I loved this beautiful shoe but it was a bit too long. I reordered in a 6 1/2 N and was completely satisfied.

Nice looking shoe in nude color but not as comfortable as anticipated.

These might work for you; however they pinched my toe. I bought a 9 wide, my standard size, and will have to return. I'm definitely sad because they are the perfect heel for corporate jobs- classy and pretty.

Love Giuliana pumps. I have these in black and wanted to go for a second pair in nude. I would have kept these if they were flattering to my Irish Swedish skin tone, but alas, the color tone of these was no Bueno for me. They needed to lean warmer more towards the peach side. The color leans slightly cool maybe a little bit toward the taupe side If you have olive or darker skin these could be gorgeous.

I wanted to own these shoes, but I ordered a 9M and 9.5M and neither works for my arch-less foot. Such pretty shoes, such annoying feet.

Ordered a size 10 Narrow and they slipped off at the heel.

Beautiful shoes but feels tight in toe box for width and length. Generally a 8W fits me. Nice quality though!

Lovely shoe. I bought the patent leather version in a lower 45 heel. I am returning this only because I think the 75 heel height to too tall for me to negotiate stairs all day.

Beautiful shoes. We’re too small in my usual size and the B width is narrow. I returned them because they were just too snug.

I was surprised at how much room the tow box had, and not in a good way. I felt like I could slip multiple fingers under the lip of the shoe and there was a lot of toe cleavage. But I have weird feet... Beautiful quality

I have 3 colors. Tan, tan patent, and black patent. I wear them all the time to work. Comfortable (for a heel) and stylish. However, I have 2 complaints: 1. The pointed toes of my tan pair have begun to peel off and now look cheap. I haven’t worn these many times so buyer beware. 2. I had the bottoms of my heels replaced on my tan patent pair and now one of them squeaks every time I walk. I ended up buying another pair in the same color because they were my favorite. I haven’t had any of the other heel bottoms replaced yet, so if it happens again, I’ll be sure to deduct a few stars from this review.

One of the most comfortable heels in this style. Toe box was quite comfy for a pointy shoe.

(Maple Sugar Leather size 6B) These were beautiful pumps, true to size. Though I'm usually a Medium width size, I thought to order the 6A narrow as my heels can stretch, but nope! Medium was what I needed. Loved the color, love the texture of the leather. Only issues is that these were not 3" inch heels. Closer to 2.5". I wanted something a bit higher, and was sad to give up the gorgeous color.

I had been shopping for some Nude pumps to wear to a wedding. I ordered these in the Maple Sugar leather color in a size 6B which is my normal size. They felt large, so I ordered a half size (5 1/2B) smaller just to be sure. I ended up keeping the smaller size. I have always been pleased with Cole Haan, and this time was no exception. The color was perfect!! These are a good basic style that I can wear year around. And, as always, Zappos was super fast on the shipping and return on the larger pair. Love, love, love Zappos!!

This is a relatively comfortable pump. The heel is not too high and I was able to accommodate orthotic with out being too tight. I never wear heels so when I HAVE to. these look sexy and classic.

The overall quality and consistency of Cole Haan has declined significantly in recent years, particularly since they began manufacturing in China, and once they ended the relationship with Nike, comfort became nonexistent. After ordering and returning countless pairs because the fit wasn't right, I was pleasantly surprised when I tried these pumps. They look nice and are relatively comfortable, even without inserts. Most importantly, they are true to size and width. I dress for work everyday so my heels get a real workout. While these don't hold a candle to my well-worn Cole Haans from years back, they are more than satisfactory.

Absolutely gorgeous classic pump (ordered in both navy and black suede). Great quality. Unfortunately, although the length and width were true to size, the toe box ran too shallow for my large big toe so had to return.

I tried the 9.5W and really thought that the 9 W would be perfect, but it isn't. Sadly, in spite of the excellent workmanship and stability of this shoe, my feet continue to slide into the very pointy toe where they just don't fit. These do seem to run a bit wide, so maybe I didn't need the wide. But for those who can handle the toe, the heel is a really comfortable height and surprisingly stable.

I did not want pumps this high or this pointy, but decided to try them based on the reviews. Amazingly, although a bit too long (I got a 9.5 C which is what I usually wear), it is remarkably stable and non-teetery. There is not a lot of cushioning in the insole, but I think the stability is more important. I still don't like the pointy toe, and a size down may squash my toes, but I will have to exchange them and see, as these are a full finger's width too long and don't stay on. I knew they ran narrow, which is why I got the C. Really nice shoes!

I want to love these shoes as much as the majority of reviews, but other than the great style, I wouldn’t describe these as a comfortable, especially for Cole Haan.

Cole Hann always delivers a very beautiful product. They are very expensive looking and pretty comfortable for a classic high heel.

rounder toe than I thought

Because of my wide left foot I've had to wear size 6 instead of correct 5.5. Not so with these--5.5 fit perfectly and was very comfortable while I danced all night at a wedding. No breaking in required.
