i really like these great shoes look good fit good

Bought 2 pair of these to replace old 813's. Replaced ones are now for yard/garden use. Easy on and off and comfortable to wear for around the house, running errands, or taking walks. Plenty of support for gentle exercise.

I have always trusted New Balance for myself and when hubby said he needed a new walking shoe but didn't know what to get, I thought of my NB's and order him a pair. He liked them a lot especially with the new velcro strap...easy on, easy off. Especially, with his age..82. New Balance has not only the best quality, but a perfect fit. Other walking shoes don't seem to realize where the arch is in a foot. I am now looking for another New Balance walking shoe for me. My 3rd pair. We did have to return and go up a half size. However, New Balances service and shipping is so fast they were here in 4 days. We will use buy New Balance again.

The walking shoes I purchased are excellent. The fit is perfect for a narrow foot. And they are suited to remain comfortable after long walks.

I have been wearing New Balance shoes for 47 years and find that there is no better brand for me. The fit, cushioning, ankle-foot support, and look, have been great in the various models that I have purchsed. I expected the same qualities in the NB Walking shoe that I recently purchased, but I was disappointed that the upper surface of the shoe looked vinyl instead of leather, and with the plain, rounded toe area, this pair of walking shoes looks very cheap.

First let me say that I have had many pairs of new balance running shoes and absolutely loved them and I'm running a pair at present as well. So when I was looking for a plain black walking shoe of course I ordered online with new balance. However this walking shoe did not match my running shoe positive experiences. The shoes are stiff and heavy and actual work to walk in. I was actually very surprised that sibling like this would have passed their inspections and performance testing with people. I recommend new balance enthusiastically most of the time but this particular shoe should be avoided.

I was referred to New Balance by an orthotics provider. The rollbar made a difference in my walks.

In my opinion the shoes are Easy on your feet. And Wears well.

These shoes are perfect for my husband. They're comfortable, provide stability and are easy to use with the Velcro closure. He will be 86 soon and these shoes help him maintain mobility. I would like to see Velcro closure availability/option on other model shoes, too.

The shoes fit great. They are light and comfortable. I use them for walking and they have work out well.

I wear afo (braces) for a neuromuscular condition. The NB athletic shoes that I have been wearing are no longer available so I just purchased another (NB813). Had to return them because they seem to be smaller (men size 10) and reordered in 10-1/2. Still a little too narrow so I am having them stretched. I love NB shoes and the people who I talk to about my problem are very helpful.

This is listed as a B width which I were but it is still a bit big for me. It is ok and I wear it. NB is the only tennis shoe that I can find in a B width.

The NB narrows with the special last with a little extra room at the ball of the foot is a great fit. You used to promote this last. I forget the nomenclature so now I have to dig around the website or call customer service when you change model numbers. I wear your 813 Narrow and worn other models with the same last. I found out about about this feature at one of your stores many years ago.

I bought the 813 in a 15 narrow. They were my 2nd choice as I wanted 624's. Apparently 624's are no longer available in a narrow. The 813's do not fit as well but I have a previous pair and they fit OK. I like them not only because of the narrow width, but also because like the 624's they have little or no arch support.

To work in the yard. Since my legs got longer the Velcro helps me fasten my shoes.

I am used to purchasing the model 624 shoe in "B" narrow width. It appears the 624 style no longer can be purchased in narrow width very disappointing. Since I have Narrow feet New Balance has been my go to store for walking and training shoes. I had to purchase the 813 style found the toe box to be very wide and I don't care for the soles. Hopefully New balance will bring back the 624 in " B " width. Ralph

Bought 9.5, it was smaller. Ordered 10 size it was bigger

sent them back, I want 706 but I was told it isn't made anymore and there is no replacement.
