does a lot of traveling and find it difficult to lift a bag into the storage bins. This tote is very well made and well worth the money however.

The shipping is fast and the suitcase looks pretty. And it is light, too. However, I am a little disappointed with the quality. The hard side is not hard enough and the handle is within the suitcase which you can see.

I know it complies with size requirements but I believe recessed handles on the top and sides could stay within guidelines and offer increased internal volume

I have not been able to use them yet but love the weight of this luggage. It seems to have a lot of space and extra pockets. I think it's just what I need.

Space looks o.k., but haven't traveled since we got them. They look nice.

I thought this suitcase would have been bigger. The description stated it was one of the larger bag options and still a carry-on. I have seen larger carry-ons. I will be buying another one that is larger and pass this on to my spouse. I did like all of the compartments within the bag. I still need to figure out how to charge the bag for the cell phone charger that is in the suitcase. The 4 wheels were easy and wonderful. The bag actually rolled away if you are on any incline at all.

Quality has gone down from previous Travelpro bags but price was comparable to other options

A good replacement and an excellent warranty, would rather have had the spinner.

I bought my suitcase for travel to Europe for 10 days. It was the perfect size for Luftansa carry on requirements. it was easy to maneuver on cobble streets and carry up stairs at a small bnb. It's also really handy for travel US trains like Amtrak. Love the zip in components too. The only downside is that it can be front heavy If you put computer and too many accessories in the front pockets and will tip. I had a separate backpack for the computer.
