Customer Reviews New Balance MW813 Hook and Loop

I have been wearing this model for years and it easily the most comfortable of all the New Balance shoes I own. Other 6Es I purchased were a bit narrow probably due to the style of the shoe.

New balance has been my shoe brand for 25 years. Just picked a couple pairs of the 813 for an elderly family member.

I like the fit it's wide it wears well the price is right

Shoes fit just right and shipped quicker than expected

Bought these for our son who works in a grocery store. The narrow 13 fit him great and work well with his orthotics. He likes them very much and his feet do not get tired with these shoes.

Feels good but looks too institutional. would be fine for servers.

I had a sore foot so I bought these. They're fantastic. Really comfortable if you are on your feet a lot.

Laces don't stay tied. Never had this type on NB shoes before. After getting new laces, shoes are great.

Went for my first walk in the new shoes today, about 3 1/2 miles. Happy feet. Check back in 4-6 months.

Fits good and is for the most part comfortable, though seems to lack a bit in support. We'll see if it passes the test of time as I use them for work shoes and have only had them for a few weeks

These shoes are so comfortable! From the first time I put them on they felt like I had been wearing them for a while! Great shoes. I know they will be my favorites for a long time.

Choose a great pair of new balance sneakers i pick them up they felt heavy put them on work walking on them for 11 hours for 2 days after 2 days working on them I couldn't take them anymore they we're killing my feet I threw them away just a lost of my hard earned money

My son is difficult to fit but customer service was able to find shoes that fit.

Comfortable and easy to take off with still entacked.

My wife bought 813s for me for Christmas. I've had multiple hip and knee replacements, and suffered from chronic backache when standing or walking. I put these shoes on, and my back problem disappeared! Not sure if it's the roll bar, or what, but please don't change this design! Will definitely buy more!

Because of my husband's large feet he has a hard time finding shoes his size. Saw these and ordered. He likes very much, makes his feet look smaller, and very easy to wear.

Supposed to be a walking shoe. It feels like I'm walking bare foot.

Have used this shoe since the 810 version. Walk 15-30 miles per week and in the past have used the loop lacing method at the top of laces (this helps with keeping the heel snug). Well on both a new pair of 813 purchased in Dec. (not true on a 12 month old pair of 813 I have that is worn out - thus can compare the shoes side by side) they have shortened the tongue by 3/8-1/2 inch and if the top lace hole is used than the laces want to work off the end of the tongue onto the top of foot. Loop lacing method is out of the question which really is a pain. The same is true of the 928 model also purchased in Dec.
