I been wearing NB for years Tried a new model number and it makes a noise every time I step Real annoying

Bought the 813 as it appeared to be more "Dress Looking" . It's definately not as good as the 577 if you have bad feet. Not worth the extra $15.00 either.

948 were not available . tried these . so far so good.

Quick speedy service ordering the shoes online. Plus the price was better than any store too.

They fit great and the newer design is better. I like the longer tongue.

Do not like the lenght of the straps they are to long and the tongue wants to slide down Liked the 577 better

I have always had feet problems and as a kid we could never find out what was wrong my feet would cramp up and hurt so bad i could not stand, or play sports much because my feet would hurt so bad. when i was older and married i was a car audio installer and a customer of mine worked at austin's shoes and noticed the way i walked. he told me to come to the store and try on a pair of shoes that might help me. i argued its just the way it is i said, but i went anyway. this was back around 2006 or so. the rollbar in these shoes are the only thing that doesnt hurt my feet at all i still dont know why. however when the shoes were out they buckle my knees in a lot of pain. but as long as i can find new balance shoes with rollbar. im good. never stop making these shoes. thanks. and a well trained employee goes a long way.

This is my 4th pair of New Balance tennis shoes. I think their great.

Loved everything about the new 813 shoes but they squeaked. Shoes arrived timely, the return was effortless and the credit came quickly.

This is the second time my husband has wanted to order these shoes. They fit well and last a long time and he says are very comfortable.

I was looking to replace my 928s but couldn't find stock in my size in any color, so I went with these because they have the roll bar. I wear these for walking and they will work okay for now. Appreciate the stability. Not quite as comfortable as the 928s - the toe box seems a little tighter. Would have appreciated a better selection of colors (I like the grey 928s), but the black works out fine.

This seems to be a cheaply made imitation of your former "Coach's" shoe. Poor fit and insole is totally wrong for this shoe.

I've had 2 back surgeries and surgery on my foot to correct bones broken in an 18 ft fall. These shoes are the only type that I can wear to help with pain in my feet and legs.

These shoes are very comfortable and fil very well and excellent for walking. The only problem that I have with the shoes is that the velcro straps are much too long. They stick past the the shoe. They should have trimmed back at least 2" (see photo)

I love new balance but these sneakers are narrow so if you have a wide foot be careful when ordering.

Returned them. The material was too stiff and hurt my husband's feet. He loved his old new balance sneakers and was very disappointed in these.

Wear all day. Seems less sturdy than the 928 model

I am a 2 wide and these newbalance are a little too wide from ,the other new balance 928v3. I love the 928v3 they are perfect I have been buying them every year since they made them ,I use them for work,but the new balance 813 not that great but the best part of the 813 nb. Is the shoes laces , they should put better shoes laces on the 928v3 cause the stink , they don't stay tied , and a lot of people are saying the same , stop being cheap new balance I will pay 50 cents more for better laces the new balance 823 not that comfortable on a scal 1-5 I score them a 2 1/2amd that's because the laces are high quality great laces that stay laced all day, again put those laces on the 928v NB.

Look and feel very good. First day the right one squeaked while walking. Didn't feel good about that. Don't know why but the next day no more squeak. Thank God. Been alright ever since. Again comfortable shoe.
