Good fit and great comfort, however, I just felt they weren’t quite spunky enough for my taste. That’s just a personal opinion. Trying to hang on to “spunky” as long as I can.

I feel that these look a little like old lady sandals, but they are super comfortable and have great arch support. I don't love the color I got (pewter), but the others I wanted were sold out. I go between a 6.5 and 7.5 with shoes depending upon the brand and I'd say these fit a little larger than I expected but not so much that I could not keep them.

I loved the look and style of this sandal as well as the arch. However, the upper straps were just too large for my feet. Even though they had hook and loop closures, the angle of the top straps made it impossible to adjust them to fit my feet.

I wanted to like these, the footbed was very soft/cushioned. However, I need arch support and this is less than what I would consider moderate. And I was concerned that the cushioning would flatten out over time as well, providing even less support.

Runs long and wide, but the support is nice. Order a size down. Not sure about the comfort of the thin strips of braided leather near the toes for a long period of time.

Last fall I ordered the Jillian in Navy. Loved them, can wear them for hours! (bought them for a cruise that never happened!) I needed white so ordered the Jillian again. I have narrow feet (plus had a midfoot fusion a year ago) so with the great platform and adjustable straps they are perfect!

Very comfortable! I have size 11 feet with long toes. These seem to hug your feet in a very supportive way. However, I am returning them because the "Rose" color is a metallic, shiny rose gold. Too shiny for me.

I had high hopes for this Aetrex as it was rated 5 stars by others. Unfortunately, after walking on hard (ceramic tile/concrete) surfaces, my feet began to ache. Again, I really wanted to keep this but I am looking for comfort so sadly I am returning this. The search continues. Thank you, Zappos, for your great service.

These sandals felt great. They have terrific arch support and footbed, and were comfortable ... but ... there was a spot on one of the straps that just hit my foot in the wrong place, which would have meant a lot of band-aids and then, maybe they'd be great, or not. So I reluctantly sent them back. They looked great, too, so I was sorry I had to do it.

Returning these, the strap over the top did not stay tight like it should and my wide toes came over the edge a bit. Very cute shoes and comfortable footbed, just not right for my feet. Thank you Zappos for your easy returns!

Really super comfy but too wide through the ball of the foot.

Very comfortable. Looked a little scuffed up and slightly worn when they arrived. Other than that fantastic walking sandals and flexible size, especially for wide feet and high instep.

The arch was very comfortable. The style is more Southwestern and thus appears clunky. I have a very narrow foot and heel and the heel was just too loose for me.

Very good supportive shoe but footbed not wide enough or flattering for those with wide feet.

These were super comfy. The arch support is moderate and the footbed is cushy. I did not end up keeping them because the braid and hardware were just a little too Southwest style looking for me. And as a city slicker, this just didn’t work with my wardrobe. But I will be back for more Aetrex sandals and shoes because they are are super comfy. I also love their orthotic inserts.

I wear a narrow shoe but it’s just about impossible to find them. I had hoped that I could make this sandal work for me by tightening the Velcro. However, my foot slid around in it too much. I tried a smaller size but it was still too wide for me. Great shoe quality though.

The style was more complicated looking, too many straps for a small foot. I wanted more of carefree shoe, but they looked nice online, but not in person.

I usually like my shoes to be less "health shoe" like, but they are what they are. I saw them on a friend, who wears a size 6 and loved them. In a size 9, not quite as cute. BUT, they are super comfortable, and I can walk in them all day. One thing is as the straps are quite narrow, I sometimes slide off the platform when I walk too fast. I am not supported enough to stay in the shoe.

I have recently developed PF and have ordered several new sandals to help with the problem. These were the only pair so far that I really didn’t like. They were very cushioned, but my size B feet were too narrow for the straps and the arch support wasn’t as pronounced as in some other models. I like the Vionics low heel sandals better and the Naya style of Aetrex sandals, which has a wedge, looks better than this model and has better support.

Just cannot get this sandal to fit my foot right.

I really wanted to like these shoes because they were pretty cute for a "comfort sandal." They are really adjustable, with velcro on all of the straps, but I ended up returning them because I couldn't find an adjustment on the top ankle strap that would work for my feet. Because the two top straps are connected, the angle of the one that came over the top of the arch of my foot was too tight if I got the strap where it needed to be on the other strap, or the other strap was too loose if I made the one over the arch work and shoe slipped. It was possibly workable, but I felt like I would be fiddling with the straps all day long and even if I go them right, I'd have to start over the next day as you had to undo the velcro to get them off. That being said, I would encourage you to try them because it may have just been my foot and the shoes themselves were cute, with no odd ridges in the shoe bed or strange arch support. I felt like if I could have made the straps work for my feet, they would have been perfect for all day wear. Info on my feet in case you want a comparison: I wear a size 7 and have moderately wide feet. I am often in between a medium and wide width and usually just buy medium width. In these shoes I bought a 7M and felt like they were true to size and wide enough.

At try on the shoes fit very nice according to my size. The flexibility is very nice which allows for comfortable movement. I have not had opportunity to use the shoes yet for a day of work.

Just wasn't exactly what i was looking for, also didn't like the 2-color cross strap. Cudos for the cork sole and the velcro adjustable straps!!

Love these shoes! Great style, and the footbed is amazing. The top strap rubbed on my instep, otherwise I would have kept them. However the huge heel strap would also take some getting used to.
