I have narrow feet and I was initially worried they would be too wide, but they fit well. I was disappointed by the color. They really aren’t gray they are closer to tan with gray accents. H

The Aetrex Jillian sandal is so comfortable, I thought I was wearing bedroom slippers out in public! I have bunions and fallen arches, and finding a comfortable walking sandal that looks halfway decent is always a challenge. Luckily, the adjustable straps, combined with soft, lined leather, made for a comfortable fit around my bunions. The arch support is very good. The only reason I rated the arch support "moderate" instead of excellent is because the footbed is soft. I have to see if the arch support declines over time as the shoe gets broken in. I like the metal accents too. A good-looking sandal that you can wear all day.

The fit is good. Velcro straps help with a more custom fit. The toe area is quite wide. I was expecting a stiffer cork sole, but the sole is very flexible.

Love these sandals! I wore them to a conference for five days straight, doing a whole lot of walking, they were comfortable the entire time! Will purchase another color.

I bought this for my daughter who has issue with her feet and normally has to wear an orthotic insert in shoes. She says these are the most comfortable shoes she's ever owned, and that the support is great! She loved the style and wears them to work.

I like the shoe, I bought them for a more dressier look, they were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I have not walked too much in them yet as I have not been anywhere to wear them. but I will keep them and think they will do just find. I do like the Aetrex shoes, this is my second pair, I also have the slides. They have been true to size and width, I could use a higher arch as I over-pronate quite a bit, but these will work for the amount of time I plan to spend in them.

Comfortable sandal for sure. I have flat feet and can walk comfortably all day in these. They’re pretty cute on. Not super stylish, but don’t scream middle age either. I’d recommend as an everyday, workhorse summer sandal.

These are the perfect sandals. If you struggle with foot pain during the summer due to poor arch support, these are your answer! So many people swear by Birkenstocks but they have nothing on these in terms of comfort. The footbed is soft and cushioning and the arches... my feet are so happy! I love the styling and the color (grey, which is more like taupe) will go with everything. I may never take these off!

I have terrible plantar fasciitis, but i live in NYC and therefore walk a ton. I ordered about 15 prs of shoes in an effort to find something to support my foot without looking like they were for someone 2x my age. These were my favorites. Plenty of comfort, plenty of support, decent style. I like the velcro adjustments - much easier when running out the door than fumbling with buckles. Walked all over NYC chasing my kid around in them and they continue to be a good choice. My knees did hurt after wearing them the first few days, but that's probably because my foot is actually being supported properly which is realigning my knees.

Love these sandals. Great support and comfort. Plus they are so cute!

This is my second pair of Aetrex sandals. I've had problems with having foot cramps when I wear different sandals in the summer time. Once I tried this brand my problems are gone. They have a great arch support and adjust to your foot with the Velcro straps. Also ordering them from Zappos was great. I received them a day and a half after I ordered them on-line.

This pair of sandals is extremely comfortable that I have been wearing it almost everyday! Its design and color combination makes it match any outfit. The footbed feels soft and contouring, which is a big relief for my plantar fasciitis!

Excellent comfort right out of the box. The heal strap was a little large for me, but it didn't matter as you can tighten the other straps. The foot bed is so soft, and a little squishy. Very pretty braided straps, and a pretty little button accent. Really like these!

I heard about these shoes from a friend and decided to try a pair. I am so happy I did!! Usually, I have to try on numerous pairs of shoes to find one that is comfortable. These fit well, have adjustable straps, and have such great padding they are extremely comfortable! I'm planning to buy the same style in different colors!

Finally found a shoe I can wear other than a sport shoe. Arch support relieved pain from over pronation so I can wear these shoes all day long. I plan to buy more from this company.

I love these sandals! I bought the sparkly "gold," which also has a bit of silver. I've been working my way through all the brands of "comfort sandals" with good reviews for arch support, and Aetrex is my new favorite. The soles on these feel particularly comfortable. The strap across the foot is combined with the ankle strap, so together they aren't as precisely adjustable as other styles. However, the back of the ankle strap has cushioning at the top. I haven't yet tried them for walking an extended distance, but my feet have been very happy when I've worn them all day for my regular activities.

These Sandals are sooo sooo cute. But more importantly they are very comfortable. Definitely a keeper!

Best shoe to compare to a Dansko that I’ve found! Size 9M fits true, and is comfortable out of the box for my plantar fasciitis. Adjustable ankle and toe velcro straps are perfect and the heel strap is padded! Ordered black, and now I’m ordering gunmetal.

I'm very happy with these sandals. I knew they were keepers the minute I put them on. I wore them an entire afternoon and my opinion didn't change. The footbed is excellent. I chose these on the feedback from another review discussing how good Aetrex sandals were for her plantar fascitis. I've had a very difficult time finding comfortable sandals and appreciate the comments from that review which guided me to these.

I wanted red sandals to go with all the denim shorts that I wear all summer. Not too many choices in red. I reluctantly ordered these because the ones I thought were super cute didn't fit. AND OMG, they are so comfy!! And they are a bit cuter than i thought, although they are clearly a comfort shoe and no one will be fooled. However, they fit so well that I can live with not being so cute. I ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly.

These shoes are perfect! I tried another "comfort" brand of sandals, and had to return them because of poor fit, weight, and the just weren't comfortable. I was reluctant but gave these a try. These are super comfortable. Both straps are adjustable, which is key for me. I have 1 narrow foot and 1 wide foot because of a bunion. I was able to get a custom fit with these. The arch support is fantastic. The description mentions that these shoes are good for over pronation, which is what attracted me to these shoes. I wear a 9.5, these are true to size. I highly recommend!

I love Aetrex sandals. I have this Jillian Quarter Strap style in just about every color. They are comfortable, true to size and quite stylish. The velco closure helps adjust to my wide foot. The soft comfortable footbed keeps me walking all day in comfort.

Very comfortable from the first time I put them on. Excellent arch support, and are easily adjusted to fit your feet. Love the blue denim! Love these shoes!

I have horrible problems finding shoes that are all purpose enough to wear with shorts or dresses, but still be able to walk a long way in them. These shoes fit the bill perfectly. They look cute, were comfortable the minute I put them on, had a little lift in the back (I can't wear totally flat shoes) and the straps didn't rub anywhere. The gold color makes them neutral enough to wear with anything. I think this is bound to be my go-to shoe for the summer!
