Like the jacket thus far. Tried on a 2x in store and it was too small, ordered a 3x online and it definitely runs large. Anyways It's been bitter cold where I live and I'm used to wearing a long sleeve shirt under a hoodie under another weatherproof windbreaker type jacket. Always cold still. With this I can easily get away with just a T-shirt underneath and be warm. There's no heat leaking out or cold leaking in through the sleeves because of the stretchy inner wrist material. That keeps the snow out as well. Also a big fan of the pockets. Compared to what I'm used to, there's a ton of them. I only just found the one hidden on the bottom of the left arm sleeve today. Definitely not an all year wear like a normal windbreaker, but to have a jacket that actually works in the winter is nice. In reality I give it a 9/10 just because of the slightly large fit

We spend a lot of time in extremely cold hockey rinks and my husband need a very warm, comfortable jacket that is easy to move in...that describes this jacket. His favorite feature (besides the color of the jacket) is the silvery lining that reflects his body heat and keeps him warm. We are both very happy with this jacket...both in price and quality...

This is the first time that I have ever ordered anything on line. Everything went great. The chart was perfect for sizing the coat. This coat keeps you warm and you do not over heat in it when it is warmer out. The only thing that I wish it had was a double zipper to open the lower part of the coat while the upper part was still zipped. I shopped around for a while and I am very happy I found Columbia .

I ordered this coat for my husband..He needed a coat that had a vibrant color and warm enough to be worn in the snow without being very heavy because of the foil inside..It fit perfect to measurements for a big and tall man 2xt like everything everything else we buy from Columbia..

I bought this coat for the cold Ohio weather. This coat is perfect for my needs.

Bought his for my husband. He is tall and has a hard time finding coats that has long enough sleeves. This one is perfect. Warm and he looks great in it.

Shipping was fast! Jacket came and fits perfectly for my not so small husband! Ordered a 4x and its true to size. He has room to wear a sweatshirt underneath and we are both very happy with the purchase and it will be perfect for a cold boston winter.

This product screams technology. From the liner to the pockets, this isn't any plain coat. I'm a big guy and big jackets aren't necessarily hard to come by, but finding a good one is! This jacket isn't "good", though... it's GREAT! The sleeve linings snug to your wrist to make up for any gap gloves might leave. Love the removable hood and how the velcro hides the fact that it's removable. If this jacket was stolen, I'd have another one ordered before I'd file a police report. I'm not going to recommend this jacket, I am going to INSIST that if you want a combination of style, comfort, functionality, and warmth, you get your hands on this coat! But not mine... because you'd have a tough time pulling that off.

I purchased two of these jackets, one for my son and one for my husband. Both have been very pleased with the fit, style, and warmth. With the Omni heat, the jackets are plenty warm without any of the bulk.

First of all, I normally wear a XLT, and this jacket is the perfect size! It is long enough to cover my torso (I'm 6'6") and the arms have plenty of length to them too. Now to the functionality: this jacket is warm enough to wear during -20 degree F and yet light enough to wear at 40 degree F which makes it an October-April jacket here in MN! It looks very flashy, but not too much, just right :) It is also very nice wearing with a sweatshirt underneath and very easy to get on an off due to the Omni-Heat material on the inside, much easier than a fleece lined jacket that I had before. I will definitely be purchasing another jacket just like this when it comes to that time!

Been skiing for many years and this is the perfect ski jacket. Tons of pockets, goggle pocket, ski pass pocket on sleeve, phone pocket. Very warm and completely windproof, with a tough and strong outer shell. The snow skirt inside is great to keep the powder out. Overall a very functional and perfect ski jacket

I bought this jacket to wear in colder weather, it is lightweight but extremely warm. The omi-heat is perfect for all conditions.

I bought this for my son. The well made construction of this jacket is fantastic. He loves it.

This parka is very warm, not bulky and lightweight. Would have preferred another outside breast pocket or another internal security pocket. Liked the Velcro/snap front which makes it easy to adjust ventilation with the front zipper partially open.

I love the quality of this jacket, also with the price right now you can't beat it! I got a 4xt and it fits perfect. I highly recommend this jacket. It will definitely keep you warm, and look good at the same time.

I bought it for a trip to Chicago never got cold in fact I was sweating most of the time.

This is an excellent coat! Just wish it had Pit Vents! This is my third Columbia coat! Love Omni heat and Omni Tech! This coat keeps you warm without weighing you down! Its warmth without the weight! The FIRST Columbia jacket that I purchased was a lightweight jacket with Omni Heat and Omni Tech it had Pit Vents! It was the BEST jacket I have EVER owned! I could walk into a store, start to over heat and unzip the vents without ever taking off my jacket! Best jacket purchase! I had to recently replace my worn bugaboo. Did a lot of research and came across the alpine by Columbia. I couldn't be happier. Light weight and extremely warm. Omni heat technology is a great addition! Thanks go out to the Columbia design team for hitting the mark.

I am 6'4 with long arms so I ordered a Tall size and couldn't be happier with the fit and finish of this jacket. It was ordered for use as a alpine ski jacket but it is extremely versatile and will get a lot of everyday use. I like having a detachable hood as I do not like skiing with the wind catching a hood. The hood folds up neatly in a pocket or can be kept in your ski gear bag. I selected the blue color and have got a lot of compliments. Great job!

I'm an average weekend skier so I wanted a good quality jacket to keep me covered. I have only used the jacket once so far, but the quality is amazing. I'm a tall guy (6'6'') so the 2xT was a great choice. I have plenty of room to wear layers, and it is long enough that the spray skirt isn't leaving parts of my back exposed. I used it in weather pushing the teens. I was warm and toasty for the entire day. I used the vents to help keep the sweat at bay as well. All-around great jacket and I hope it stays that way.
