Quality shoe and good fit! I'm an instructor and personal trainer of a variety of workout genre so my shoes have to support me in everything I do and these fit the bill!

This sneaker is amazing on many levels. It feels so good when you put your foot in and lace it up. Then when you start walking or running it adds a wonderful cushion feel like you're doing something wonderful for your feet while exercising. Try them and you will fall in love with them.

I have TERRIBLE feet. No arches and multiple stress fractures. These are the MOST comfortable sneakers ever - and I have tried MANY!

Best pair of running shoes ever. I have horrible shin splints. I wore compression socks to help with that, but nothing has helped as much as these shoes. I feel zero impact when I run and I no longer wear the compression socks. :)

I have bony feet and a cranky lower back. I love these shoes! Like walking on a cloud!

I usually wear Saucony running sneakers and was not having any luck finding any with the cushioning I like. These not only had the fit and the width I need, but felt like I was running on pillows. So great. Now I look forward to every run. They are pricey, but oh so worth it.

I love my Asics! They are consistently the best running shoes for my relatively wide feet. And Zappos is the easiest and most reliable source for them! Thanks Zappos!

These are the best cushioned shoes that I have found in a long time. I have high arches and medium width and have found these shoes superior in cushioning to the Brooks Glycerin, New Balance and Saucony. They were great out of the box and I had no pain for a 12 hour shift. I bought two more pairs!

I have a bad foot after having a series of foot surgeries. These shoes are so comfortable that I bought two pairs. They are even better than the Nimbus 15.

These are terrific shoes. I have purchased three pair of them. One for me in the silver and purple, the only color available in narrow, and a pair each for my son and his girlfriend. We all love them. The gel is very springy. Great for walking and I am sure running. My new favorites. The narrow size is narrow, for those with skinny feet. We all ordered a half size up. Love them.

My first Nimbus! Well Maybe feels about 1/4 smaller than is the current typical shoe these days. This is so cushiony for me! and has a bit more than moderate arch. Love this shoe for sure! Love the extra cush around the ankle. Tongue could use more cush. I got the color called Lightning, White, Hot Pink. As far as the photo shows from my computer (take it for what its worth) I would say the Pink is More Pink on the shoe part & the purple a bit more purple. The tongue is much more pink. But about the same. Love the grey color too. There is a lot of grey. I love all the bright colors in athletic shoes these days! They mean a lot to me. However, the comfort is equally important and these have a lot of bottom cush and comfort. I like how the bottoms flare out a bit more from the shoe to add stability to my walk. Love these shoes. They are light weight too! I have plenty of toe room...but I have a narrow foot. Please come out with more colors...like Lime Green, Citron, and a nice Flag Red, White and Blue! (Not an Orange Red.) I can't find a good nice Red color athletic shoe and I need one! What else can I say...I don't need any of those other color options...but I need more Nimbus 7 apparently! I wouldn't mind an 8 MM differential vs a 10 MM since I like a flat bottom on my shoes anyway! Thanks Zappos! I love you and highly recommend you...but of course you know that already!

These are great shoe. There is lots of comfortable cushioning under ball of my foot. They are light years better than the Gel-Nimbus 16s which, thankfully, I only wore for about two weeks (they were horrible). I will be stocking up on these in case Asics decides to make improvements to the next model year.

I love these shoes! I always buy a new pair about 6 months after my last pair. I do a lot of walking. I have orthotics so tend to buy them about a half size larger to accommodate them. So so easy ordering from Zappos too. They arrive the next day if I order early in the day. AND if for some reason they don't work, returning could not be easier!

These are extremely comfortable shoes and take the impact off the feet. They have brought back the cushion that the 16's lacked. The colors are always a little too crazy wish Asics had a mellower color scheme to choose from.

I walk for cardio and do a 15 minute mile. Having good shoes is a must. This shoe provided awesome support and comfort and my feet didn't hurt at all even the first time out in them. Plus they are stylin'!!! Love these shoes!

These are without question the most cushioned shoe I have ever owned. They are just unbelievable right out of the box. Absolutely no break in required. I usually put an aftermarket insole in my shoes however I didn't need one with these. I got the onyx color for myself and the light grey for my Mom and both colors look great. I may have to buy another pair just for variety.

I always buy one size up when I buy Asics. these shoes are the most comfortable running shoe I have ever owned! I have owned a lot of Asics and these are the best. I can wear them all day long even after my work out and clean house, stand in kitchen on tile and do my catering job.

I read all the reviews and they said order up a half size. You do not need to go up a size. I ordered a 9.5 and they are a half size to big. They don't feel sloppy, so I'll keep them. I've only worn trail/running shoes for my planter fasciitis, but the heel and the sole of the ball of my foot feel good. They have a really good sole and look great. I got the white/coral/Apple red. Sharp!

These shoes are a little big and clunky, but very cushioned and supportive. I would recommend them to anyone who likes to run/walk on a soft surface. I will say they run a little tight - I also own the Gel Cumulus in the same size, and my toes have much more room to wiggle in the Cumulus. Still, I have no real complaints. The upper is very soft and comfortable. I ran a marathon in them and had a few blisters, but no more than you would expect after 26 miles in any shoes.

I absolutely loved this shoes. They are so comfortable and wrap your foot like a glove. The stability is also amazing! the only problem for me was the toe box. I ordered an 8 1/2 in the D width but even that wasn't enough to give my toes enough space. Asics happens to be narrow in most shoes and their Wide is more or less like a B width in other shoes. Unfortunately i have to return them and continue to look for the shoe that is more generous in their toe box.

Nice styling, good support, a good walking shoe except for one thing. I found there isn't enough cushion under the ball of the foot. I'll add an insert and I assume it will be fine.

I have a very long, narrow foot, and would really prefer a slim athletic shoe, but no makes those. So, I bought these Asics Gel-Nimbus 17 and I'm very pleased. Even though I would like them to be still a it more narrow across my toes, these are much better then others I've tried. Also, I can always add an insert to take up some of the space. They are extremely comfortable. I've already taken a couple of 3-mile walks and know that I've found a great walking shoe. I had never tried Asics before.

I received my tennis shoes, however the insoles are missing from them. I contacted customer service and was told that it was caused by the shipment they had received. Which leads me to the question about quality control and a disclaimer that the shoes are not 100 percent intact. Lesson learned on part when shopping in the future.

I have a hard time finding sneakers that do not hurt the top of my foot (from an old injury). These are pretty good. I like the style and colors. I ordered half a size larger than usual.

I usually get Saucony, but I wanted to try another brand that offered narrow widths. I was very pleased with this purchase overall, but I do notice that the toe box is narrower than I am used to for running; though it has great support in the heel. Maybe this is just a matter of adjusting the laces and breaking in to a new brand.
