These are overall great sneakers. They are on the chunkier side. We like the neutral gray, because it goes with everything. They are holding up well.

Got these as a gift for my dad. A nice clean looking sneaker, and very comfortable. Good value.

My husband loves these shoes. He has type 2 diabetes with some neuropathy in his feet. One pair was covered under Medicare and I bought an extra pair for him so he could switch between the shoes.

Bought these to walk in. Great choice! I am diabetic so I am very careful about the shoes I buy. Great support on my arches. My feet don't feel tired after walking. I walk up to 3-5 miles a day. I would recommend these for anyone who walks or stands on feet all day. I will purchase another pair when time comes. They were delivered in reasonable time and decent price. This was my first buying experience from Zappos! Thanks

I have very wide feet in the toe box area, and my go-to shoe is the New Balance MW665 (fits like a glove). I decided to try this style based on the reviews. I found them very comfortable out-of-the-box, and after walking many miles I'm still pleased. I can't speak much for the arch support as I use custom inserts. These are not the most stylish walking shoes and kind of generic looking, but that really doesn't matter when I'm pounding the road on my walk. It's all about comfort and so far, so good.

I know these shoes are aren't made for looks, but man. They are comfortable! I got them in 2E or wide and they felt great! I have wore them so much that I'm on here to get another pair. They lasted me over a year working on my feet the whole time.

With a size 15 extra wide shoe and hammer toes, my husband had been living in Crocs. He could wear nothing else, as everything hurt after a couple of hours. These shoes are the best things he ever put on his feet. The mesh top stretches to accommodate the hammer toes and he doesn't feel pinched. He's worn them all day for two days in a row. The toe box is roomy and his heel doesn't pronate. I just ordered a pair in navy and gray. He even thinks they may make his foot look a little smaller! Because we're retired, he doesn't have to look stylish and will forsake style for comfort and practicality.

A hard shoe to find. I wanted this shoe but couldn't find it in stores or even the size I needed online. My daughter got me to try your website. I love the fit of this shoe. They have more support than other shoes I have tried.

My husband really likes this style of New Balance. Very comfortable, wide toe box and light weight. So comfortable I ordered him another pair in grey.

I bought two pairs; one black and one white. They are very comfortable and fit perfectly. I ordered my normal size 11W. I use one pair at work and one for exercising. They are not the most stylish shoe on the market, but still worth the price for good reliable comfort. Normally delivery is pretty quick. This order took about 5-7 days which is okay but not super fast as is the usual with Zappos order deliveries.

My husband loves these shoes! He works 8hr shifts on his feet, sometimes at a full trot to care for US Veterans. Very comfortable from the first day. He chose grey, likes the color too

Like walking on clouds. Amazing and ridiculously comfortable shoes. I have a somewhat wide foot, but nothing crazy. Usually, wide shoes do the trick for me. With this shoe, however, I had to order extra wide. Once I put them on, they were some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Highly recommended. Great work shoes.

I have had the white version of these shoes for a year or so, and thought that I would try the black version (which is now Version 2) and they are even more comfortable than the white 411s. I am not sure why. I hope that the 411 does not go away by the time I need new shoes.

One of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. no break in time light and soft day one. I have flat feet and for now don't feel the need to use my arch supports. So I would say they have decent arch support. As far as looks go I like them I did spent $ 2.30 ea. on some black and dark blue flat shoe laces and it totally changes the look of the shoe. Thinking about getting another pair. For the price I highly recommend.

My previous wide shoes were pressing on my more swollen foot and causing constant pain. These are wider and do not hurt.

I have been wearing New Balance sneakers since 1982. I never buy any other brand because of the availability of wide sizes but mostly because of fit and support. I used to wearing running shoes but have given up running for walking. However most walking shoes look orthopedic in design. These shoes look like my previous running shoes and fit just as well. Support is great, too. I highly recommend these shoes.

The white laces make the shoe look like mall walkers but I changed the laces to gray and they now look like normal shoes. I suggest that Zappos include a choice of gray or white laces.
