Very comfortable shoe, with lots of cushion and support. Fits well, which I anticipated because I bought a model from a shoe last that I knew fit my foot (SL2).

PERFECT FIT! The most comfortable pair of sneakers I ever bought, especially the mesh lining on top -- great for my hammer toes!! Can't beat the price.

I was concerned about the width, but when I received them, the fit was excellent. I suffer with hammer toes and arthritis. The room in the tip is so much better than any shoe I have.

I'm walkin on sunshine! This shoe has given me the competitive edge I needed. I dominate in all fields now. I am touring the facility. My portfolio is diverse. It's my world, y'all are just living in it. If these shoes were a Godfather part, they would be Part 2. Nothing is standing in the way anymore.

Wow. Very happy with the price and fit. It's like walking on a cushion of air. The fit is perfect on the money even with the added width. This is my third pair of Newbies and I see no reason to buy anyone else.

Basically the same new balance shoe, same size, one made in China, one in Vietnam -- the Vietnam one is superior, so I chose that one.

Finally shoes that fit. My theory is that these are made in Vietnam while all the others I tried were made in China. Although different brands they probably all used the same sub-contractor, which used a last that didn't work for my right foot.

I have wide, hard to fit feet. I've found the NB SL-2 last offers the room my feet need. The problem is that last is basically shaped like the box cool shoes come in. Very square and high. I've ordered so many that made my feet ashamed to leave the house because of the boxiness. What a breath of fresh air this shoe is! The toe box is not nearly as boxy as other models. I'd say the word "sleek" almost comes to mind. Very comfortable as well. My only slight complaint is that when I walk on cement-like surfaces, I get a squeak much like you hear at basketball games. There is a 97% that it's because of the way I walk and it won't be a problem for you.

The shoes are true to size and seem to be made well. Zappos is awesome - they get on the order right away and is received usually a day before they indicate it will arrive!

Love this shoe. Fits good, looks good. I am a walker and go to the gym. This shoe fills both my needs.

Super comfortable! I highly recommend them. Choices out there for a size 15 are few and in between and only certain companies carry them. Glad to find that new balance can compete with the other few.

I work part time at Meadowlands Golf Course and do a lot of walking. These feel great and help my feet to stay comfortable.

I bought these for my son, he's a courtesy clerk at a grocery store. He says they are very comfortable compared to his high end dressier looking shoes worn by chefs and others on their feet all day. Those shoes only lasted a year. These shoes are less expensive, still look pretty dressy (they really don't read as tennis shoes when worn with a uniform), and they are supportive with a cushy footbed / shock absorbing sole. If you have a job where you are on your feet and can get away with a black sneaker, these are the best we've found.

Although I've purchased New Balance products from other suppliers, ordering from Zappos was very gratifying. Better service, better price and faster shipping made a believer out of me. I will definitely be ordering from Zappos in the future. BTY way the shoes fit perfectly!

Had to return a size 13 in exchange for a size 12 in my 4e width. Easy return policy and promptly received the correct size, no questions asked. Great service. Will deal with and purchase from Zappos again.

I am pleased with the Zappos order process and selection. The item I ordered and received was exactly what I was looking for. The fit was perfect.

I have wide feet, yet for the first time a wide width shoe was too wide. I have to tie the laces as tight as possible to prevent sliding from side to side in the shoe when playing racquetball. The laces are tool long. I have to double knot them to prevent them from laying on the ground and coming untied. Otherwise the shoes are good. If I order again with less width it could be excellent.
