I've worn these shoes before, but this time around I needed to go a half size larger, due to procedures that involve compression wrapping both legs and feet. The half size larger worked out perfectly, and the shoes arrived in two days. The next step was to drop off the right shoe to a repair shop ten miles away to have it modified, because of a bad hip. That usually takes a week, but he did it in two days, so I left a nice review for him on Yelp.
It's so nice to have a comfortable pair of shoes to walk in again!

I've worn these shoes before, and aside from needing to modify the right one due to a bad hip, never had a problem until recently. I had to go up a half size, because of procedures I'm having done that involve compression wrapping both legs and feet. The half size larger was just what I needed, the shoes arrived in two days, and the guy who modifies my right shoe finished it in two days, instead of a week! It's great to have comfortable shoes that fit me once again!

Arrived with a velcro strap that was folded back over the shoe. Although I attempted to straighten the strap, it remains curled up, which is extremely unsightly. I am very unhappy with the lack of quality control prior to boxing up the shoes.

My son with autism. He tip toes walking since 1 year old. His foot is extremely wide and requires to wear extra wide. We have been buying from New Balance since his very young age as recommended by his podiatrist. He is not quite good at tying his shoes laces. The show is comfortable and come with Velcro. I just wish there are more colors selection or pattern to choose from.

Bought these as a replacement for my 928's since they were discontinued. These are a reasonable replacement, but do not have the mesh which makes them very hot in the summer. Really just wish they would bring back the 928's.

Great fitting shoes! Love the velcro.
However, not that comfortable. Even though the insole is removable, adding an extra insole for comfort made shoe too tight girth wise. This pair of shoes might be awesome for others, unfortunately, just not for me. Zappos has a fantastic and simple return policy for which I'll use.

I bought these for my husband the are a repeat. My husband spends a lot of time on his feet when he travels for work. He raves about the comfort and support. These shoes are definitely a do over again.
