These are the most comfortable sandals I've ever had. My only complaint is the ankle strap is a bit hard to get adjusted just right. It is Velcro and it should be simple but it seems to take a few times to get it right. I've only worn them a few days so I'm sure I will get it figured out. I have short, wide feet and high arch and these shoes work for me.

I love this brand. Fits good, feels wonderful and I can wear them all day and have happy feet.

Perfect arch support for me but could not tighten the back strap enough for it to fit. Bed of shoe worked too, just weird wide back strap. And I so wanted it to work.

I have pain in my feet and Sciatica when walking long distances so I took a chance by reading the reviews to buy these Jillian Quarter Strap Sandals. I am glad that I did. I took a trip to Las Vegas and walked 20,000 steps in one day (according to Fitbit) did it with these sandals, other than the obvious fatigue from constantly being on the go, my feet and back felt good the whole three day trip! I ordered black size 8. They run true to size and I did not need to break them in, purchased for this trip right out of the box! I was looking for something stylish and cute compared to most orthopedic sandals. I am excited to wear them this summer! I highly recommend them from my experience!

I've never worn an Aetrex sandal before now, but right out of the box it was as comfortable as anything I've ever owned. My left foot is a bit wider than my right and that can make shoe and sandal fit challenging. The velcro strap on the top band solves this problem. Well made, attractive sandals that will serve me well on my next vacation.

This is the most comfortable sandal I have ever worn. I wear it almost every day. I have plantar fasciitis and have no pain with this sandal.

Cute shoe but does not fit my narrow foot even with the ability to adjust both straps - still too wide on the ankle.

I had high hopes for these great sandals. Nice color and details, moderate arch support, love the black footbed that doesn't show dirt like lighter options. My narrow foot with high arches liked the adjustable straps both across the toes and around the ankle. Am returning them in favor of Black Aetrex Arielle wedges, which foot my foot like a glove, have higher arch supports, and actually relieve my lower back pain.

I took my Jillian Quarter Strap sandal out of the box and put it on, and now will not take it off! It is the most comfortable sandal ever!

This is my second pair of Aetrex shoes. My first pair was the Lori sandal that I have worn for over a year now. I just got the Jillian sandal yesterday, and started wearing them right out of the box. Love, love love these shoes. I have a high arch, and my foot is somewhere between medium and wide width. So hard to find a comfortable shoe, and Aetrex is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned, no break in period at all. I wear size a 6 1/2, not a six or seven. Most shoes I find are whole sizes only. Whole sizes do not fit! The arch support is always in the wrong place, and the shoes will hurt as time goes on and they stretch. Thank heaven for Aetrex shoes, they fit, look good, are comfortable, and sometimes they offer a half size shoe. Yay!

The heel strap wasn't comfortable, but the biggest problem was that the shoe isn't wide enough. The straps were bothersome.

The weather was a little stiff on these otherwise very cute style. The silver part of the shoe was a little too much for my personal taste

The fit is actually too short but the next size up is too wide. Unfortunately the heel does not work with my back.

I loved the arch support and I normally wear a 7 1/2 - 8 in women's shoes but these were too large, especially around the ankle. Sad to have to return them.

Oddly, the padding on the back strap hit my heel bone in a way that hurt. I think I would’ve like them if the strap had no padding. It’s a nice sandal that is comfortable other than the back strap.

Light weight. secure fit, excellent comfort shoes. Appreciate the adjustable straps so the sandals properly fit my feet. The only negative for me is that the "bronze" color is very dull so it looks more like brown.

I have just tried about 8 different pairs of sandals all top brands to find one with good arch support and overall comfort and support. I had to send them all back. I was skeptical about these as well but bingo I think these do the trick for me I have very high arches and my Right foot Tends to roll in if there's not enough support The arches on these shoes are average but there is enough support all around with the straps that my foot does not roll and they feels very comfortable. There's a lot of great cushioning so I think that will help for all the walking I'll be doing in a few weeks. I guess the jury is still out regarding the arch support but they seem to feel OK. They are super cute and will be great for this summer. I will agree with one reviewer who said that the Velcro runs out I needed to tighten them up cause my feet are skinny no fat and I almost ran out of velcro. Praying they don't stetmetch too much.

I need shoes that support my Pronation (roll inward). These have a good base and are cute, but the strap hit me in the wrong place. Decided on a different shoe, but I will keep this Brand “Aetrex” for future purchases.

The straps materials was just a little too scratchy for my foot. I liked the cushion a lot. 9 was ok for me, but maybe should be just a tad longer

These are great sandals for my plantar fasciitis. I already have a pair in black and decided to order another color, but these were too shiny/pearl looking for my taste and returned them.

Perfect fit. Soooo comfortable.

It's a very cute sandal. I like the adjustable velcro at both the front and ankle and the sole padding. I'm planning to return them because my particular feet need a stiffer sole and a little more support.

I love these sandals and have them in black and bronze. There is plenty of arch support. I can wear them all day.
