I got these when I couldn't find a replacement pair of Waldlaufer's (Jasmine) in my size. The Waldlaufers lasted years, and are so well made. These are okay but nowhere near as good. Also my heel slips out of the back with the Ecco, and the leather feels rather plasticky (which may be good for the rain). And as I think someone else has mentioned, the laces are really weird. They're way too long, and also feel like they're coated with something plasticky or slippery. They will have to be replaced. All said, they're better fitting and better looking than so much out there.

I like them, but thought they were a bit costly, I wish they had vents, because they don’t breathe.

Have only worn for a few hours out shopping, but so far, they are very comfortable. I have a very narrow foot (AA), but these work with just a reg foodie, sock.

The shoes are very nice, good fit, and style.....except for the bright white sole atop a very brown shoe.

i gave the ECCO Soft 7 sneaker four stars for Overall. I was unsure if I had quite enough length in them, but since I had another golden toned shoe, I decided against this particular pair!

Super cute shoe but the size was small, and the color was much more orange than red. I was hoping for a red sneaker.

I am very pleased with these sneakers. I have the blue nubuck and they are very cute. The thing I like best though is the arch support. I have high arches and messed my feet up but good not wearing supportive shoes. These give me a supportive pair to kick around in this summer. Although I have been using the sneaker's arch support, I like that I can replace it with my orthotics if needed. I wouldn't mind having multiple pairs in different colors - the yellow is next on my list.

I'm so happy. After multiple purchases and returns (thank you Zappos) I decided to bite the bullet and go with this more expensive shoe. Happy, happy, happy! Fits my size 12 feet perfectly and they don't look like I'm wearing tug boats on my feet. Very flattering and oh, so comfy.

I have several pair of ECCO sandals and love them! I wanted to try a pair of their tennis shoes. I really liked the look and initial fit of these sneakers. I have a wide foot and felt like the width was good but my toes were pushed up against the toe of the shoe and it was uncomfortable. I am returning this pair and will order the next size up and see if they fit any better.

My heel slipped badly in these.

Loved this shoe but it ran small. Ordered a size up and it fits great and is so comfortable!

The color is a strange yellow - not a bright sunshine yellow, kinda has brown tone. While the length was right on, the width was off. The shoes had a strange gap around my ankle. Just ordered a different color - hoping the fit was just a fluke.

I really wanted these to work out - I usually wear a wide but they don't come in wide so I ordered a 40 instead of my usual 39. Unfortuantely they were too long and I had heel slippage. But while looking at them and thinking I could add a different insole to help, I discovered that these were already extra-width (as marked under the Ecco insole. Yeah - I reordered the 39. But the 39 was significantly shorter and more narrow (even though they too were marked extra wide under the in-sole). How sad was I - these are cool looking sneakers that you can wear all day without looking like a mom in converse. But unfortunately, I seem to need a 39.5 which they don't make.

I've never gotten a pair of Eccos that were wide width before, but noticed these were very wide at the heel. Took them off and looked inside and they said (extra width) then looked at the box and low and behold it says 7 W. Had to return. I have these in black and they are perfect, so it was a mistake I guess.

Love the shoes but not the color (deep Forrest green). Was hoping for a more brownish tone, but it’s definitely more green, so I’m returning the shoes.

Very cute. Just didn’t work for me. I have very bony heels and for some reason these hurt the top part of my heel where the shoe hit. This seems to be my problem though so might work perfectly for others. I wear size 9 1/2 in most shoes but 10 in athletic shoes (ASICS and Brooks). Size 40 in these were perfect length for me.

Fit and size are perfect, my feet are a little wide. The metallic deep forest is a gorgeous color for fall. These shoes rock jeans, slacks and skirts. So very happy with this purchase.

I LOVE the color and the softness of the material! The insides does come out but the shoe just isn’t deep enough for orthotics

These cute sneakers have nice, soft leather that I think would allow you to wear them without socks. If I wanted to wear with socks, I would have had to size up. I am returning them because the padding in the footbed would be insufficient to accommodate my metatarsalgia, were I to wear them all day. Sometimes I will buy a cute shoe, like Miz Mooz, for example, even though the footbed is not cushy enough because I know I won't be wearing that type of shoe all day. But if I buy a leather sneaker, it's not for style, it's because I want to wear it and walk in it for hours at a stretch. So, because of my particular limitations, these sneakers are going back.

These were pretty, but not wide enough in the toe box for my picky feet. If your feet are regular-schmegular, you could be very happy with these!

I loved these sneakers but they were somewhat long and narrow for me. I normally wear a 9 1/2 or 10 and felt compelled to order size 41 since I was concerned that the 40 would be too short. As it turned out these shoes were too long and pinched my feet. I will be returning them and ordering some similar shoes that are available in wide. Very nice shoes though.

I love the look of this shoe. I ordered my usual size and the fit is great. However, there is a ridge on the ball of the footbed just beneath the toes that I find very uncomfortable. Alas, they are going back.

This is a lovely comfortable sneaker, but not for me. I wear a 7.5 shoe, and like/need some support. Length and width were fine, however I have a narrow heel, and I never could get it to "settle" in the shoe. I also like the Adidas Sleek & Gazelles. They come up a little higher on the back of the ankle, so I don't have the same problem. Really nice shoe, well constructed, would have been a keeper, except for the slippage.

I ordered my usual size (41), and I had trouble getting my foot into the shoe. Once I loosened the laces, I got my foot in, but my toes were against the edge of the shoe. I usually wear a 10.5 narrow. These shoes felt extremely narrow. I am sending them back for a larger size.

Not Really White! These are very nice sneakers, but for summer, I wanted that crisp, true white that looks good with summer clothes. These are almost beige, so I am returning them and have ordered a pair of the Stan Smith’s from Adidas; they are pure white.
