I've been wearing this style for about 7 years now. They are the only style that keeps my plantar fasciitis at bay. I love the new color!

My long, narrow, no arch feet (10 1/2 N) love these shoes. They cradle my foot, giving support without my orthotics. It's my 2nd pair & also require minimal breaking-in time.

These are amazing! I can walk for days in these with no pain. I have plantar fasciitis and flat feet (thanks Dad,) so I'm an over-pronator for sure. These feel so stable and I feel grounded in them. I was worried that they would look goofy b/c some people mentioned that in their comments. They really just look like another pair of tennis shoes to me, I don't feel like I'm wearing anything that anyone would laugh at! :)

Very comfortable and contemporary-looking. The 2E width is truly a 2E width. Plenty of room for supplemental arch support. Do not squeak. These are lighter in weight than they look.

Brooks Addiction always delivers a comfortable, well built shoe. They were comfortable immediately. They have extra support for people like me with flat feet that over pronate. My size 12 Medium orthodicts slipped right in after I removed the inserts that came with the shoes. I don't mind the color at all.

I love Brooks shoes. I buy a half size larger because I insert my own orthodics. They give me the support that I need and outlast other shoes.

I have had several pairs of Brooks Addictions. I work out a lot and have cranky feet but my feet love and are well supported in these. And finally, a great color! Thanks for a little style!

Wonderful fit right out of the box! I have a very wide foot, bunion and ball of foot pain, and can rarely find a very wide shoe with good support. This sneaker fits the bill! I ordered 7.5 WW and I was thrilled with the truly extra wide fit. Plenty of toe room and great support. I realize these aren't the most stylish, and the logo is a shiny vinyl, but I can live with this in return for the absolute comfort!

I have worn Brooks Addictions for four years now, since a tendon injury required me to wear an orthotic and this shoe was suggested as well. I no longer wear the orthotic, but I have wide, flat feet and these shoes provide the support and comfort that I need. Every time I buy a new pair, I fuss that it is not as comfortable as the old ones. But after a couple of days, my feet and the shoes adjust to each other, and all is well again. Plus, my grandkids think they look cool!

Wide enough for my bunions! Comfortable, great support for my bad back. This shoe does not crush or even put pressure on the width of my foot. That means something at the literal end of the day.

Great shoes if you have flat feet. I wore the addiction 10 for years, and now that it's discontinued, this is a great replacement!

I do like the fit, but sometimes the bottom of my feet hurt. I am not sure why. I am on my feet all day. But in all they are nice.

Brooks always comes through for me. Been wearing Addition for many years. The 12 seems so much lighter in weight, excellent as always for stability and love the color!

These shoes have a really nice charcoal color which is dark enough to avoid stains, but looks sharp.They provide excellent protection from pronation and feel wonderful!

My podiatrist suggested these sneakers for arch support and sturdiness. I added the orthopedic insoles prescribed and foot feeling better. Shoes are very comfortable, I'm pleased with the purchase.

I bought these shoes not for running but walking because I figured they'd have more cushioning and I was right. My back appreciates the extra shock absorption. I have wide feet and an extra wide would have been better, but the shoe only goes up to a wide. They seem to be okay if I keep the lacing loose. As always, Zappos' shipping is unparalleled.

Very comfortable shoe right out of the box. I have a very narrow foot & heel and the narrow fits well and is good with my orthotic. Very good support, fairly heavy. I like the dark color. I'm slowly returning to running and it felt great going a mile+ today with no issues.

I think this is my 6th pair of Brooks Addiction shoes, over a many year time frame. Arthritic joints prevent running, but these are also awesome for those of us who walk for our exercise. This updated model feels even more supportive and comfortable than previous pairs. I occasionally try on other brands, but always end up with this shoe. I wear 8.5 or 9, and 9 in this shoe works best. I do have long toes, so someone with a different type of foot/toe might do better with true-to-size, lower 1/2 size.

Like this shoe except it was to short. I normally wear a 9 A. The width felt true to size but I had to return and order a size 10A. The 10 fits well.
