Very cute shoe but a bit uncomfortable in the heel area. Stitching runs too much. Had to return.

I ordered the 40 which fits US 9-9.5, my usual size range. The arch support was perfectly placed and the soles were comfortable to walk on. Unfortunately, they were too narrow for my feet. I am a little to the wide side of medium, but medium fits in other brands. I hate to return them, but there is no wide option.

I loved the look. The left shoe hurt my toe. A size longer would be too wide for me.

I love Ecco's, and they usually fit well. My problem with these shoes was a seam in the top front of the left shoe which was very irritating to my toes. Sadly, I had to return them today.

not quite as comfortable for me compared to the street soft sneaker which I ordered so kept the street sneaker.

Very nice shoes and great style. The stitching near the eyelets is rough and cut into my feet. I’m ordering another pair of the same shoes. Hopefully, I received a pair with better workmanship.

Amazing shoe! The fit (comfort first) and style (so on trend) are the best. I really enjoyed wearing these Ecco shoes. Ecco charges a lot; but I felt I got what I paid for and we all know that’s not always the case.

Ran small and had to return. Style is nice but not a fan of the silver grommets.

These sneakers run slightly large, but with padded insoles as well as my customized orthotic, they fit, even with socks. Relatively comfortable and stylish, but definitely needed all the additional layers in the sole to prevent my plantar fasciitis-afflicted feet from feeling too much pain.

I think these will be okay for my really sensitive feet. I was hoping for more padding around the heel cuff and in the sole--but going to give these a good try. Quality seems to decline over time. ;( But still LOVE ZAPPOS!

Very nice looking sneaker! Footbed was nicely cushioned. The only negative was the seam across the toes rubbed & was uncomfortable. Returned & will continue searching. I love Zappos & the ease of online shopping & returns. Awesome customer service!

Stylish shoe that is too large for me. Does not run large; I ordered the wrong size

These are beautiful shoes both in quality and materials (stone metallic). I wanted to keep them. But they were too narrow for me in the toes and too long, probably by at least 1/2 size. I generally wear an 8 or 8.5 Medium, so ordered a 39. I'd try a 38 but the toes would still be too narrow. It's a shame, they're such nice shoes.

I love this shoe. Cannot fully evaluate them as I have not worn them for any length of time yet. However, a size larger is too large so with my regular size, I may take out the foot bed and wear no show thin socks to give me more room.

Returned for smaller size. Usually wear size 39 for my slightly wide feet and high arches but my heel slipped out. Size 38 was perfect. Comfortable plain white leather sneaker was just what I wanted.

I generally wear a 39 in European sizes and these fit just right. I have a wider foot so the width is great, though I am hoping the seam that crosses my little toe will soften up. At the moment it rubs a bit, but these feel like with a little breaking in they will be great!

When I tried these on all I could feel was the stitching and layered material in the toe box pushing on the top of my toes (I do not have wide feet). Thanks to another reviewer, I learned there is an extra removable insole. I wore them all day yesterday without the extra insole. They are really cute but for the price I expected them to be more comfortable, they are kind of stiff. I already have the Ecco Soft 7 Low Bootie sneakers that are super comfortable and I expected the same.

I normally wear an 8.5 narrow shoe and these fit great. I agree with other reviewers that the shoelaces are oddly laced up and hard to tie without re-lacing them. The shoes are comfortable for moderate walking with good (not great) arch support; was disappointed that there wasn't a thicker sole for such expensive shoes. A very fun style with jeans or casual dresses.

This is my third pair and I still think they feel comfortable.

I really liked these but they rub my heel and since I want to wear without socks back they go. Sorry Zappos!

The laces don’t like staying tied and are an off white color which looks strange in direct sunlight but I ended up replacing the laces with a no-tie set I bought on Amazon.

Super cute shoes. True to size. There is arch support. It wasn’t in the right spot for my feet so wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked. So disappointing that they needed to go back.
