I wear a size nine and have had 3 pairs of size 41. Two of the size 41's were too small and the third fit fine. They are not consistent in size.

No way to keep the back of the shoe on your heel! It does not rise high enough or cup in over your heel so it slides right off. Very unfortunate, as the color is perfect with denim and indigo, and the style could be quite flattering and comfortable. Needs more design work!

I'm so disappointed that these shoes are SO SMALL. I ordered the largest size, a 41, which is my size in all European-sized shoes (and I'm a 10 in US-sized shoes), and they are way too short to wear. Which is a bummer because they otherwise would be so comfortable, and the bronze color makes them so cute too. Since I can't size up, I won't bother ordering any more shoes from this brand! :(

I love the way they look but size 8 was too tight and 9 I would have walked right out of. I guess there were no half sizes.

Would love to have kept these. The size 40 was supposed to be the equivalent of a US 10. They were too small for my daughter who is a 7-1/2 or 8. Disappointed.

I’m about to return 3rd pair. First I ordered size 40 because it said that was a size 10. Then ordered a size 41 (which is supposed to be a size 11). Now I’m about to return size 42 (supposed to be size12). I really hope Zappos is looking into this because the sizes of these shoes on website are not correct.

I wanted to love these shoes, especially since the brand was recommended by 2 of my friends, but that just wasn't the case. I always wear a size 8 1/2 M in almost every brand of shoe. I ordered the 39 (9) because reviews said the shoe ran small. Well, they really do run small! I had to exchange the 39 for a 40 (10) and even those were too small and tight! I gave up trying a size larger because I just couldn't imagine that I would need to wear a size 41 (11) in a shoe. Maybe other styles in this brand run truer to size, but not this style.

I ordered this shoe in a size 10 which is the size I typically wear. When I took the shoes out of the box after they arrived, they looked really small! I checked to be sure I ordered the correct size and I did, so evidently they run really small. It also has a very small toe box which would not have worked for me anyway. I returned them.

cutest shoe. However, it is poorly made for good fit. I cannot wear it because first of all it gaps terribly and my heel slips out when walking. Sadly, I have to return these.

This shoe is cute and stylish in a fun way. Love the red color. A beautiful blue red. I wear a 9.5 in open toe and a 10 in closed toe. Due to the sizing I first ordered the 40 (9.5). I had to return them due to being way too short. The width was fine. I ordered the 41 (10.5) and had to also return them due to being too short. I love Zappos as they are easy to work with in all ways, ordering, customer service and return. Zappos is the best.

I have Bernie Mev shoes with an open toe in size 10 which were fine. These in the same size were extremely tight in the toe box and felt a full size too small. I tried stretching them with little success. Unfortunately they don't come larger because they feel so comfortable otherwise. But the tightness in the toe box is not something I can tolerate for long. I'll give them to my daughter. She wears a 8.5 and they fit her perfectly. Too bad.

Pretty shoe but not comfortable at all so they're going back. Skechers is a very similar looking shoe and so much more comfortable.

Very cute and wanted to love but there is no support in this shoe. My foot moved all over as I walked.

These shoes are so cute! Many compliments on the style BUT... The lower footbed portion is not at all well made and there is only a minuscule layer of foam. The footbed is more like something that you would but at the dollar store- definitely not worth the money. I bought an insole to go inside, but this helps only a little. Bummer they did not spend more time on designing for comfort & quality. If they did, I would have 4 pairs!

I ordered a size 41. The 41 in this style shoe is quite a bit shorter than the 41 in the comfy style shoe. Big disappointment!

Cute shoe, but fits terribly. Don't know who it would fit. The lump in sole is either meant to be for the arch or just behind toes. But it isn't in a place for either & winds up in the middle of the ball of my foot! Can't imagine anyone could wear this.

I ordered the right size for my foot and it felt tight and kind of unstable to walk in. I believe if I order the next size bigger it will be too big. Have no choice but to return it :( but hope to find one like this that will work out well.

These shoes run very small in the toes and wide in the arch area; the first pair I got was too tight, and the next size up was way too long but still too tight in the toes. No arch support at all. I tried twice, because they are so beautiful.

Really love the shoe -- except that one size is too small, the next is too big -- so, no shoes for me! good quality and if they fit, they would be my go-to shoe!

What an odd fitting shoe. I wear a 9.5. I ordered the 11 based on reviews. It was too short. My toes felt like they were being strangled by the elastic woven bands, which is strange because these shoes have no structure and my foot felt like it was squished out wide like wearing a sloppy slipper. No support, ill fitting, uncomfortable fabric. Returning.

I did not receive the shoe that was pictured in the photo, it was white and grey and to small.

there is no way this is a size 11.
