I'm really pleased with this sneaker. Great support, not too heavy, and good looking. I was worried it wouldn't be as 'good' as the gel nimbus, but I worried for no reason. It runs slightly smaller in length.

Asics are generally the most comfortable, form fitting athletic shoes for my long, narrow, and flat feet. I buy up one whole size when using the shoes for power walking. They also last for years on end.

I was very pleased with these shoes. They are very light and fit really well. Usually I can find at least one thing that is wrong with a shoe but I couldn't think of one shoe that felt better on my feet. I would recommend trying these shoes to anyone who has had a problem with width or length.

I love these running shoes! This is my third pair, all in solid black. Very comfortable for my neutral but problem-prone feet. Orthotics fit perfectly.

I have been wearing Brooks Adrenaline for several years. I'm not running much, so decided I don't want to spend so much on a sneaker. I walk 15-20 miles per week, coach kids and just wear them to good around. They feel a bit roomier than my Brooks, but the support and shape is similar. Compared to the other styles I ordered from Zappos with them, they fit the best!

I have been buying GT-1000 for 3 generations now and I always get the same size. This shoes runs small (short and narrow). I have to exchange it for a half size bigger.

I love these shoes! I just bought my second pair. They are very comfortable and a really good buy for the price. They run a little small. The midnight/violet/beach glass color is really unusual - very nice looking!

I purchase these sneakers for my 90 year old grandmother (she is still active and walks everyday). These are the only shoes that she will wear for walking and they are very comfortable for her.

Black is not my favorite color for running shoes, but they look nice with black workout pants and they are comfortable. That's saying a lot too, because I've had some issues with my feet. I like these, and I recommend them. I have the purple and green ones too, which I love. I bought a 9.5 W (I always buy a half size larger than my regular shoes so I won't trash my toenails) and the fit is good.

This is my third pair of Asics - and I love the fit and support for both treadmill and outdoor runs. My foot is narrow but the medium size 9 Asics fits perfectly.

I have never worn Asics before. I am not a runner, but wear running shoes for everyday. Out of the 3 Asics I ordered, this was the absolute best. Style is GT-1000-4. Size is 9.5 B-Medium, my normal, but then, who knows these days. The point was that I could wear them right out of the box. The arch is almost too high for me, but after walking a mile, I couldn't notice it. What I did notice was the good gel padding under the forefoot and the heel. They are a smidge longer than the GT-2000-3 9.5 D-Wide, although the wide did not have any more toe room but my heel slipped out the heel slipped right out of the wide. I also ordered another GT-1000-4 in 9.5B, a Breast Cancer color print of pinks and reds. Right out of the box it was too shallow top to bottom in the toe section. Never trust 2 of the same size. Much thanks to Zappos for allowing me to keep trying until I got something right. I order 3 at a time, have gone through many brands. You just don't get that in any shoe store.

The shipping said it would take around 4-5 days, but it came within two! So that was great. I am usually a size 6½, but I ordered a 7½ (I like more space for running shoes) and they fit perfectly! Not too much space, but not too tight, either. These are definitely made for narrow feet. I love them!

I have gotten several pairs of this type shoe and have always liked them. They control my pronation and have always fit well. The last pair I ordered was defective. The tongue was not smooth and dug into the top of my foot. Zappos' sent another pair next day and I returned the originals. The second pair is fine. Zappos' service was great and I was surprised to receive the second pair so promptly.

I love these shoes. I need shoes that cushion my steps or my feet and legs ache. These shoes are so well balanced, and the gel in the forefoot, as well as under the heel, is the support I need. Rather than feeling worn out at the end of the day, my feet and legs are still going strong. Thanks, Asics!

I did measure my last pair purchased from you with the new pair...the new pair was slightly shorter than the first and both are 6 1/2. I felt that as soon as I put them on... that's why I measured them. It fits okay, but the older pair fit better as soon as I got them.

I ordered the wide width, very comfortable for walking. I'd give a higher rating except these are not top fashion, stylish gym shoes. But that's not what I was looking for this time.

So far I like these shoes very much. The mesh top is great with my bunions. The inner sole so far is soft yet supportive. I do add my "great feet" supports as I do all shoes. I have RA and have a difficult time finding shoes that are soft, supportive and allow for swelling and inserts.I am not a runner or jogger. I do Silver Sneakers classes for exercise and these are working well. I do have to vary how high up I tie. Ordered a half size larger due to other reviews. They were right!

This is a good quality shoe, like I'm used to, however, I work in the medical field and am on my feet all day and these don't offer enough cushion for me. My last pair had gel and I wish I had gotten those again. Overall still a great shoe, just not enough cushion for my lifestyle.

Attractive shoe that actually made my large feet look smaller. At my regular size, my toes were cramped, even tho it was a wide. Had to go up a half size (wide) and now it's very comfortable.

These are so cute and very supportive for my pronating left foot. However, even though I ordered in Wide, the toebox is still not wide enough for my bunion. So I had to return.

Pretty shoe! It fits really well except the edges by the heel are kind of high. They rub. The same thing happens with the gel-kayano but the edges are softer and thus are okay.

I generally wear a 7 or 7.5 in sneakers and have a somewhat wide foot. I can wear reg width non sneaker shoes. This shoe fit me best as a size 7.5 wide. In the size 7 wide my toes hit the plastic trim around the mesh toe box area which I knew would bother me over time. In the 7.5W I had about a 1/4" extra in length but the toebox area was roomier. The heel area held well and was pretty stiff. I ended up keeping the New Balance FF Zante V2 (7.5W) instead of these because they felt lighter, had more toe box room and were overall less constricting.

This wasn't the color I wanted but I sacrificed that for the fit! They are consistent with this style and size. I have stayed with this shoe and its predecessors for about 7 years! Love that they come in narrow! Great shoe for my workout style.

These run small. I'm not sure if they just aren't wide enough or just not long enough, but they felt narrow and short. Most 9.5 W fit me perfectly
