The foot bed was too narrow and my foot hung off the side. I don't think of myself as having wide feet, but these absolutely don't work for me. Too bad because the style is cute.

My last three Rockport Cobb Hill shoes I truly liked. In fact ordered a second pair within few weeks after receiving the navy heels. These were such a disappointment, as they felt like a size 10, instead of a 9.5. Too wide and too long. I like the style, as I'm always looking for some type of a sandal with a closed toe, which are hard to find.

Love the style. Ordered a wide to accommodate my bunions. The toe box was fine and roomy enough for my bunions, but the rest of my foot (which is not wide) hung over the the side of the shoe. The shoe also seemed a bit long. Saved and looked forward to these shoes, only to be very disappointed in the fit. Also, color was darker than I expected from the picture. Returning. Appreciate free returns!

I have the same shoes in black and they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. For some myterious reason, this color felt totally different - very loose and almost stretched out. My black ones are about three years old, so maybe they manufacture them differently now. Anyway, very disappointing because they're really cute.

Loved the way these look but the sizing is TERRIBLE. These shoes run really big. I couldn’t get a smaller in size. I wear a size 7 in Nike and Toms but a size 6 was still too big.

I like the look of the shoe; however the back portion hits just under the ankle bone & almost instantly feels like it’s bruising the underside of the ankle. It’s a shame because the shoes are cute, true to size, and comfortable in every other aspect.

So, I am a normal size 8. In every shoe ever. I ordered an 8. Way way way too narrow. Exchanged for an 8 wide. Same color and everything. Now the shoe is a half to a full size too long. I am so confused and unsure about trying 3 times. Sad because it's a cute shoe, but may have to try something that fits like it should. Thank you for the easy returns Zappos!

Very Uncomfortable on back heel. Wore a blister in both heels right away. Tried wearing a number of times - very sorry because it is a good looking shoe.

The shoes are attractive but run very narrow. I typically wear a 6.5 medium but when I exchanged the shoes for a wide the heel was a little too wide and the rest of the shoe was still to narrow.

This shoe is way off in sizing! I wear a 7AA/Narrow shoe. One shoe fit slightly better (narrower) than the other; (shouldn't they be the same?); BUT still neither fit snug enough width wise, more of a medium width fit and also in the heel; too loose; shoe slips off. Difficult to figure out why a shoe or sandal is advertised in narrow sizes when they are no where near to being so. Very frustrating for us narrow footed women. Back they went.

I bought these in June and the zipper on one was completely broken by September. I am more of a black shoe person, so I probably wore these once a week, at most. In hindsight, the zippers were never great - they never locked right and kind of wiggled down by the end of the day. Anyway, I reached out to Cobble Hill to get them replaced and was shocked that the best they could do was offer me a coupon. I pointed out that even with the coupon, they could not possibly expect me to spend this much on a pair of shoes that I could only wear a handful of times. I am not pleased with this, as they were comfortable and attractive, but I will never shop here again and I will seriously consider adding New Balance (their parent company) to the boycott. Lousy quality and worse customer service is inexcusable - especially at this price.
