The size is not proper. I ordered 9.5 it was small, then ordered 10 and it was big. I wear 9.5 for all my shoes and never had this isse with big brands. Their customer service is also the worst.

great for me as I am a senior citizen with back problems and bending over to tie my shoes is a chore so the vellcro straps are a god send. also I like the construction and look of the sneaker. Comfortable and stylish.

I've been buying New Balance shoes for years & wear them for walking & hiking, They are pretty much the go-to shoe for me and my wife on a daily basis. Thank you New Balance for great shoes!

I have to return these shoes because of the safety issue. New balance should consider selling these shoes. It is too dangerous because these shoes were easily taken off. When I stepped down to cross the street, I fell down twice. The second time, the car almost hit me after falling down. I was disappointed with these dangerous shoes. Even I returned these shoes, I still didn't get any response from New balance, I am very disappointed with their customer care too.

It seems to me that you have fewer and fewer larger and narrow sizes. I wear 11 1/2 narrow but for the last year you have very little or none. Since your narrows appear to all be made in the USA, from the price, I wonder why?

NB has a variety of nice wide shoes...it's the only ones I wear

I am a very New Balance satisfied Customer! These easy to slip on velcro tabs walkers are so easy to slip on and off. As a Senior, I love these 813Hv1 men's walkers! The less I have to keep my head below my heart to tie my shoe laces, the better it is for us Seniors! Velcro is the best! I bought the white pair, I will buy the black colored ones next. So very New Balance comfortable. It's a joy to wear and walk about in. Plus the 4X wide is awesome for my Hawaiian Luau feet! Mahalo so very much for making shoes for us Seniors! I am 69, walk about 40 miles a week, and have worn New Balance shoes often for years. This pair is an improvement over previous NB shoes I have worn. After wearing them for a few days, I have ordered another pair in white, and I will discard the other walking shoes I have around.. Very comfortable and fit perfectly.

Good looking for a walking shoe, fit for me was spot on. Quite comfortable enough but NOT a 928. Right heel squeaked for a while when walking. Second choice to black lace up 928. It's clear why. Overall? It's a very good not great walking shoe

Size was exactly as listed. Shoes fit great. Will buy another pair when available.

I've been wearing this model for years now. I buy two pair every six months. They fit great and are not too expensive. I recently switched to velcro closure rather than shoelaces. Online purchasing lets me repeat the perfect fit without the hassle of going to a shoe store.

Because of my foot issues I've only been able to wear the 928v3 Men's Walking Shoe. Apparently, it has been discontinued. Instead, I purchased the NB813 because, according to your website, it has very similar qualities. The 813 does not feel anything like the 928v3. It lacks the cushioning effect of the sole of the 928v3. I've wasted my money and would like a refund. I've resorted to returning to wearing old pairs of 928v3s.

Great shoe for older person with dementia. Easy on and off.

These are soft and comfortable. Look like a business casual shoe but feel like a sneaker. I like them.
