Shoe ran small - had to return. Sole also felt a bit hard

I wear an 8 N , these pumps seemed half size larger and wider, they are beautiful pumps but with wear would be loose on my feet. I was sad to have to return them

These run narrow. I usually wear a medium (B) width, but even the wide (C) were too narrow for me. Too bad. An attractive shoe and reasonably comfortable for heels.

I ordered the patent nude color in 6C. I'm typically a size 6, on the wider side of medium, and ordered the 6C since it was on sale for cheaper than the 6B (and in stock). The shoe itself was beautiful - a nice neutral beige, not too yellow or too pink. There was a tiny blue smudge on the front of the shoe from the box, I think, but barely noticeable. The 6C fit my foot fine. Unfortunately, the insole didn't have as much padding as I though it would from the reviews I read. It felt like a typical high heel, and my 4th toe was hitting the inside of the shoe due to the pointed toe. The bone on the side of my foot (base of 5th metatarsal for those who like anatomy) also made a slight bump on the side of the shoe that looked funny. It felt rather uncomfortable just walking around my apartment, so unfortunately, it was sent back.

Nice looking but strange that my usual size was so big.

A lovely, pretty shoe but not practical for flight attendants. A bit too high. I will keep them for something other than work.

beautiful shoe but very small, my high arch was higher that the side of the shoe and there was a lot of toe cleavage.

These are very attractive shoes and seem to be comfortable if only I could find one that fits my foot. I have tried the 8N and it is too long and the 7 1/2 N is too short!

Pretty shoe, but even ordering wide width is still too pointy and narrow.

These are not as comfortable as I had hoped from Cole Haan. They are incredibly narrow and I bought the "W" width. My toes are so squished. They are narrower than regular width shoes in other brands. The height is fine and they are well made, but not comfortable.

I really wanted to like this shoe. The Maple Sugar color is perfect for my skin tone, however, there is no cushion or support. I first ordered my regular size (9) and my toes felt pinched. Returned and ordered a 9.5 thinking that might offer a different fit, but it didn't and was too big. For this price point, I thought for sure they would have CH's Nike Air technology, but they do not.

These shoes are gorgeous and timeless but unfortunately I am sending back due to the fact that the C/wide width is more like a B/medium. I have other pairs of Cole Haan C width shoes and feel that they run true to width, but this style is not at all true to width.

These were just okay but I sent back. They felt just a tad too big but I am not sure if a 7 would be too small.

The color was a little lighter (more pink) than I expected, but a good neutral shade. The toe was more rounded than my preference, but all in all a nice looking shoe. The deal killer for me was the arch support. There did not seem to be enough for my foot.

I was disappointed that the shoe arrived with a defect. The shoe itself has a great style and I love the color, but unfortunately I have to return it.

Lovely shoe but too big. Ordered similar shoe several years back and it was a perfect fit 10 1/2 AA.

This shoe is beautiful. But it is sized smaller and narrower than the average shoe. I normally wear a 7W but in this size a 7.5 W would have been better but still tight.

They were okay - I think I expected them to be more comfortable. Narrow toe bed for me.

Really wanted to like this shoe, but wearing it barefoot was not an option because it squeaked with every step. Footies corrected the squeaking issue, but in size 6 were impossible to hide completely.

Not sure if it was just the patent leather, but I put them on the leather on the upper creased looking slopping and ill-fitting.

I loved these shoes and I have purchased Cole Haan before but these were too tight in the toe area so I had to return them.

Unfortunately the shoe was just too long/big - go down a 1/2 size for sure; the shoe felt thin and cheap which surprised me for Cole Haan

I religiously used to buy this shoe but it's not the same now. They are more narrow and uncomfortable. Unfortunate, I had to return.
