These are the fifth pair of ghost runners I have had. I love them and they last. I have a neutral foot and work out everyday. The shoes hold up. I typically purchase an 8.5 while my dress shoes are a 7.5.

The shoes are great, but the best part was the outstanding customer service! The pair of shoes I received had a slight manufacture flaw, so not only did they send me a new pair (which arrived at my doorstep within 48 hours) but they also said I could keep the other pair! The customer service agent was so nice and professional. I will never hesitate to do business with Zappos! Thank you Zappos!

Sneakers are terrific! I have narrow feet and was able to purchase them in a AA. Comfy beyond belief and a perfect fit. I ordered them specifically because of the reviews on Zappos site. The company is great to work with.

I have wide, flat feet, with ankle injuries, and finding shoes that are supportive is difficult. These shoes are a good width, and is quite attractive! I would personally add a little extra arch support, but for most people, this should be fine. I am really pleased with these!

I've always loved the Brooks Ghost! It's my 3rd pair. I have narrow feet, so I know what to order each time. Love them!

Great fit and style! Once I had a running shoe that was so perfect in support, feel, style - but missing a half size up, been trying to find a similar one ever since, and usually compromised, sometimes heavily. This one comes close to that idealized shoe: light, excellent support, fits true to size: I'm usually a size 10 in shoes, sometimes go up 1/2 size in sneakers/running shoes, these however fit like a glove in the size 10. Also no issues on the first miles, which oftentimes can be difficult for me, just a great experience.

I really like these shoes. I've been a fan of Brooks for many years. They hold up much better than other brands I've tried. I'm an avid walker so it is very important for me to have something made so well that it doesn't break down easily. Very happy with my purchase.

I have worn Brooks for 15 years and these are the most comfortable I have ever had. They fit perfectly and my feet never get tired or sore no matter how long I wear them.

Love these! Normally I wear Asics, decided to give Brooks a try. Love the colors (bought the blue) and I normally wear a size 8.5 and these were a perfect fit. Have worn them several times running and so far I have no issues with my feet or knees bothering me. Will be ordering another pair since I replace them every 300 miles (about 5 months). Great job Brooks!

Love these shoes! The Brooks Ghost 8 are very supportive, cut slightly wider in the toe box, and great colors. After 25 years of running shoes I have to say these are my favorite!

Super comfortable with no break in necessary. I usually go back and forth from Asics to Brooks, and it's been awhile since my last pair of Brooks. I'm not sure I can go back to Asics to be honest. These sneakers reminded me how much better Brooks works for my feet. I have several issues with my feet and ankles, and these shoes really help support everything in all the right ways. I'm a size 8 for most shoes and even a 7.5 in sandals. But for these sneakers I wear an 8.5.

So comfortable! This is the first Brooks shoe I have ever worn. They have support and lots of cushion. I will definitely buy again.

This is my 2nd pair of these same shoes. This time I bought the wide width and am very pleased with the fit. I have very flat feet and using my orthotic inserts these shoes are comfortable and I can wear them all day long without my feet hurting.

Love these Brooks! They have just enough cushion to reduce any shock but they feel stable on your foot.

These shoes are comfortable to the extreme. I put them on when I received them to make sure I had the right size, and didn't take them off until bed time. They are great for running, or walking, or running those darned errands that are part of life! Highly recommend!

I bought my first pair of these after doing the Shoe Dog fit program at Roadrunner Sports. They're neutral, comfy, and last a long time. I just got my third pair from Zappos because I love these shoes. I have high arches, so I replaced the insoles with ones from Superfeet.

Great shoes overall. Support! I run 40 miles a week on average and they last me 2.5 months. Tongue fits a little tight is really only thing, but after re-lacing took pressure off top of my foot.

I love Brooks shoes! I have purchased the Ghost 6 in the past. The 8th edition is just as comfortable! Other shoes made my feet hurt. In these, my feet don't hurt! Zappos customer service rocks! I just love the "joke of the day"! I will definitely recommend Zappos and Brooks to my friends!

Consistently a great brand for my "problem feet." I need a roomy toe box and Brooks seems to have the best! I love the colors, even though my first choices were sold out in my size. These shoes make my unhappy feet feel quite a bit better!

Love these shoes! I wear an orthotic and I ordered these right before a trip to AZ. I was a little hesitant not knowing how I would like them, especially without having much time to break them in, but they have been awesome! I have never gotten so many compliments on a pair of tennis shoes! People love the style and color. Would definitely buy these again! I did order up a 1/2 size than what I normally wear, just from looking at other comments on them. Have not been at all disappointed.

I love these shoes. So much I bought 2 pair. I have a high instep, recent total knee replacement, second due next week. An old foot and toe fix. These shoes relieve my foot pain, and bones of instep pain. Cushioned perfect to relieve pressures. Not over cushioned. New knees new shoes! Ready to go, go, go!

Terrific fit! My podiatrist recommended the sneaker following a stress fracture of my mete tarsal, for its solid base sole and high arch support. I was dreading having to wear a clunky sneaker but the Brooks' Ghost 8 is a dream. Light weight and comfortable. I've gotten lots of comments on the looks also.

Love these shoes and tried out many different brands! Super supportive, comfortable, and cute.
