Absolute rubbish brand and they do not stand by the product they sell. Sole of a pair of shoes disintegrated completely so within a few wears, they were ready for landfill. Company stated that the product was 'out of warranty' but you can see the poor workmanship and quality. NEVER had a pair of shoes which were expensive and so faulty.

Wrong shoe brand sent. Returned in exchange for correct shoe which has not been received yet.

Sized up 2x sized and still too small. Too narrow. Returned twice already (Still waiting for my 2 refunds over a week now, btw) Would not recommend

Run very small. Sizing not true. Size up if you can. Not possible with a “42”

I am at my wit's end trying to get the right size in this shoe which I love. I have another pair of Bernie mev that I got a few years ago in size 39. They are a little big and I used a sole insert and they are fine. I ordered this shoe in size 39 and it was way too small. I returned it for a 40. Still too small, it actually felt the same as the 39. I ordered it in a 41 and it is way too big. At the same time I ordered an almost identical Bernie mev shoe in a 41 and it fits fine. Even the boxes for two shoes both size 41 are not the same size! I know shoes can be produced at different factories, but this huge size difference is frustrating.

Never got to wear them because the fit was so bad. Listed as a 40 but too tight to put on.

These are about two sizes smaller than marked, unfortunately. They also have that “bowed” look, which is not evident in the picture.

The shiny gold was not expected

This brand has been my favorite flats for several years. Not so anymore! The fit is inconsistent. Even after getting a larger size, they are no longer comfortable. So sorry, but I guess I need to give up on BM shoes. ?

Runs VERY VERY small. I wear a 9.5/10 and these were WAY too small so I tried an 11 and that was too small as well. Order 2 sizes up. Cute and seem like they'd be comfortable.

I barely got my feet in these. They seemed like a good idea for giving some needed stretch, but felt a full size too small.

i ordered a size 36 and you sent me a size 39, too big! I would have loved the 36, often wear these shoes.

Wow - compared them to the pair I still own exactly the same size and these are much smaller. Order a size up! Had to return.

Couldn’t even get my foot in the shoe because it was way too small, one to one and a half sizes too small. I should have known. I find European sizes tend to run small. Cute shoe, wish I could have worn it.

I have always bought a size 9 shoe. But Bernie Mev’s sizing is continuing to be a major problem. Their sizing numbers are European. But they advertise the corresponding US number. But their 39/9 is not a US size 9. Finally after buying a 39/9, then a 40/10 and finally a 41/11 I found a shoe that fit, 41/11. Not sure if I’ll give Bernie Mev shoes another chance after this.

I’m so frustrated with Bernie Mev shoes due to their sizing. I’ve gotten size 39/9 before and I did pretty well with them feeling comfortable. But this last pair is at least one or two sizes too small for me. Now I’ve ordered both next sizes up because I really want this particular style in black. But I know I’m going to have to take the time to return one of these pairs. I’m only grateful that Zappos does free returns. Bernie Mev, get your act together and size these shoes to US standards and you’ll find that you get more repeat customers!

This was very disappointing. I'm size 8.5 or 9. I ordered size 39 based on Zappo's recommendation (size 9 equivalent). I also ordered size 41 (size 11 equivalent). Both sizes were TOO SMALL!! I measured them together since it seemed ridiculous that size 41 could be too small. Size 41 is less than 1/4 inch longer than size 39. It's a shame. I have a very sore bunion on my left foot, and I think these shoes would've been a good option for me, if they were true to size.

I really want to love this shoe. I normally wear a 39 in Euro sizes but this 39 was extremely small. I exchanged for the next size up - 40- and still way too tight (lengthwise). I'm waiting for the 41 which I think is the largest Zappos carries and we'll see. Just wanted to get a quick word out for other buys... beware!!!

These shoes were too small in length. I bought them in my size, too short, and then two sizes up and they still didn't fit in length. I gave up.

Warning!!!! I bought 2 pairs of these shoes hoping they'd be comfortable. I just returned the gray pair, but unfortunately, I wore the blue. The shoes look adorable and felt great right out of the box; however, 20 minutes later, my feet were killing me. Your foot slides forward with each step so your toes are totally squished. The shoes actually make your toes tingle (and not in a good way). I'm calling Customer Service b/c at the very least, they should know how awful these shoes are.

Sent first pair back, ran extremely small. I have sensitive feet so the material is NOT good without socks. I had to leave work to change my shoes. Style is great, don't know when I will be able to wear them, got them for the summer but I don't wear socks in the summer :(

I was disappointed in these shoes. My show size varies depending upon the brand, so I figured I’d order my largest size. Even going that large, these shoes were at least a full size too short. I would have reordered, but they were just not comfortable, there was no support of any kind. They just weren’t comfortable.

Thought these would be the perfect summer shoe. Started off with the recommended size for my wide foot. Had to return and go up in size, never able to get the right fit and gave up when the last size available only came in red. Very sad because I have another pair of Mev’s in a different style that I wear in the summer. They are open toe so can’t wear to work.

I love the style of the shoe. I bought it in black, navy and beige. I went up a size and bought the 39 and the shoes still runs small. As the day goes on and my feet swell, my toes become cramped and it is very painful to walk in the shoes. I am debating as to whether I should return them and get the size 40.VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The euro size 40 is not a us size 10. More like 9.5 or 9. If you are a US size 10, order 41. The size on the drop down menu is not correct.
