Liked the shoe. Had to go up in size as toe area was too narrow in my usual 9M and the heel too wide in the 9W. The heel of 9 1/2M is a little loose but I have the T strap so it will be OK. My problem with many shoes is that the front of the shoe is a little too small. (I wish shoe manufacturers would make styles that work for the millions of women in this situation!Grrr)

I've had these shoes for just over a month and I truly love them! They're very comfortable right out of the box with minimal "breaking in" time. The back of the shoe does hit a bit higher on my ankle than I'm use to however, once broken in these shoes fit great! True to size, and color. Not only are these cute, I can wear them to work for 8 hours without feeling sore at the end of the day. These are now everyday shoes for me. The zipper in the back works great. I love being able to just unzip and slide my foot out. Definitely worth purchasing!

Seems to fit true to size - went with a half size smaller for these sandals than my street shoes because I didn't want me feet to float in them like a different pair of sandals. By the way - I ordered the same size in a wide width for comparison. Not on size! Side by side, the wide shoe appeared a half size longer and barely wider (both shoes marked with the same size). Sending that wide width back to stick with the regular width pair.

The pewter color has a lot of "zip" and the style is airy enough to use as a summer sandle. Fit across the ball of foot true to my 8 medium size. The two areas of comment are the clanking zipper which others have mentioned (I fixed with a Stim-U-Dent plaque remover toothpick. The regular kind were too narrow) and the heel width. The inside of the heel gaps a bit, so those of you with very narrow heels might take this into consideration. All in all, I love the look and feel of the shoes.

Cute shoes, but too narrow for wide feet. I ordered W but the toe section doesn't cover my wide feet. Disappointing.

These shoes seemed like they would be very comfortable, but I ordered my usual size (8) and found they run at least a full size small. I didn't want to have to guess at a size for the exchange so I just returned them.

I have very high arches and it is very difficult for me to find comfortable shoes. Flats are typically out of the question. These have just enough arch support that I can wear them. They are not perfect but I can wear them all day without having to recover for three days. I would recommend these to anyone.

I needed some shoes for an outdoor wedding and these worked very well. After several hours they did not hurt at all. I cannot say how they would perform for serious The shoe looks better on than I expected. I used matchsticks on the dangles but imagine glue would work too.

They are great. I could use a little more heel, maybe 1 4th up. Overall a great shoe.

Fit was good and sole is soft. I tried another Cobb Hill shoe and it was too tight across the ball, but this style was wide enough. The strap was a tight though, I could only use the last hole. I ended up returning them because I felt where they hit on my ankle made them look wider than they are.

Ordered these for my mom who has a true 9-1/2 narrow foot. She loves Cobb Hill but unfortunately the toe box of this sandal was too roomy and tall for her foot. She could put at least one finger in between the top of her foot and the shoe. Love the style of the shoe, but unfortunately, this one did not work out.

I have narrow 7½AA feet. SAS and Munro tend to fit well. These very cute shoes were too short and lacked the support that I need. Phooey - I liked them a lot.

This shoe was too flat for my foot - needed some more heel height to balance out the good arch support. I felt like I was rocking over the arch as I walked. Also, just didn't prefer the look of this shoe in person. Will probably exchange for another Cobb Hill style.

Liked the shoe but it seemed short and narrow. The brand is new to me so I may try it again. Too bad, the must go back. Zappos service is so great!

7.5 M is narrow on somewhat wide feet, but 7.5 W is too loose and feels longer. Decided to stick with 7.5 M and try to break it in. Very cute. Zappos customer support is awesome.

I absolutely love the look of these shoes! They are perfect dressy sandals, exactly what I was looking for. The support and traction are good, and they were comfortable right out of the box. I have one criticism, which is that the zippers on the backs rub pretty badly. I'm so please with the shoes otherwise that I'm just going to cover the zippers with moleskin and not worry about it, but I really think these would be better shoes overall without the zippers. I'd rather they be 100% comfortable that have the "convenience" of not having to adjust the ankle strap each time I wear them. Other than that these are really great shoes!

I wish I could give these shoes six stars. I ordered these shoes to go with my renewal of vows dress. I loved how they looked and, really really, wanted them to fit. Holding my breath as I tried them on, I was thrilled to find that they fit perfectly. Once again Zappos has come through with attractive shoes that are good for my feet. Hooray. Cobb Hill is my new favorite brand, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thanks, Zappos.

Made my long feet look longer! I'm a 9W but probably could have gone 8.5 in these...stepped right out.

Comfortable. Color was not as flattering as I expected. Decided to send it back and buy the similar Cobb Hill flat without the T strap.

This stylish shoe fits well in the wide that I wear. I wish the sole had more cushion and support even though I like low heels. I like the real buckle not the velcro that often wears out and does not hold.

This shoe is very cute and was immediately comfortable. With no break-in period required. As at least one other person has mentioned, the zip does tinkle a bit, but, if anything, I like that. The leather is very soft, which makes it very buttery to the touch, but will make it less supportive. Still, it didn't stretch much. The sole is more flexible than my podiatrist likes, but it's great to have a shoe that feels like a sandal but can still be worn for work. My only complaint is that the zip of one of the shoes broke (came off the track, I guess you'd say). I had worn them for a couple of months, but I asked Zappos if they would help me return it to the manufacturer to get it replaced or fixed. As usual, Zappos said they would help; unfortunately, I just got busy and didn't follow up. So I think I'll just see if my local cobbler can fix it. The shoes are definitely worth the additional investment.

I am amending my earlier review. The shoe has more arch support than I reported. In fact, at first, I thought there was something alien inside my shoes, but actually pillowy arch lifts were what I felt.

I liked these shoes, they fit well with the exception of the buckle. It rubs my ankle and is too uncomfortable to keep. The leather is very soft and I ordered a wide which fits well.
