Love it! Super roomy! Just a little too big for a 5 foot girl but still a great buy!

I am a 10th grader taking all honors so I need a backpack that's very roomy and this was perfect. The only bad thing Is I find the straps itchy on my shoulders but that isn't really a problem since I almost always am wearing sleeves

I travel for work and I had a hard time finding a backpack that wasn't too big and bulky but yet still fit my windscreen laptop, iPad, notebooks, tennis shoes and a winter jacket. This not only fits everything with room to spare the separate laptop compare make going through TSA at the airport a breeze without everything else falling out of you bag. I would recommend this bag to everyone regardless of what size you are looking for. This is small enough to use as an overnight bag yet big enough to accommodate most if not all of your carry on items.

Pleasantly surprised with this backpack. I was hesitant at first and was intending to test for a day but has exceeded my expectations. I like the organization and flexibility it offers and all the space!

I purchased this for my high school son to carry his 25 pounds of books. He says it is very comfortable and easy to carry.

In standard The North Face fashion, this backpack is high quality, comfortable, and looks fantastic. I was surprised at how much this backpack can actually hold. I was heading out for the weekend, and found myself putting things in my backpack that I didn't even need because I could. With many different storage compartments, you will be able to take everything with you, except for the kitchen sink, and never lose track of where items are in your pack. This is my first The North Face Backpack, and I can tell you right now I am going to have a hard time picking another brand in the future.

I had a predecessor north face and traveled over 250,000 miles around the globe. It was time to retire the old one. The new one is more fitting; better storage, outstanding look and great at airports.

I use this bag for school and for rucking. For school it is phenomenal. The dedicated laptop area is perfect for my MacBook and easily accessible. There are enough pockets for many configurations, and the fleece-lined pockets are perfect for electronics, and I keep my sunglasses in the small front fleece pocket. The straps are very durable and comfortable, and the lumbar padding is great at keeping this bag balanced on my back and comfortable. The size is also great, both for school and for rucking. I've owned several North Face bags, this one is by far my favorite. The quality and functionality are top-notch and second to none. If a comfortable, functional, and durable well-built bag are what you're looking for, then look no further.

I've had my cornice pack for years and never complained but I needed something with a little bit more storage. The router backpack is the greatest pack I've ever owned. I carry two computers a tablet an external hard drive, canceled notebooks and tons of other stuff. It fits everything with great ease and all the pockets keep my gear secure and organized. 5 Stars! I highly recommend this to anyone. It's also super comfortable even with a heavy load.

Debated on whether I should put down the money on this backpack, but boy am I glad I did. Hands down the best all-around bag that I have ever purchased. It has nice shoulder straps that take a while to break in. The laptop pocket is super convenient and protect ls the laptop well. The big pocket could be a little wider, but carries eveything you could need. The organizer pocket is big and has plentiful amount of pockets. The bottle holder pockets on the sides are very sturdy. The front pockets have nice lining to keep your fragile gear. I have gotten many compliments. I love the pack. It is well worth the money.

This bag has been truly perfect for my needs. Last year when I began law school I bought two really expensive bags from a manufacturer in Washington state. These bags sucked. They were made for someone not of my stature and they were strongly made but had little cushioning and useful compartments unless you spent more money for extra bag components. This north face bag however is perfect. It's adjustable, comfortable, holds my books and keeps my laptop safe. I don't have to spend extra money on compartments because they're already there. It's a bag. This bag makes more sense.

I use this product for school and frequent trips. This backpack contains multiple compartments which is great when I have to carry loads of school work or clothes when I'm on a trip. The Flex-Vent material truly does provide a steady airflow through the middle back to keep you cool when it's hot and the addition padding located at the lower portion of the backpack provides excellent lumbar support. With all honesty, I believe that this backpack has no flaws. The material is of extremely high quality, the workmanship put into this backpack could have only come the best of hands, and the design could have only come from the brightest minds that The North Face has to offer.

I use this product to get around Campus. It's perfect for storing books and supplies. Has a firm laptop holder. You can put so much into this backpack and it will always be comfortable on your back and shoulders. Back padding is also very good quality.

I just generally use my backpack for school but I could use it for travel as well. When I thought about buying this backpack I thought I was going to use it for the next decade of my life so I took into account whether or not I could use it for travel. For school I use it to carry my 15" Macbook Pro and the padding is great. You just slide the laptop in and out of the sleeve. The North Face must've also thought about the reviews and comments before this as this backpack as two bottle sleeves instead of one as said in past reviews. This backpack is also great for carrying books, materials, and stationary. Plenty of room and compartments for everything you need. The backpack is also comfortable with the straps and back; very breathable. Get this backpack!

Great for long weekend road trips. Great for a carry on bag when flying. Considering how much the bag can hold, I appreciate the sturdiness in the zippers, stitching at the comfortable straps on the back. I use this bag for work/travel combos and even then there are more components than I know what to do with. The size can be deceiving, the main compartment is a lot deeper and wider than you think when you start filling it up.
Along with the Duffel Bag (size small), these two make a great 1/2 combo for travel up to a week or more without having to check in a bag at the airport. Considering how much I travel, this is a fantastic advantage and money saver.

Been using the backpack for abut 2-3 weeks now and it's flawless. Construction is like a brick house yet it's light weight and carries loads well. Really like the fleece lined compartments and organizational pockets as I carry a variety of things on a daily basis, camera, phone, lap top, Rx glasses etc.
