While I tend to do most of my shopping locally in the small community I live in, I have very narrow feet and do most of my shoe shopping online. This is the perfect go-to-shoe for dressy occasions. It is comfortable, the heel is not too high, and the narrow is a great fit for me. Beautiful, comfortable shoe.

Tried on nine pairs of shoes for my son's wedding. Comfort was critically important and this shoe was the only pair,that were stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Coke Haan shoes fit my high arch perfectly! I love the height on the heel, great for work. The leather is beautiful and I purchased the classic black. I definitely recommend the Cole Haan Juliana Pump!

This is the perfect basic black pump. The 3" heel and the slightly pointed toe of this shoe is very comfortable. The leather is nice and soft and molds to your foot. I also like the leather footbed and sole, it just adds to the comfort of the shoe. I enjoy this brand; I think it's high quality and long lasting.

I have spent years in pumps for work and would recommend these pumps for all-day business/casual wear. Not too high, not too low, and very comfortable. Not crazy sexy in a slim stiletto way, but in no way stodgy or orthopedic looking. The wider width that I ordered is not loose in the heel which is well constructed. Nicely shaped shoe. If basic pumps are part of your go-to office attire, order two pair. One for home/travel, one to keep in the office.

I ordered these shoes in the black leather (not patent) in a size 11, and they fit perfectly and look great. I'm 6'0 so the 3" heel is the perfect height to help me look professional but not overly intimidating. They are stiff and did hurt the first few times I wore them, but the leather heels I've had in the past have quickly softened up and molded to my feet and the leather on these is such high quality I'm sure they will as well. Great heels and worth the price.

I wear a size 10 and this shoe is true to size. I have the Patent leather and it is true to size also. This shoe is very comfortable, especially if you don't wear heels on a daily basis. It is a beautiful classy shoes for business or pleasure.

Purchased these shoes for a wedding at the last minute. They fit great and were comfortable. I danced all night! It was so nice to find a great shoe in my size. I have a small foot and the size 5 fit perfect. Thanks Zappos! I love Zappos!

These are the most comfortable heels I have ever owned!I usually have to modify my shoes to fit with heel liners or pads under the balls of my feet, but these shoes fit perfectly right out of the box.

I've only worn this for a few hours today but so far they are really comfortable. Point toe still so no matter what your feet are a little squished. Felt like they were true to size and they look nice. Very classic black heel which is what I was looking for.

I am never comfortable in pumps until this pair. Just the right height and some welcome room in the toe area. There is also a nice cushion. They are attractive with a suit or cocktail dress.

Wow! These are beautiful and stylish. They look like they cost more. I wore them right out of the box and they were comfortable all night. I ordered up 1/2 size because it allows for swelling over the evening and they stay comfy. The heel height is perfect...still sexy high heels but not so high you can't walk.

I loved these shoes, they were super comfortable however I thought they were more black and white but they were a dark brown snake print. Otherwise I would recommend them, they just were not the color that I was hoping for.

These are perfect basic work heels - they didn't need to be broken in at all and are comfy all day long. Great Cole Haan quality but at the lower price end which is nice.

Cole Hann's pump has always been my #1 choice. The snake print is very pretty in person. True to size, I wear 5.5 in all Cole Hann's pump, this one fit perfectly out of box. I just wish the heel is a little thicker to have better stability.

Absolutely the most comfortable pumps I have ever worn. The first time I wore them I walked about a half a mile on cobble stone streets and unstable pavement. They were very easy to walk in and never pinched my feet. The leather is very soft and they are true to size.

These are the best pumps. I bought the black ones a couple years ago and absolutely love them. Just got the nude color as well. They are good quality with classic styling, and the perfect heel height for all day wear. Can’t go wrong with the Cole Haans!

They are a little big but an insert makes them almost perfect. Love that they come with the extra heal caps.

These patent leather Juliana pumps are gorgeous. I love the heel size, too. Unfortunately, the left shoe was way tighter in the front than the right shoe. My right foot is slightly wider than my left so there was definitely something wrong. It may have been a narrow mistakingly marked as regular. I will return for a replacement because these are a must have for any time of the year. Great price, too.

I wanted to love these so badly! But they were just too big. I’m always an 8 1/2 solid no matter what but with these I think I definitely would need to size down a half a size. Otherwise they were gorgeous!

These are SO beautiful, but I had to return them. I have a weird foot, where I'm not truly a wide, but I am also not fitting into this show. I have a slightly wide food on the front. I'm going to try the wide size and see what happens, because these are gorgeous.

These loafers are SO CUTE, and the sole feels very cushioned and supportive. I do not typically buy a wide shoe, but this shoe is a little bit snug around the front of the foot for me and rubs a little bit on the heel, but this is pretty normal for my first wear on shoes. I'll wear a band aid until I wear it in a bit.

Love this shoe except for the tip. It wears off too soon but the comfort is spot on. I’m a size 7 narrow and this shoe works.

These are great black pumps! I tried on many pairs and these were definitely the most comfortable. I didn’t end up keeping this part because the price is too high for my budget considering I wouldn’t be wearing them regularly. I went with Calvin Klein as a close second on comfort and style for half the price.

These are pretty shoes, nice neutral color, but slightly big. Very pointed toe. Trying to decide if I need half size smaller. I wear 7.5-8 and other Cole Haan pumps I wear are size 8.
