I normally wear size 9m in sandals so I ordered a size 9 in Jillion and it was too large so I then ordered size 8 1/2 and it fits perfectly. This shoe is very comfortable right from the first. It is really a whole size too large. All my sandals have been Naot or Mephisto so it’s nice to find a less expensive comfortable sandal. Thank you Zappos for your great service.

This is a very comfortable and stylish sandal. Sadly i needed to return because the strap across the toe area could not be tighten enough to be secure on my foot. This also caused the metal button on the tab to stick out straight on the edge of the foot and catch on things. Sad to not be able to work for my feet because so nice looking.

I love these. I have narrow feet and I need good support and comfort. These almost got me there. The arch support is good and comfy, soft and pliable. Only problem is the straps do not hold my foot in place so it went sideways sort of. Must be my narrow foot. I will try this brand in another style.

I like these sandels. Id didn't realize they had velcro straps rather than buckles, which I don't really like, but it's okay. The shaped footbed is comfortable, but there is a little pressure behind the toes. The size is a perfect fit.

Purchased the Bronze pair. Something was rubbing on my right toe. I put a bandaid on that piece of the shoe and that cleared up the problem. I have walked quite a bit in them since and they are very comfortable now. The bronze color goes well with my tan skorts that I have. The braided straps also have a dark braid in it and I also wear them with my black skorts. I like the shoe.

I have the navy Naya wedges and wanted a lower heel with comparable comfort for a trip to Europe, where I knew I'd be on my feet and walking nonstop. I have plantar faciitius, high arches and a low back problem. I also really like cute shoes. These totally score on the overall comfort for hours without any break-in time, but I do wish this brand would up their aesthetic game a bit. I find them much more attractive than most of their competitors, and with the comfort they offer I'll opt to wear these rather than something more stylish, but it would be nice to have it all. I just discovered this brand a year ago when my feet were both bothering me, and since adding them to my wardrobe, along with a few other supportive options, my feet have been much better.

These were my first Aetrex shoes. I have problem feet and require sandals with adjustable Velcro straps, arch support, and no rough spots that could irritate my feet. These looked like a good gamble, so I ordered a white/silver pair. They are very comfortable in general. Because I have such finicky feet, however, I do find that I cannot wear them all day, every day, as I end up having pains after a day of walking in these. They are cute and I have worn them and walked in them many times already, but am learning my own limitations. I suspect the arch support, as impressive as it looks, is just not enough for my flat-ish feet. Most folks will do fine in these cute sandals, and if your feet are like mine, you will still likely be able to enjoy these shoes on occasion, as long as you rotate with any necessary orthotics.

I'm very pleased with these sandals. I have a very high arch and narrow foot and have a difficult time finding the arch support I need, especially in a sandal. Vionic also has great arch support, but I didn't like their sandal styles. The arch in these is not quite as good as my Vionic slippers that I always wear at home, but is quite good and I'm happy to have found a sandal that feels good and looks good as well. I bought both the cognac and the white ones and am happy to have both. If they had had a narrow, I would have gotten that as these are a tad wide, but so few shoes these days have a narrow option that I'm used to that. They seem well made and fasten easily and even though my foot is narrow, I can make the straps tight enough that they don't feel loose on my foot. Glad I got them!

So cute, squishy comfy foot bed. I wanted them, but they came in second to the Vionic Farra. If I had all the money in the world- I’d own these!

This show was too wide for my size 10 1/2 narrow foot. Even with both straps pulled as far as the Velcro could go it was still loose and not a snug fit. The length however was perfect. I have a high arch and didn’t feel a lot of arch support. Had it met all my requirements, it would have been a cute sandal.

I ordered a 6.5 and it was too long. I usually wear a 6.5 in shoes or a 7. I returned them. I only tried them on for a few minutes but they felt comfortable. The straps are roomy and loose, I had to pull them tight with the velcro. My foot isn't narrow either. I ordered black in them, all in all I would order them again in a different size. I liked the heel height.

I wanted red sandals for the summer and I tried to make a lot of other shoes work before I went to this one. However, this one was the keeper as it is just so darn comfortable. The red is a light red or coral color. It looks like an old lady shoe, there's no getting around that. However, the staps and footbed are super nice.

The smell of this shoe is so overwhelming that I had to put it right back in the box - gross.

These were cute and super comfy. I was comparing them to another pair of Aetrex shoes and likes that with the other one I could adjust the ankle strap and the strap across the main part of the foot separately- with these it was together and it felt like my foot was slipping around. I have tiny feet, so it may have something to do with that. Otherwise they were great and really comfortable.

Very comfortable but fits big, and wide. I needed a size smaller than usual. Not as supportive as the Aetrex Naya Wedge sandal which I also have and love, but comfortable nonetheless. Love the bronze color

I like the embellishments. The shoe runs about a half size big.

Love these shoes. They feel great on my feet. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and need a shoes with great arch support. These shoes are very comfortable and look great with pants, capris or dresses. I like that you can adjust the straps. I look forward to ordering more shoes from Aetrex!

A reviewer on the Vionic brand mentioned Aetrex as having good arch support. Thought I would have a look and ordered the Jillian Quarter Strap in my usual size for sandals. They are beautiful sandals but just a tad too small in length. I also found the arch support just slightly too far back for comfort. I will try this brand again because I can tell the arch support is good, which is a must for me, but I may have to jiggle with sizes, widths and styles before I find the right ones. It is with some reluctance I have to return these lovely shoes.

Shoe was cute on, but when I started to walk in them it has a ridge right where your toes go and it hurt.

I ordered 4 Aetrex sandals and this was the only one that worked. I wear an 11AA. This sandal worked partly because it was a true 11 and not a European 42 (10.5/11), which are always too short for me. The straps just barely adjusted tight enough for my narrow foot - still a bit wide in the heel. And while the arch is very good, the other Aetrex sandals (the ones that didn’t fit) seem to have a little higher arch which I would have preferred. I have a hard foot to fit so have to take what I can get even if it’s not perfect.

Love these comfortable sandals but they are a little large

Cute shoe, but too wide. Even though it has velcro on 2 straps, the sandal looked strange when I had it tight enough. Sorry to have to send them back.

I'm a fan of Aetrex. My first pair were Lori quarter strap. I wore them all over Europe. These are just as comfortable but also have much better velcro than the Lori quarter strap. Aetrex makes comfortable shoes that don't look like comfort shoes. I give 4 stars because the leather could be softer and because I'm not crazy about the shiny leather piece braided across the foot. The arch support is the absolute best.

Comfortable cute sandals. I ordered size 11 which fit in length until I positioned my foot properly with the arch support and then my heels were hanging off the ends. I would also say they run a little wide in the footbed which for me was perfect because i have thin, flat wide feet and need the extra width around my arch, not forefoot or heels. I really wanted these sandals to work out. It's hard to find cute sandals in a size 11 that have good arch support and a comfortable footbed. If they offered this sandal in an 11.5, I would definitely reorder but unfortunately no one makes that size. My search continues.

I usually order a 6, 5.5 was on sale so I tried that. They are still a bit big on me. I usually wear Taos, these are not up to par with Taos. I only paid $50 so I’m happy, but if you are a Taos wearer, these are just not as nice. The food bed is a felt like fabric too, so I don’t thing the will last near as long. The straps feel more plastic. I would not lay full price, will stick with Taos in the future but these are cute and ok for now.
