I wanted something cute and comfortable to wear to work (lots of walking and train riding, etc. to commute). These are definitely really squishy and soft on the sole, but i found them to be a little narrow in the toe bed and on the outsides of my foot, they pinch a little. I think they will stretch out because the leather is soft. The brown color is really nice and goes well with everything. I think the leather will actually look even cuter when it's worn and scuffed a bit. Overall, I am happy with them and would buy them again.

I wear either 9, 9.5 or 10 depending on brand, so shopping online is always tough. Obviously zappos is the best!! Fast shipping and great service. This shoe has a super cushy sole and great support. I ordered a 9 and the length is perfect. It is a little tight around the ankle and ball of foot - I wish there was a half size (maybe I missed it?) I'm still deciding whether this is a keeper. It seems like a great quality but I'm not sure if the slight tightness will break in or if I should let this pair go.

This is a great shoe! I usually wear either an 8M or 8.5M. But because of some of the reviews, I ordered this in 8.5M and 8W. My foot tends to be more wide than narrow so I was worried the shoe would be too narrow. The 8.5M fit perfectly. The 8W was a bit lose and too short. The shoe does hit my ankle bone on one foot, but so slightly I don't think it will be a problem. I'm not a big lover of t-straps but I love the zipper and how the heel works so much I'll make an exception.

Have had my eye on this shoe for a while. Looking for a nice, black, leather flat. As with another black, leather Cobb Hill flat ordered, the medium was a bit too tight and the wide was a bit too big. May be a good shoe for the right foot. Will be returning these.

I like sandals that don't show a lot of toe so these were perfect. I looked at other brands that didn't have the T-strap and my feet looked odd, sort of long but capped off. I'm giving 4 stars for comfort since there isn't a lot of support but, frankly, I danced like crazy at a wedding in these sandals (right out of the box).

Beautiful shoe, but the strap went over my ankle bone so rubbing would have been a problem. Sorry to need to return because it's a very feminine, flattering shoe.

These are very attractive, well-made shoes. They just didn't fit my foot which has a narrow heel and is wide across the toes.

I wear a 9.5 and this year (in my old age) I have decided that I need a wide width, feet do spread with age. So I ordered this shoe in a 9 W, I usually order a half size smaller for the wide width and it usually works, but not this time. I sent this adorable shoe back for a 8.5 W and it was still too long in the foot bed. So back it went also. I think I'll try something similar but without the back zipper which may have had something to do with the fit.

Cute sandal but just isn't made for my foot. 8.5 seemed short but with an extra wide heel without anyway to adjust. Sorry, Zappos but I will have to return and continue my quest for a summer sandal with good support!

Nice looking shoe, soft and comfortable, but it didn't need a zipper on the back and more arch support would be great!

Such a cute shoe! Unfortunately, the bottom of the heel is quite narrow, so they did not seem very stable. If you usually wear heels, then they would be a good choice for a flatter shoe. Otherwise, the width was great - I chose a W.

Bought these for arch support and post surgical recovery. They may break in, but right now, they're pretty uncomfortable. Hoping the swelling will continue to go down and they will eventually work. Cute shoes, though.

Beautifully made shoe; striking style especially for a comfort shoe. Unfortunately, my big toe did not fit. For Size 10W, shoe length was fine and so was the width across the base of my toes. But, the toe cap pressed down uncomfortably. This has often been a problem for me with closed shoes, but less so with sandals. Would buy these in a second if they had a slightly more rounded or open toe. So sorry to send them back.

Loved everything about this shoe, sadly had to return them because the strap was too high for my ankle bone.

The "narrow" on this shoe is listed as A rather than AA. That may be the problem as they were definitely too wide for my AA foot. The shoes were cute and seemed like they would be really comfortable if they fit, but even buckled on the tightest hole they were coming way off the heel.

These are very cute shoes, well made and comfortable. I ordered them in 7 Wide. My feet are, however, extra-wide and I was hoping the wide would fit -- no such luck, so I will have to return them. Bummer!

I really liked this shoe, but my heel kept sliding up and down. Even tried an insert. Will be returning.

I'm very happy with these shoes. Because I ordered W, I went down half a size. They cover my bunions, which is always nice. The bunions are really the only reason I have to order W. Most shoes are loose in the heel on me, and these are no exception. Probably with a little pad they will be more secure. Footbed is comfortable. They are fashionable and the tan color with go with a lot. Fashion and comfort rarely go together but both elements are close enough in these shoes.

These weren't as comfortable as I was hoping. The shoe put my weight towards the front of my feet as I walked and that just didn't work for me. The ball of my foot and big toe started to hurt immediately. I bought this shoe in black and tan in both medium and wide hoping for the perfect fit. I didn't find it here. I did find it in another shoe...."Earth, Belltower". The construction of this shoe put the weight towards the back of my foot as I walked . This works better for me and allows little if no pain. Returning the Cobb Hill and keeping the Earth shoes. LOVE Zappos!

Having a narrow foot and being so disappointed, I was excited to find that they fit very well. Love they style, and the cute zipper on the back. I got the khaki ones and the color is great. The fact that there was actually some arch support was a big plus for me. Good purchase!

They seem to run very narrow

Very narrow and long. I typically wear a 10, but I had to go down to a 9, because they run very long. They are also very narrow, despite being labeled as wide.

Enclosed toe was too tight. Top strap was too high on the front of my ankle for my comfort, as was the back of the heel enclosure. But the appearance was very chic.

I wanted these shoes to fit -- I have wide feet and ordered a wide. It was too long and narrow throughout the length of the shoe -- not right for my wide foot at all. I liked the style, color, and it appeared to be well-made; just way too long and narrow. I sent them back.

I’m typically a size 7.5 in normal width shoes, which generally fit fine, sometimes snug. So when I get the opportunity to order wide, I do just to try out. I ordered a 7w and they were huge. I’m going to try the 6.5 to see if that works since some of the reviews say the reg width runs narrow. They feel like they would be super comfortable.
