They felt way too large, and were strangely narrow. This was immediately visible to me when I pulled them out of the box.

I was excited about these, but when I put them on they looked just too young and little girl style for me. Also, even though the length was fine, I could feel the leather resting on top of my big toe instead of there being "air" above my toe. The shoes were comfortable otherwise. I'm usually a big fan of Rockport Cobb Hill shoes, but had to pass on this one.

These were pretty cute but I didn't like them as much as another pair I bought alongside. I have slightly narrow feet and these felt a little loose.

I ordered these in a wide, and they are not at all wide. I have the Cobb Hill Aubrey, which is basically the same style with a little bit of heel, and love them. So I thought getting the flat version might work well. However these are about a quarter inch narrower than the Aubreys, and will not work for me. I am sending them back.

I was only able to try them on for about 30 seconds, as they cut deeply into my ankle bone. It was clear the style was definitely not going to work for me, so back they go.

The Ireland created severe pain in the inner aspect by my great toe. The shoe was not tight, but I could not keep the shoe. I never have problems in that area. The shoe is attractive and has excellent arch support.

This is a really cute shoe but it has some problems. I ordered a wide,,a while the toe box and and heel are true to width, the area between is way too narrow. There was no support for least 1/2 the width of my arch, which was really uncomfortable, and there’s no real arch support. This shoe might work for someone with a really high arch but not for someone who is more flat footed.

I ordered the khaki color, which is more taupe than the color appears online. The shoe is a little stiff, but I imagine that would relax over time. Unfortunately, the color doesn't work, so I'm sending them back.

I wear a 7 Medium and these felt true to size in length, but the width of this sandal did not support the outer mid portion of my foot. They are cute and cushiony but I will have to send these back and try a 7 Wide.

I ordered this shoe in both black and pewter. I have very narrow feet, both width and height, so I had hoped all the straps would keep my foot in place. The black pair fits perfectly and is extremely comfortable. I am very happy with it. However, the pewter pair fits like a B width. It is marked as a narrow, both in the shoe as well as the box. But, just looking at it compared to the same sized black pair, the sizing was completely different. Very sadly, the pewter pair must be returned. It is too wide to fit even going down a size. Rockport Cobb Hill, I hope you look at reviews. I love your shoes. But, this is the second style of pewter colored sandals I have tried, and the sizing has been too big for a narrow foot. It is not even consistent with the other sizing of the other colors of the same shoe.

Toe box was narrower than comfortable. I order wide shoes and others in this brand have been fine, but this style was too tight across my toes. Pretty sandal, nice color, just not for me.

Cute shoe but uncomfortable. The back came up too high and rubbed on my tendon. Just putting them on and wearing them for a few steps in the house told me that these needed to go back. They looked cute, but I could tell my skin would be raw if I tried to wear them for more than a few minutes.

Cute shoe, but not narrow enough for me and didn’t like the zipper ‘klink’ on each step.

Shoes were easily a half-size too large in length. I ordered them in a wide and they were true to width. The leather is much lighter than it appears in the picture. I would call it closer to a light tan than the rich, tawny brown that appears on the site. These shoes look a little clunky in person and they were poorly glued together. Overall, I thought they looked a bit cheaply made and ill-sized.

I really liked the style of these shoes but will be returning them. I ordered a wide size but these shoes are still too tight to be comfortable.

Ordered sizde 8 first time & it was way too big so reordered in 7 1/2 & it was too small. Wish sizes were true to size. Very cute style but sizing not true.

This shoe, while just the look I wanted, was VERY NARROW for being listed as a medium width. I have never needed anything other than a medium width, but this shoe is most definitely NOT a medium. Back they go.

Too narrow for a medium.

The insole looks terrible. It sticks out like a sore thumb. It is so obvious when the shoes are on. The insole actually hangs over the edge of the shoe. I'm considering ordering one of the lighter colors hoping that maybe the insole won't be so obvious.

These look great but run long.

Unfortunately the shoe side buckle went into my ankle. Even with a heel lift I could still feel the strap into my ankle. Too bad...a well made shoe, just a poor fit for me.

Positives: 1. They're cute. 2. Good arch support. 3. Lots of toe room. Negatives: 1. Ankle strap is too high and too tight when my ankles swell after a day sitting at work or walking a lot. 2. Back is too high and rubs against my ankles and Achilles tendon. Wish I could have kept them. So cute and supportive.

Very cute shoe. The T-strap felt as though it would chafe the top of my foot. I couldn't get the easy-on zippers down on the heels. Had to return them.

Good luck, Cinderella!. As others have mentioned, the sizing on these shoes is totally nuts. I wear a 7.5M and the 6.5W is a tad too long & tight across the widest part of my foot, though somewhat loose in the heel. I will try to make them work by wearing them at home with thin socks and some JBU inner soles that I'd switched out, since I love the way they look & their almost nude Khaki color. I tried many different innersoles that I happen to have around but none worked except for these--bizarre. I don't yet know if I can deal with the slight slippage in the heel--I don't intend to walk long distances in them so maybe. This shoe, more than most is a veritable crap shoot.
