I have a difficult foot to fit. I have juvenile bunions (which means I was born with these) and with all of my athletic activities, have worsened over the years. I have a wide front foot and narrow back foot and heels. This shoe fits me perfectly without any slipping up and down on my heel. It also fits my forefoot without it pinching or feeling too tight. It also helps the overall appearance of my foot/shoe on my feet. As a woman, yes, this is important to me. I am thrilled to have found these and will buy more in the future! I use with the blue Superfeet insert. I walk and run regularly or at least 5 times a week. Trying to get back into shape after suffering a bicycle injury where I broke my leg. These help give me the confidence to do that. I do hope that Brooks would think about some colors that are a bit more interesting and brighter in this style.

I bought these Glycerin 13's after two years wearing the Ghost. I switched for the color availability and hoped the comfort, cushion and fit would be similar...especially since they were priced higher! Well, I am pleased. One reviewer mentioned the smaller tie box. I say--yeahhhhh! It is more streamlined than the Ghost. That was the only negative about the Ghost. I have a lean upper foot; this toe box has no excess. I wear a 6 street shoe; I wear 6.5 in all athletic shoes, including these. Love the predominant black overall color with the subtle pops of neon pastels. Winner!

These shoes are very good looking very cushioned. A great shoe. My feet are a little wide. They are just a little too narrow and unfortunately this color doesn't come in a wide.

Love these shoes! Best comfort ever. I recommend them to any body size. I've recently started working out and my feet take much abuse as I'm a bigger person. New favorite!

I ordered these Glycerin's like I've done in the past. They are great. True to size and extra cushiony compared to my last pair. Great choice for me!

I've been wearing the Brooks Glycerin running shoe since the "11". I am a big fan. Lots of support and cushion, no aches or pains while running, and no blisters. I have to order a full size up and a wide width due to my custom orthotic insoles. With that said, I wish Brooks offered a greater variety of colors in the wide width. I wear these right out of the box, with no troubles at all, no breaking in period needed. I run an average of 15-20 miles per week and find these shoes to be comfy from start to finish.

Love these shoes. I do daily high cardio workouts and these can take the beating. I wore another brand the other day and my feet were killing me. This is my second pair of Glycerin and I'm hooked.

I never spend this much money on shoes...but I am so glad that I did this time! These are the most comfortable tennis shoes I think that I have ever owned. Perfect fit in the wide. Love them!

With IT Band, hip, arch and post bunion surgery issues, I thought i'd never find a shoe that would work. But this one alleviates all the pain. Price doesn't matter if they work. Period. I will say they are not as cushy as the Dyad so I just swapped liners. I think they run small also, so size up for sure.

Very comfortable and the inside arch padding fits my foot in just the right spot. They run small. The narrow width, however, was perfect.

So far, so good with this Brooks! I have a narrow heel and this narrow is the only shoe that really cups the back of my foot. This is the first time I had to buy a 9, usually I am a 8-1/2. I'm not super crazy about the black and pink but I'll take fit over style any day. None of the other colors were available in a narrow.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! I have a wide foot from going barefoot as a kid. I also have a high arch and also am very picky about my shoes. If my feet hurt my entire body is off kilter. I've also had back surgery these give me the support and feel and confidence that I love. I also love ZAPPOS!

Most comfortable and supportive shoe I've owned. Very pleased. A little pricey but worth every penny.

I loved my Glycern 12 shoes. I like the 13 - I am just not sure I love them yet. I feel like the 12 fit better, and I prefer the design/color of the 12 as well. The 13 feel a little tight on top (I have high arches) and feel more stiff - they are taking more time to break in. For sizing, I always order up half a size for sneakers. These shoes were no different.

Wearing glycerin style for many years. Great style and great cushioning. Have gotten many compliments on this shoe. I would wear it even if it was hideous, it's that comfortable! Having a good looking AND comfy shoe is a bonus

My review is more about working with Zappos. I find them extremely easy, prompt, and efficient.

I love these running sneakers. I have only worn these since I have found them. I have had several pairs in different colors.

These are my favorite shoes by far...always wore Asics gel (Nimbus) and they were great, but Brooks has a wider toe and less seams that hit in the wrong places. Comfortable from the minute you put them on. Love!

These were comfortable the minute I put them. After 7 days I am feeling like I may need to add arch supports. I have very high arches and consequently, my feet ache at the end of the day. So far I like the shoes.

Love this shoe. I have zero natural arch & tend to pronate, so tend to struggle to find arch support that is sufficient yet not too much. This shoe is perfect. Was able to run in them the first day with complete comfort. Typically wear a 10 in running shoes and this fit true to size. Appreciate this shoe s width at toe box being slightly narrower than other running shoes I ve recently put to rest as my foot does t slide in this shoe. Recommend.

Had Ghost before Glycerine and loved them. Ghost got rid of my knee and ankle pain immediately. No breaking in needed. Then I tried Glycerine and they are like running on clouds. Lightweight and heavenly to run in. Brooks makes running so much fun for your feet! I ran track and cross country all throughout jr high, high school and running is such a new, good experience now!

I absolutely love this shoe. I tend to run mid-foot strike, and super under pronated...this was recommended for me, and it feels like a dream!

These are extremely lightweight, and yet supportive! I need a lot of cushioning and tried Nike Pegasus, but found they did not offer the same support as the Brooks. They are a little pricey, but well worth it. I run about 10-12 miles a week, and if I don't wear quality shoes, my knees tell me about it. I wear a size bigger for running to accommodate my orthos, but they are true to size ,
