These fit well and I like the look of them. But I decided that I didn't need them badly enough to justify the price. So reluctantly returning them.

The leather is soft and lovely. I need more arch support than provided so will return

I really liked these and tried my best to find a way to keep them. However, no matter what I tried, the ankle was a little too wide and my foot slipped as I walked. Loved the style and the feel. Sad they did not fit

I wanted to love these! But the footbed had several "lumps/arches" and it just wasn't comfortable.

I have had these about 2 years. Comfortable however the rubber around the sneakers have turned yellow. Never washed them. Don’t know why for 160.00 they turned yellow.

This is a lovely shoe. I have very thin (top to bottom), skinny feet and I hoped my orthotic would fill up the space, but it does not. So I have to return them. Thank you for letting me try.

Just about everything with these sneakers were 5-stars. The style is streamlined and would look great with pants, dresses or skirts. I've had feet issues (plantar fasciitis, bunion, Morton's neuroma), and they felt very supportive and comfortable. The only reason I didn't keep them was that I was hoping for a white sneaker, and the color was actually a dull grayish-white.

I wanted to love this shoe. It is beautifully made and is a soft gray color. I have multiple issues with my left foot so I'm hard to fit. I was almost sold on these but found another pair that gave me very good arch support.

too large. I usually wear a 7 and need a 6.5 in these.

Super comfy shoes. I wear US 7.5 and bought 38, and find them a 1/2 size too large. But I am keeping anyway as I am guessing 37 will be tight and these are meant to be comfortable. They look cute and are work-appropriate (for my office) for days without important meetings.

I’m a size 11.5 narrow foot. Ordered a size 12 and they are tight. Enough length but the shoe is somehow not deep enough. It felt like my foot was too high in the shoe. That said, I removed the insoles and they work! Still comfy sole and fine for extended walking. Plus they are cute so I’ve decided to keep them.

This is my 3rd pair of these Ecco sneakers. I love them, but the right shoe of this last pair is not comfortable, so I am going to exchange for the exact style. I would never hesitate to buy Ecco products!

The shoes were cute but rubbed my little toes. I have very wide feet and high arches. I have realized this style is not for me.

Really liked fit and support but was looking for totally leather lined shoe. These were partially lined with synthetic fabric, darn. Had to return.

Cute shoe and comfortable at first. After standing for about 20 minutes in this shoe, I realized it was starting to hurt one foot in 2 different metatarsal areas. The pain got very quickly worse and I will have to return them.

Normally I wear a 9.5-10 AA but lean towards a 10. Thinking that if the shoe fit more like a 9.5, I took a chance and ordered the 10-10.5. They fit and I would say they run rather narrow as well. I did have to put in a tongue pad to take up a bit of room but basically they fit. I would say they fit like a size 10 medium.

These are very comfortable shoes, but I expected them to be perfect for the price. I have arthritis in my front toe and purchased them to see if it helped with my toe pain. After a 2 mile walk I still had pain and I also started to get a blister on my heel.

This is a great shoe. Comfortable. Stylish. Travels well. I took off one star because if you try to remove the insole and use your own orthotic there really isn’t enough depth and your foot sits a little bit too high out of the shoe. Otherwise they’re great especially if you use the insole that comes with them

Stylish sneaker that can be dressed up (business casual) or worn around town. Very good arch support and thick sole make the shoe very comfortable for all day wear. I have wide toes with narrow heel and tried 5 other brands before finding this shoe. Bought 2 colors due to all day comfort. My only criticism is shoelaces are rather long which makes hiding the laces a challenge

I have this sneaker in other fabrics/colors. Sizing is consistent, with good arch support. The metallic version is a nice update.

These are, to me, the best shoes this season for plantar faciitis 'victims.' They're flat, accomodate fairly high special soles, and are somewhat soft-bottomed. They look ok with summer ankle pants, too.

stiff and narrow uncomfortable for me.

I really wanted these to work, but alas they did not suit my feet. I am a pretty solid 7, so I ordered the size 7-7.5 (EU 38). They were too long. I returned them for a 6-6.5 (EU 37). The length was okay though a half size in between would have been perfect. But the top of the shoe just felt too tight and rubbed the wrong way. I have pretty skinny feet, so that was surprising. I knew pretty quickly that these would not be comfortable and would hurt the top of my feet. The larger size felt fine around my feet but too long. Unfortunately I am back to square one to find shoes that look like these but are actually comfortable.

Super cute and comfy to walk in. I did not go with these however because the heel was just a bit stiff and found similar shoe that was just a bit softer.

Bought for travel and they are comfortable. The fit was larger than expected so maybe try 1/2 size lower. The color is more grey than pictured.
