Loved these boots at first. Very comfortable and could wear all day with no discomfort. However, after only having these boots for 1 to 2 months they are falling apart. I wear them to work as a truck driver and they are never worn hard as I just drive most of the time. Now the stitching from the bottom to the side is ripped and are unwearable. Very disappointing.

The laces will not stay tied no matter what I try. This makes what would otherwise be good boots useless.

I am very disappointed with fit and quality of my purchase. The right shoe is noticeably smaller than the left. I have never owned a pair of shoes that have hurt my feet more than these. New Ballance needs to get the quality of manufacturing to a more consistent level. I own several pairs or New Balance shoes these are not up to the normal fit and quality i normally expect.

Thought I'd try another pair, just in case the pair I got first was a fluke that escaped QC. Unfortunately the second pair is also too small, and is going back. The length might be okay, or close, but the width is still much too narrow. So it is a QC problem, but not one of the occasional off-size or bad quality slipping through statistical testing.

Bought same size as my summer trainers from NB. The two pairs couldn't be more different in fit. These are too short and too narrow, and are going back. Is there no quality control at NB??

We're the most comfortable boots I ever had but I Wore them everyday for two weeks then Cushioning in heel blew outward. Very disappointed with them

Ugly, clunky and ran small. I was hoping nb would come through with something wide but these were a fail.
