These boots are worth every penny. They fit me true to size (I'm a size 8), but if you have big calves beware! They just barely fit around really tight jeans but look amazing with tights! I couldn't be happier with this boot.

These are the perfect, classic riding boots that go with anything. Hits a few inches below the knee on me. True to size, easy to walk in, easy to pair with anything. Worth the investment!

I definitely needed to break through this boot. I have received many comments about the the boots. They are a pair you can wear and walk for a whole day without discomfort. The only problem is struggling to remove the boots especially when wearing socks. Otherwise worth every penny. Looks good on skirts, jeans and dresses.

These boots are great! A little slick on the bottom but the are so comfortable.

This is the 4th pair of Fyre boots I have ordered; I love the look and quality but all of the pairs prior to this didn't fit quite right. I ordered this pair in hopes that the fit would be better and I'm so glad I gave Fyre another chance! I love these boots! They are so comfortable and look amazing. I wanted the Dark Brown Brush Off but they didn't have my size so instead I ordered the Light Brown Brush Off. The color very versatile and could be worn with black pants or jeans. I normally wear a 7.5-8 but based on other reviews I got an 8 and they fit perfectly.

Got these today, and wow. They are perfect. They slipped on very easily for me. I wear a size 7-7.5 normally and ordered these in a 7. They fit like a glove. I have fairly flat feet and had no trouble getting them on like some other people did. I'm 5'5 and they are a few inches below my knee, but they look super cute with bunched up socks above. I have thin calves and with skinny jeans and socks, they fit perfectly. Not snug, not loose. Finally a pair of boots that don't slouch or gap. Hopefully they continue to hold this perfect shape. I have them in black and they look beautiful!

These are great boots, comfortable right out of the box, and true to size. The natural color is beautiful and I don't see myself on every corner, unique and stylish. The shaft is on the narrow side--still not slim enough for me with my skinny legs, but not gaping either. Great with a leg warmer peeking out the top.

These are beautiful, classic, timeless boots. The color is very versatile and goes great with any color. I have never had a problem with boots fitting around my calf, but I found these to be a bit snug - especially when wearing them with jeans tucked in. So when I took the boots to my local shoe repair to have rubber soles put on the bottom (a must-do to preserve these boots), I also had them stretch the openings. The stretching was just enough to make these fit perfectly. I was so relieved that this fix worked! So be warned, they might be a bit snug in the calf, even for those of you who don't usually notice that. Oh, and I'm a true 10.5, but the size 10 fits perfectly. I find this to be the case with Frye boots - they are sized a 1/2 size down.

These boots rock. I love them. They stretch a tad, so prepare. But they are good looking, comfy, and look great. Price is really high, but they are worth it! I get lots of compliments. =)

Very comfortable boots. The calves were a little tight when I first got them but they loosened up quickly and now I love them. I wear them almost everyday. Frye makes the best boots!

The quality of these boots is amazing in every way. They were a little tough to get on my feet right away, but with a little patience I got them on and they were very comfortable. I ordered the light brown brush off and they were significantly lighter in person than the photo shows which was a little disappointing. I might send them back for a different color.

These boots are awesome. Seriously. I have wanted to buy them for the past three years but they were too expensive. I finally broke down and bought them and I love them. I had to exchange for a half size smaller than my usual size, but they are perfect. And actually quite comfortable. They fit perfectly with skinny jeans and leggings. They are quality leather boots and are made well. I know they will last for years and years. They are worth the splurge!!

Very comfortable boots. Wore them all day walking around at a festival the second time I wore them and they didn't hurt at all. I got my normal size, and they fit perfectly with normal socks. I went a half size down with my other Fryes and I can only wear them with trouser socks - so for me they are true to size. I got the chocolate vintage leather and the distressing is gorgeous in real life. Sort of a taupe-brown that can be worn with anything.

I ordered a size 8 which is what I wear in Frye Carson. Very, very, very hard to get on. Finally did get it on, but thought a 1/2 size up was necessary to save all the sweating. Great customer service. The 8 1/2 was hard to get on the first time but that's about it and they look great and are comfortable.

My two daughters and I bought these boots. I ordered chocolate vintage, one daughter ordered tan, can't remember the other one. We love these boots and they really look and feel great!

These boots rock! I ordered in my usual size and they were perfect. I like to wear heavier socks and wanted to have enough room. I had no problem getting the boots on and just a little getting them off, which you would expect with tall slip-on boots. The leather is wonderful and the color in Fawn is a beautiful neutral, goes with brown and black. Plus the color is just different enough that they make a statement!

I love these Frye boots - they're a vibrant cognac color, and the leather is butter soft out of the box. They fit my foot beautifully - a great life-long purchase - I'll always have these classic boots. I did give the style category 5 stars, but it should be noted that it's absolutely clean and classic - little embellishment, which really helps them remain timeless.

Love this boot so far (got it in Saddle Vintage). The quality is outstanding and it looks good with everything I have tried so far, including casual skinny jeans and knee-high dresses. Have gotten compliments every time I wear it out. Hard to get on and seems a bit loose around the ankles when you first try it on - definitely needs breaking in before the fit gets truly comfortable.

These boots are super cute. I wear an 8B and they fit a little snug, but they will stretch as I break them in. I think the 8 1/2 would have been too big. I have a high instep, so when I first got them, I couldn't get them on, and thought I would have to return them! Then I remembered that if you put a produce bag on your foot, the boot will slide on which it did! I had to wear them around the house for a few hours this way, but eventually I was able to get the boot on. They are well made, with a leather sole, and I highly recommend them. I typically get at least one compliment every time I wear them!

I recently purchased these boots in tan. I absolutely love them! They will be a great casual and dress-up boot. I got them in a 6 1/2 which is my normal shoe size and they fit perfect. I am 5'3" and the height is great on these. I also tried the Frye Celia X boot but they just seemed a little too tall for me. The way the Melissa Button boot dips down in the front and back makes it a great fit for my height. They are very comfortable...so much more comfortable than my Campus Frye boots I purchased a few years ago that I've never been able to break in. I did have some non-slip pads put on the bottom of the shoe because they were a bit slippery. This is a great boot that should last a lifetime!

Lovely boots! The price tag makes me wince a little, but I know these were a worthwhile investment. I normally wear a 9.5 and went back and forth between that and a 9, eventually getting my normal size because my feet are a little wide. I probably could've gone either way -- the 9.5s are a bit roomy but comfy anyway, leaving plenty of room for socks. I got the burgundy brush-off. The picture doesn't quite do them justice. They're less orange, and the brush-off is less obvious; they have an almost pinkish undertone and look great. Definitely a great buy, overall!

These boots are amazing and worth the investment because they will never go out of style! They are comfortable and really well made. I ordered these in grey and they are a nice change from my usual basic black.

Spectacular boots! I am so thrilled that I decided to order these. These boots are worth every penny. They are perfectly designed, comfortable, and so stylish. I have already received numerous compliments on them when I wore them to the winery and to the mall. I have a high arch so they were very difficult to get on at first. But by using a boot "shoe" horn and a little patience it was so worth it. I love these boots so much that I am purchasing a pair in soft black. I am very happy I read the reviews because I always wear a size 9.5 but a size 9 fit me perfectly because they do run a little big. I just can't say enough great things about these boots. All I know is that I am so happy that I now own a pair.
