Not very comfortable compare to other compfy brands such as Rockport, Ecco, Naturalizer. Not much arch support either. However, the design is sleek and sexy.

I bought these in black patent and maple sugar patent to replace similar Coke Haan shoes I have (Prieta II, size 8.5C). These aren't as cushioned as the previous style I had, and they are a smidge more narrow. Overall, I'm still happy with my purchase, but since these didn't fit exactly like my previous pairs, my expectations were probably higher than normal.

The shoe looks very nice, and each pair comes with an addiotional set of heel stoppers (the rubber end of the heel with the metal stake) so you know the brand cares about the shoe's longevity, which is great. I had to return these, however, because as I normally wear either an 8.5 or a 9, the 8.5 were even too big for me.

Nice shoe but for added comfort, stability and walkability consider the Cole Haan 65 mm pump. Another reviewer said they were less comfortable, but I did not find that to be the case. If you want a higher heel and more pointy toe, this might be your shoe. Very basic heel.

Very attractive shoe, but the somewhat narrow two box, pressure on the ball of my foot, and lack of sufficient padding, made me reluctantly decide to return it.

These are great quality, look great, and are pretty comfortable for a pump. I am wondering if I should have got a wider size but am scared that they would slip off, so medium seems to be okay.

Great looking shoe and I really wanted to love it. However, I got a wide width and still it was too tight.

So they are beautiful, but not comfortable. Not like the Life Stride Sevyn. I get it, these Cole Haan are more stylish... but who cares if you can't wear them. Ughhh I'm getting old.

I own many pairs of Cole Haan shoes. These are very classically styled and a pretty color. However, I felt that they were not as padded as my other shoes from the same designer.

These are gorgeous shoes, just too pointed of a toe for my wide foot. Went up a 1/2 size to try to compensate, but still too tight on ball of my foot and then slipping in heels... sad!

Although I ordered a wide width, it was still too narrow for my feet; I think since it's so pointy at the toe. It hurt my toes, but also slips off the back of my feet. I wish they fit bc this is exactly what I was looking for. The shoes are gorgeous. Both the color and look is great.

My biggest disappointment is with Zappos extending their shipping times. I used to receive it one or two days within ordering. Now it’s about a week. Since I wear a size 5, I can’t go to the store to get shoes. That was one of the reasons I loved Zappos. But when I need shoes in a hurry for an event or travel and I have to try on a few pairs, I won’t be able to buy from Zappos. BIG disappointment. These shoes a nice enough for work, but ran about a full size too big. I couldn’t put heel liners to make them work due to being so large. Too bad.

After walking around the house, the pointed toe became to tight feeling

Very cute pump but I prefer at least a 4" heel. They felt a bit snug compared to my other pumps.

Wow, these fit tightly in the narrow width. Length was fine. Please make shoes that don't squeeze toes into such a narrow box!

Super cute pump! I wanted so badly for these to have worked out, because it is such a versatile heel, but the sizing felt incredibly off. Sadly, I had to return.

This is a beautiful shoe. I ordered my normal 6-1/2M. The length was as expected, but the width was very snug in the toes. Thst area may have stretched a bit, but I don’t want to count on it.

Once again, very narrow toe box on this pair of shoes. Ankle slipped in heel so going back.

Ordered half size up for pointed toe, however, the toe box on this shoe was so tight it was painful. Going back.

I love the way these feel and how they look—except for the color. The maple sugar color is not as deep as I was hoping for. I guess I really want more of a tan or camel. I’ll have to see if I can find these is a better color for me.

Ordered the size 10 Narrow black suede. Not quite narrow enough plus they ran 1/2 size larger than marked. Standard quality. Nice looking pump.

I loved the look of this leather pump, quality look, and reasonable price. I wear a 8 narrow and this shoe in an 8 narrow was too wide in the heel, actually seemed 1/2 size larger, there was a gap were my heel was to fit. I wish they would have fit but I had to return them.
