I ordered both the Lori and Jilian. Both well made, but the width, especially in the heel with much too wide. No options for a narrow width so will have to keep shopping.

Shoes were comfortable with reasonable arch support but due to my own foot problems I am returning the shoe.

These shoes are cute, just not a good fit for my weirdly narrow foot. But what has happened to my beloved Zappos app? The USPS postal return option has disappeared. I noted that a while back and sent an email to Customer Service, but received no response. For several reasons UPS is not a convenient option for me, and now I have to call the 800 number to specifically request a USPS return label be emailed to me. The reps are very nice but it consistently takes a very long time for them to process the request, which leads me to believe their computer systems are not up to par. It's also simply not convenient to return over the phone, compared to doing it on the app. I used to depend on Zappos - I had another return to do as well, but I was on the phone so long waiting for the rep's computer for the first one, I gave up. My very sweet spouse who was listening to all this volunteered to drive out of his way tomorrow and find a UPS Store, but I do not feel that's a good option to use all the time. I am very sad that there seem to be some systemic changes going on at Zappos that are compromising their customer service.
