Love the ninja blue body of this Brooks Addition 12 shoe. Good arch support and does prevent my feet from rolling outward.

These tend to be on the short side, so I had to order up 1/2 size. Great shoes!

I've always had wide feet, and now I have bunions as well, so finding a wide-enough shoe is a real challenge. That's why I was delighted when I put on the Addiction 12, size 8 EE, for the first time. Finally, comfort! The length of the shoe, heel to toe, is still just right for the size 8, and the heel isn't too loose; it's just the width that is larger and just right for me. Good lacing system allows me to customize the fit, and the dark navy color is a welcome change from obnoxious bright fluorescents. Thanks, Brooks!

Have a hard to find womens shoe size. My feet are flat, narrow and long. Retail stores carry this popular Brooks athletic shoe. They always tell me the company doesn' make my size. Zappos always has it. Thank you!

Only shoes I wear. Very stable with just enough cushion. The laces are long and last. Enough width for bunions. Just wish they come up with more colors. I would buy more. What's with that!

If my difficult-to-fit-double-wide feet could have spoken they would have said "yes!" when I first put these on late one afternoon. Best Brooks I've had so far & have worn several different styles for several years. Ordered a second pair as shoe manufacturers apparently tend to mess up a good thing with style changes... These are running shoes I believe, but I use for walking. I feel the road, gravel, etc too much with walking shoes including previously worn Brooks and NB. Wish Brooks offered more color choices.

Love these shoes. They are true to size and very comfortable. I have issues with my feet and with these shoes, you would never know it. Much more support than the more advertised brands

I used to buy Brooks Ariel, but can't stand the purple/pink color,everyone's out of my size and I will wait for a redesign. These are a good alternative. I tried a pair of Brooks running shoes, but my plantar fasciitis was acting up in those. These worked better. Again, not as much MC as Ariel, but they'll work.

The perfect motion control shoe for me. The only downside is the color. I wish Brooks would lighten up their shoes.

This is the most comfortable tennis shoe that I've ever worn! I've been a Brooks fan for many many years and have owned many pairs. This one is the best for me so far. I have plantar fasciitis and my arches are falling in both feet, so I'm on my way to having flat feet. I work out first thing in the morning and slipping these on gives my sore feet great comfort. I was worried these would be ugly because a few reviewers didn't like the style. They look great, like most other tennis shoes. Waiting for Brooks to make more colors with cute patterns in this style like they do with all their other shoes!

I've been wearing the Brooks Addiction for about 8 years. It is a fantastic shoe and with an over-the-counter insert has mitigated chronic mild foot pain. I love this new color. Oddly, the shoelaces aren't the same length. Makes one shoe more difficult to tie with rabbit ears.

Just put these on 2 hours ago -- my first pair of Brooks (I usually wear New Balance) and they feel great. Best support and cushioning I've ever had in a sneaker (which I'm using for walking, not running). They have actually relieved some of my sciatic pain.

Love these shoes. The fit and color are perfect. I have awful feet. Wide with high instep. They were so comfortable I wore them for a two mile walk right out of the box. Nice blue color.

Additional review of previously reviewed item. I still love the Brooks Addiction 12's; however, after 5 months of wearing the shoe to work, I noticed a small hole near the toe area and was able to see my socks. I sent Brooks an email about the defective shoe, and to my surprise they are sending me a brand new pair of shoes! Talk about customer service! Even though I purchased the shoes through Zappos, they stand behind their product! I am a very satisfied customer and Brooks has gained a loyal customer for life in me!

I have purchased the Brooks Addiction for the past 10 years. My last pair was the 11 version, they were not anywhere near as comfortable as the Addiction 12, I needed this shoe for a trip to France, where a lot of walking was necessary. I have multiple foot issues & wear orthotics. The Addiction 12 far exceeded my expectation. My feet were comfortable & I did not experience any pain on walking an average of 5 -6 miles a day, The Addiction 12 is by far the best version of this shoe yet! I had such great success with this shoe I ordered the last pair left in my size.

I bought, and returned, the current Ariel and the New Balance 1340's in the same 8.5M. All 3 were great but these were $30 cheaper than the Ariel with indistinguishable differences in support, fit and cushioning. I have fused toe joints and super flat feet, so I wouldn't compromise. The fit was better than the NB's, which seemed wider at the heel. I usually wear an 8 in regular shoes, but 8.5 in athletic shoes; that's true for these.

Have been running for a long time with Brooks Addiction and continue to be the best choice.

Best shoe yet for me! I have multiple foot issues and recently been suffering with heel pain due to plantar fasciitis and this shoe has really helped. Also quite breathable during long hot days.

Don't even question whether you should buy this shoe! It is an amazing fit! I work 10 to 12 hour shifts 5 days a week plus walk 4 miles round trip to work every day. This shoe has changed my life. I had knee surgery a little over a year ago and have not felt comfortable enough to walk any distant until this shoe. Please understand I ordered over $2,000 of shoes from Zappos before I found these. I am 42 years old with a 6 EE plus a high arch foot. My coworkers would not allow me to keep any of the shoes that felt amazing because of the style. They made me look old and frumpy. This shoe offers style and comfort ! I can walk where ever I want for as long as I want. It is like walking on air. I have to be honest, I was a New Balance Girl! Now I am heed over heels for Brooks! The fit is perfect for me! Thank you Zappos for leading me to the perfect shoe that helped me feel awesome about walking again. Your body will thank you once you put these shoes on!

The fit is as expected for a Brooks. I always can count on their wide truly being a wide- unlike some other brands I have tried. Perfect for all day and/or walks/runs- great for my pronation with wonderful motion control and support.

Brooks Addiction are very comfortable, supportive shoes. The shoe has excellent arch support, helping my plantar fasciitis...and the shoe also help with the pronation of my feet. The shoes tend to run a little small. I usually wear size 9, but the 9.5's fit well. This is my second pair of addiction shoes. I also bought my sister (who has troubled feet) a pair, and she loves them.

I have flat feet and slight bunion problem. From day one these shoes were comfortable and supportive. There is nothing like finding a sneaker that just fits! Love it! And the color goes great with jeans, so I can wear these to work.

Equivalent to Brooks Ariel. They seem to fit and wear the same. Good support for pronation.
