I bought the 21" as my Travelpro 22" was slightly too big for domestic overheads. I love the roller wheels , the case is solidly made and the different pockets are functional.I have used it now on 2 trips and it is very easy to get around with .However It's perhaps a little heavy compared to the lightweight cases and 21" can really only fit in 1 pair shoes.

After 15 years of quality life for my last travel pro set, this set is just right. Great decision.

First time with a Travelpro in over 15 years as an Airline employee. Bag is spacious and seems to be well built. I put a lot of miles on a bag annually and will report back once I have had time to put it through the paces

I used this suitcase for a trip and it worked out well. I love the spinner wheels and that it is lightweight.

I wish I'd ordered the 18", the 21" is just a little too big. It would be best if you had a 20"! I am a flight attendant and this bag is my life. This new bag is replacing my 20" Travel Pro, which I loved.

Very smooth. Rolls great. Appearance great. Zippers smooth. Seems to be a bit smaller than my Crew 5 but I'm satisfied.

The suitecase is great. The accompaning backpack is not as big as I'd like and did not come in the same color...Back pack only comes in black. I don't use the backpack, but like the outside pockets as well as the two mesh pockets on teh inside that strap together to keep everything in place in the main compartment.

I was replacing the prior matching models which lasted me approximately 10 years and got good use. Both suitcases look good though I feel their construction is not quite as durable as the prior models, specifically, the zippers, wheels, and handle. Only time will tell if these last 10 years as well or fall apart sooner. I am particularly disappointed about the wheels. I like the fact that there are four of them now, instead of two, but they are so small and flimsy that they get caught on sidewalk cracks, and when they're not getting caught on sidewalk cracks, they are bouncing and rattling noisily as they traverse over the sidewalk cracks. I find myself looking at other wheels on similar suitcases at the airport and think that the wheels that are fatter, like on some Samsonite bags, must work better overall and not bounce, bang and rattle as much. But I do enjoy the look of TravelPro suitcases over Samsonites. One final critique on the smaller suitcase, the one that can be used as a carry one on the airplane, the front pocket isn't as a big as the prior version and I feel like the suitcase overall is slightly smaller. In addition, when you expand the bag, the zipper that expands the suitcase does not unzip all the way around. Instead, it only unzips partially so the bag ends up expanding at an angle, which doesn't make very much sense to me and limits the amount of additional storage.

My previous spinner carry on seemed larger. I could easily put 5-7 days of clothes into it and it always fit in the overhead bin on air flights. This Travelpro can barely hold 4 days. I'm thinking of returning it.

I purchased the same set last year. The newer set has single wheels vs my double wheels that concerns me. Not as easy to navigate the suitcases and concerned about their durability.

Definitely not the same quality or utility of my previous Travelpro luggage. I was surprised at the difference. If I had been able to physically examine it, I would not have ordered it.

It looks more gray then I wanted. I don't like gray at all. I thought it might be closer to white or at least on the warmer side.

Nice carryon, but tends to tip over too much if much weight is in the front pockets.

Very inefficient use of space. The handle is deep inside the case so you lose a lot of volume. The handles stick out so the actual case has to be smaller in order to meet the outside dimensions. Forget packing cubes - you need to nesle individual clothes items loose inside otherwise they won't fit. My garment folder won't fit in the center of the case. Durability is mixed. After only one trip, there are already little strings coming out.

I pretty much like this bag, it's nice and light compared to the bag I've been using for years. the bag itself is well made has plenty of room for extra set of clothes to carry with me so I can check everything else, The only thing I don't like is the Velcro side and snaps. not sure what the purpose of it is for. I wish it had straps inside that hold down clothes and keep items in place. still considering if I like my old bag better. maybe sending this one back.

The wheels don't glide as smoothly as I would like them too. The interior is tan opposed to black/charcoal which is strange. Tan will mark/stain and black/charcoal is less likely to show dirt.

I bought the Global specifically for international travel. I bought the Deluxe Tote Bag to create a smart looking travel duo. However, the Global is not wide enough to support the tote bag. The two bags together have fallen over multiple times on my current trip, which I detest. Also, one of the early falls, broke a special travel medication cooler, which I had just purchased. That part infuriates me. The bag itself is very nice, and works as a carryon. It is fairly small on the inside and can't carry much. Be careful with it, when stacking anything on top of it.

I love the features and multiple organizers that can be purchased to zip in. My only complaint is that one seam on the upper left lining is open with the stitching loose and the seam open. With a big trip pending, I can't take the time to send it back and will have to try to repair it myself.

Unfortunately it was just too large to suit my needs, so I had to return it. I wish there was something in between the 25" and the global carry-on, which is just too small. The bags are of great quality, and they last a long time, but the sizing is a problem for me.

too small. The Samsonite roller bag that I am trying to replace is a similar size. It is more expandable. And it has more compartments.
