These pants are the most unflattering, poorest fitting pants I've ever bought. I am 5'10", 150# and typically a size 6L. Based on reviews I sized up x2 and the waist on these was still much too tight, but I can't go bigger b/c then the hips would be too baggy. Also the "long" length was not nearly long enough. Just overall disappointed in these pants.

Columbia's sizing is not reliable. I usually wear 2 short, but this pair was too tight. In addition, the snaps were very difficult to snap and unsnap. Thank goodness Zappo's permits free returns.

Runs very very small!

I don't know what the quality is of these pants because Columbia has decided women over size 12 don't count. I bought this in a 16 since I heard they ran small. That's a joke. They sold me a size 16 in name only. My size 16 was likely a 12 or smaller in another brand. If I order a size 16 I'd like there to be a chance they fit but since Columbia has designed these for only the thin, I will never know. I was hesitant to buy Columbia products due to quality issues previously and this was the deciding purchase where I say never again. If you have are a true size 16 or even a 14 that's in between 14 or 16 don't bother. Obviously women our size don't need hiking pants since they've designed them so we would never be able to squeeze into them.

These pants were cut too small in the crotch area. I wear an 8 in Columbia products and size consistency appears to be an issue as another Columbia pant in a size 8 I ordered online were way too big.

I have been wearing and ordering these pants in size 6 Short for over two years. You have been out of stock for months in the short sizes in the colors and finally received new inventory and the shipment DOES NOT FIT!! Runs a size to9 size and a half too small! I also think your quality consistency needs to be addressed!

I don't recall seeing information that this style was off the hip. It was nearly 4 inches too small at the dropped waist! I ordered a different style size 8 and it fit perfectly. Awful sizing. Will have to return :( I gave quality and function high ratings because the design, function and material were exactly what I expected.

I got my order but it no good , the pants leg, it. tear. It terrible for me. I am disappointed.

Bought it last December but it already has serious pilling issue within half year use of time. Only wear it as the casual wear not even go for outdoors but fabric quality is not good to make it last longer.

I had to return the pants. I fit tight at the waist. I did not order a larger size because I did not like the fit. Style is like for tall people.

It was my third pair of the Saturday Trail Pants--I had loved and worn out previous ones. But this pair seemed to have a different and inferior fabric. They were disappointing, tenaciously wrinkly, no good for traveling, prone to snags. Alas! I wish I had realized how bad they were in time to return them, my mistake. But I still like Columbia in general.
